I booked a hotel through priceline and when I got to the hotel, all of the power was out I got there at about 3 o’clock in the morning after driving eight hours. They tell me I am not able to check in so I call Priceline Priceline tells me they are not able to verify the cancellation because they can’t get a hold of the hotel. Of course there’s no power! So no phone it took three days for somebody to get back to me about my refund and I had to sleep in the car that night because nowhere else had availability and price line did nothing to help me find accommodations
The prices are cheaper than when you call the hotel to save 20 some dollars per night by using priceline

I booked a 2 passenger flight, I go to checkout and the app states “Houston we have a problem”. I get charged for 1/2 seats. There’s nothing in the Priceline app stating any of this. 1 min later I get an email from the airliner stating 1/2 of the seats was booked, a min after that another email stating that my second seat was cancelled. The cherry on top? 5 mins after that the seat I was charged for was automatically cancelled. Now I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Never using this app again.
I have been a Priceline app user/ customer for many years. Last week I had a reservation for a car through this app. At the airport, the company supposed to get me the car said they are double booked and my car is not available!!!!!
Imagine how such things can happen to someone with family and all his plan for travel and vacation is in jeopardy because Priceline is selling something they don’t have.
Please don’t be the Priceline’s victim like it happened to me.

Priceline customer service is by far the worst service in the world. I was checked into the Millennium Hilton at UN Plaza. I was given 3 different rooms- each dirty, bad odor, blood on the curtains, ink on the couches . Priceline offered me a 20% discount towards my next stay that had to be used by June. When asked to speak to a manager the woman told me no they all follow the same protocol.

I want thank Priceline for helping me through a difficult process I booked 3 rooms but for some reasons Shelton pool was out of service so I had to cancel my reservation call Priceline for full refund and I must say I get my full refund in one day and was able to rebook my 3 rooms and enjoy my birthday how I wanted they customer service was wonderful patient understanding and helpful thank u

I have always been satisfied with Priceline and have booked numerous trips with them in the past. I recently booked a quick weekend getaway, 4 hours from home for a comedy show. I have a small dog so I selected pet friendly hotels, and made sure the hotel stated it was pet friendly in the description. After getting to the hotel around midnight, exhausted and ready to check in, the hotel informs me that they do not accept pets. I show them the Priceline page with the pet friendly logo, and they tell me Priceline lies. I contact Priceline looking for a solution, and they tell me they can cancel my reservation, but can not help me find anything else since it is after midnight. So I end up in a hotel that is double the price that I would not have chose to stay in if Priceline had been honest. Won’t be using them again!

I love the “on the road” feature of this app. Some times, you just don’t know how long you feel like driving on longer road-trips, especially with kids. I plug in our destination and use the results as a suggestion for where to stop. Best part- once I decide, the app has the hotel ready for me in a few clicks.

I booked a room through Priceline and never received an email confirmation. It don’t appear in the app either. I thought I had simply not completed the transaction so booked another hotel. Turned out I had booked it but received no notification. Very frustrating. Can’t even cancel. I will use another service from now on even though I am a Priceline VIP. Don’t trust them now.

I recently booked a hotel room for my son who had an overnight layover in Mexico City. Due to safety concerns based on the current situation in Mexico, I requested a booking that was close to the airport and offered free shuttle services from the airport to the hotel. I booked an express deal that guaranteed free shuttle services from the airport. A few days prior to departure we contacted the hotel to reserve shuttle pickup from the airport and to obtain instructions on where to catch the shuttle. We were informed that the hotel did not offer shuttle service from the airport. I contacted Customer “Service” several times spending over 4 hours on the phone. Several Priceline representatives contacted the hotel directly and confirmed that the hotel di not offer shuttle services from the airport. Based on these facts, I requested a refund or to be booked at a hotel that offered shuttle services from the airport. The Priceline representative indicated that he found two hotels that offered shuttle service from the airport as an amenity. I requested that the shuttle service amenity be confirmed with the hotel directly. The Priceline representative call the hotels and both confirmed that they do not offer shuttle service from the airport. Based on these facts I requested a full refund and that the Priceline listings for all three hotels be updated to remove the shuttle service amenity. The hotel canceled my reservation at the request of Priceline but Priceline did not inform me of the cancellation. The Priceline representative informed me that they would not remove the shuttle service amenity from their listing. I received a couple of emails from Priceline stating that they would not refund my money. I provided several screenshots from Priceline and other reviews confirming that the hotel in Mexico City did not offer shuttle services from the airport. Moral of the story, Priceline did not fulfill their contractual obligations, refused to refund my money, and refused to update their website by removing the shuttle service amenity from hotels that they knew did not offer it. Based on these facts, Priceline knowingly and willfully omits critical information causing unsuspecting customers to deal with the headaches and in certain instances like our situation cause an unsafe environment. I stayed at a hotel where I payed 200$ for, later to find out I could of payed 150$

Fir the most part I really like Priceline App… I book 98% of my weekly trips with the App. Although seems like the more I use it and I’ll let you know I’m at Platinum VIP status due to spending 26 nights a month in a hotel and the other 4-5 nights at my house, the higher the nightly price per room is going up instead of a lower rate as Priceline has advertised. States I should be saving at least 50 to 55% off each nights stay and that’s no longer the case the more I book with the app. So either they sucked me in to get me to use the app only or inflation is the factor. Gonna have to get better rates or I’ll stop using the app and just use the hotels app and get points for future stays. With Priceline you do not get the points per hotel or at all.

I booked a stay at the Ravel hotel. When I got there I asked if I could check in early and pay any extra fees they stated no and that my room wasn’t ready. I took this to mean that there was someone occupying the room and it needed to be cleaned. Well when I was able to check in the room was subpar, wasn’t cleaned and needed work. I took several pictures of the rooms condition. Not to mention I almost cut my arm on nails sticking out of a piece of furniture. I contacted Wyndham who responded by saying they would have lived to help me but since I booked through PRICELINE they needed to help. Well Priceline wasn’t helpful at all. They didn’t request to see the pictures of the room or anything. They just offered me a 15% coupon which I refused. I will NEVER BOOK THROUGH PRICELINE AGAIN!! Their customer service is awful. They do not care!!

I booked a package deal 6 months in advance and picked the wrong time for a return flight. I was unable to reschedule the flights and lost over $500 because I had to purchase more return flights. I have a few trips scheduled this summer but I’ll never use this app again. They do not value their longtime customers. Book directly with the company because they provide points and they will let you reschedule and most of the times the prices are similar. There is no benefit to booking with Priceline.
