They will steal your money and still give you a ticket 1/5
This company is the worst company I have every worked with. While on a weekend trip to nashville we parked in a premiere parking lot, used this app to park in the lot, per the instructions with all of the correct information. When we went to leave, there was a boot on the car, so we called the help number. The man who came to take the boot off the car had put the boot on the car a few hours previously despite the fact that the app still said we had over an hour left. The man tried to tell us he couldn’t see our payment go through and looked at my phone and tried to say it was the wrong app before admitting that he was actually in the wrong. He apologized for treating us so poorly and took the boot off the car and said he’d take care of reversing the ticket, but didn’t. We received a ticket in the mail for over $80 after already spending $40 to park there. This company is dishonest, hires dishonest people, and will do anything to screw you over. Save yourself the $ you’d spend on parking and just pay for the ticket because otherwise you’ll be paying for both.
Extortion level prices 1/5
It’s a park yourself lot with valet prices. Other reviews above one star have got to be paid bots.
Downloaded Speed 1/5
The download speed of the app is absolutely horrible. It takes over 10 minutes for the app to download. The parking attendant confirmed that is the usual speed of the app to download. This app could definitely use some improvements.
Terrible business, terrible people 1/5
Your locations outside the gulch in Nashville only had 1 rate, 20$ for parking until midnight. The parking lot is immediately outside restaurants and take up valuable space downtown. Not offering 2 hour parking is highway robbery, and forcing people to pay 20$ minimum when they are already going out to eat is a disgusting practice. The owners if these lots should be ashamed of themselves. I drove to 2 different locations (both lots max had 2 cars parked out of 60+ spaces) and both only offered the same rates. Terrible business, terrible people.
Avoid Premier Parking 1/5
Paid $24.75 to park for 2hrs using the app. Got back with 25 minutes left on the app and found a $60 ticket. Disputed the ticket with Premier Parking, giving them screenshots of the app, credit card statement of the payment, and their own email receipt of the transaction. After wasting time in dispute I still have no resolution.
Easy to use 5/5
By Long-time user 1
Super easy app to use. Faster than standing in line for a ticket
Paying cash 5/5
By DownTown Employee
I attempted to pay cash for parking, and the machine wouldn’t take my money, I was super agg, such an inconvenience when I didn’t have the money on my card but only cash, pleas fix
Signing up for an account did not work right! Put all your information in and there is no button for “continue” or “sign up” that is always there - it’s only there in certain situations.
I understand how my rate jump from 5.75 to 11.75 within seconds. As long as I was sitting in my car and soon as I get out of my car the rate changes to 11.75. I feel that is a deceptive practice for company. I pray I never have to use them again. THE WORST!
Gross company 1/5
Greed is what drives these guys. Makes Nashville a worse city.
Too difficult to use 1/5
Literally got boot put on car while in lot trying to sign in to account
Let me choose less than 5 hours!!!!
I think I Just Got Ripped Off 2/5
The app did not permit me to change my duration. Admittedly, in a hurry. Ultimately, after fiddling with the app for 10-mins I succumbed and paid the $10 for 4 hours. Got to be kidding me. Ugh. Merry Christmas!!! G. Mattingly
Bad practice 1/5
I’m at a show, having paid and put in my cell phone. They text me and no way to extend time, so had to buy almost twice the price to make sure we weren’t towed or ticketed. I’ve parked multiple times in premier over the years, this was very frustrating...
I was unable
To Change duration....Max only option
Extremely pricey. The city should regulate the cost.
Stop with the pop ups 1/5
So long as apps use pop ups to ask me to rate the app, I’ll rate the app 1 star and leave a review as such. Don’t download this app if you find pop ups annoying.
Great for those of us in wheelchairs! 5/5

It’s getting pricey to park in Nashville. 1/5
It’s getting pricey to park in Nashville.
Completely Ridiculous 1/5
They charge a fee to use the app... so you pay more to use the app then you do at the parking meter, rendering the app useless.
$0.75 Transaction Fee 1/5
They charge you to use the app instead of the kiosk. What a racket.
WARNING: DO NOT USE 1/5
By Frank 9262
I paid through the app for 6 hours and came back 30 minutes to find a ticket. This company is very disorganized and you will get a ticket if you pay online. Apparently they have a contractor that writes up tickets and has no way of checking if you pay online. What makes things worse is that after you have a ticket they are able to tow your car. I tried calling this company and no one answers. Like I said DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, very disorganized.
Please Fix Duration Bug 2/5
Please fix this so that the duration can be changed. It doesn’t allow you to pick any other than max time.
You may still be ticketed after paying through the app 1/5
The payments will sometimes fail to process without notification, and you’ll get ticketed as a result. Prepare to waste a few hours in dispute resolution once you go down that route. Not surprising to see a crappy company with crappy tech...
Pretty much useless for hotel guests 1/5
To use the app you must already know:
1. The zone number. Some of the parking locations, like the one I wanted to use in downtown Nashville, are id'd by name, not zone number.
2. The length of time you are allowed to park in that specific location. A 5-8 hour limit won't work for overnight guests or multiple days.
The customer service person stated they have over 25000 lots, which further justifies the need for lot specific information, information that you may not be able to find until you pull up to the kiosk. This app makes Cash or cc or parking in the middle of the street and getting towed more convenient.
Easy To Use. Shady in Practice. 1/5
$20 regardless of when you park. Doesn't allow you to continue your parking time ahead of time. Forced to renew at midnight. Yea you can find your car and pay thru the app easily and if you are gonna use it one or twice it's great but long stays in the city are a pain.
Modern convenience 5/5
Love this app.

Very easy to use for frequent downtown parking
Great locations and easy use of app 5/5
WOW! I wish everyone had an app so easy to use. It really helped me when my meeting ran late I just logged in and added time. So easy.
Great Parking App 5/5
This is helpful when I am looking for parking in the area for a great rate!
Such a great app that you will actually use! Very user friendly and such a convenient tool.
This app is about to be your new best friend 5/5
This app is a LIFESAVER! Not only can you find the nearest parking locations, but you can pay from your phone too. This thing has saved me numerous times when I am in a rush. And it will help you find your car too! What more could you ask for?
Good information 5/5
Very helpful and easy to use. Really helped in getting around Nashville for out of towner.
Pretty good app 4/5
It's nice that a parking company has an app. I'd rather pay through an app then leave a meeting to feed a machine.
Zero Stars....total Rip Off 1/5
I found the app very confusing. Doesn't allow a user to choose the end of the parking session. Consequently, you have to renew your parking session every 24 hours and when it ends at mid night.
Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
Premier Parking 5/5
The rates there are really good. Actually I do believe they are the best parking company in Downtown Austin, Texas.
