Took my money when trying to book a room on the road and when I call they couldn’t refund my money for 7 to 10 business days and I’m on the road with family trip and I ask could they use the money they took to book a room for me and the response was no. They also had deal on they site that was expired already

Upset I have a coupon code from Priceline it wouldn’t accept it, I just got it emailed today. Tried calling never was able to speak to anyone and I been trying to chat but it was a 7 minute wait. They only had 3 rooms available so I went ahead and booked it without a waiting the 7 minutes to chat with anyone because I was scared they would book those 3 rooms. This was the only issue I had no biggie but if I can save I like to save really wish I could’ve used my coupon

Absolute disaster of a company. Butchered a reservations and then refused to fix. Customer service told us there was nothing we could. My wife is 6 months pregnant in Florida and was stuck with no rental car. Absolute garbage customer service on the phone. Have used them for years will never use them again.

I was reluctant to try the Express Deal, it exceeded my expectations. I’ve always gone with the “predictable” route. We were blessed with a Westin, looking forward to our trip.

I tried to book an advertised express deal this morning and after going through all the booking and payment screens, I discovered the deal was no longer available. I tried again a few minutes later and the deal was still advertised, but once again I was not able to purchase it because it wasn’t really available. I ended up paying
more for he deal, which smacks of a bait and switch. I was in a bind today and had to book, but I won’t be so eager in the future. I will look to other booking sites.

For the most part I’ve had good experiences. The first bad experience was a 3 star hotel,per Priceline, in MN that was really a 1.5 star per the hotel. It was so rundown, but I should have researched through the hotel before booking. I thought it was probably a fluke and didn’t give it another thought until this past weekend. I booked a hotel...based not only on stars, price, but mainly the shuttle to the airport. Hotel was nice, price was good...shuttle nonexistent except on Friday and Saturday after 3 pm. My flight left at 10 am...so I had to get a cab. So, from now on I will research the hotel on the hotel website and I will never book a best deal since there is no way to verify any information, and I can not trust that Priceline is providing accurate information. The difference in the price after having to add the cab, could have gone somewhere closer and possibly nicer. Now I know.

So my daughter had a sleepover at this hotel I booked a room through Priceline once we get to the room I was shocked to find out nothing was as it said on the website at the holiday inn or on Priceline the staff were rude and kept lying to my family as if they didn’t want us at the hotel we felt as the staff were being very biased I am still waiting for Priceline to give my money back it was supposed to be in 24 hours it is now three days later I will never go out to that hotel again

The hotel wasn’t really the problem it was Priceline didn’t notify the hotel that I had already pre-paid. The guy at the Counter when I checked and didn’t want to look that the money had already been taken out of my account and insisted it was just pending. The following morning I went down and another lady fixed it for me and so far everything appears to be fine. The problem was when I tried to contact Priceline. I received no response back after leaving messages and I’m still waiting for that call.

We have used Priceline for years and always been happy. Until recently. Long story short I booked a room for one night in order to take advantage of the hotels pool as my 10yr old son’s mom had an unexpected neurological event the week prior and remains in ICU. I only mention this to quantify the importance of our one night vacation. We checked after dinner at 8 and were told the pool was not operational. Not had it been for months. My son was crushed. I was furious.
Hotel said sorry but you have to get the refund from priceline. So after 3 attempts to get someone on the phone and bring out on hold for 10-15 minutes before being disconnected I FINALLY spoke to someone today.
They refused to refund me the full amount even though they lied on the website about the pool AND we didn’t even stay the night!!!
The agent I spoke with, Franco, said the best he could do was 15 bucks. When I asked to speak to his manager he said I was wasting my time and would only get the same response.
I understand the fine print and know they legally don’t have to give me anything but I would think they might want to think about retaining customers instead of driving them as far away as possible.
The best part is when I got the email saying I would see the 15 bucks in 5-10 business days there was no way to respond to the email. And when I tried to get an email address for customer service via the chat function I was told that was not available but I could write to the management team. Then I was disconnected!!! With no address given!!
I do not recommend this app or this company at all.

My wife and I travel quite a bit, particularly to Florida where our daughter attended college and just recently just graduated. She now lives there. We also travel overseas. Wherever we go, I would not even consider not booking though Priceline. After using other apps and even using points accumulated though the hotels themselves you will never save as much money as you do with Priceline. We are very particular where we stay and if you read the reviews of the hotels and weed though as many reviews of each hotel you can, (there’s always someone who has a gripe with something) pick one. I almost always pick their special deals as long as there is 4 stars and the reviews are mostly positive. Have been super happy with this approach! Give it a try, you won’t be sorry!

They give you a price and you pay and then when you go to collect a car you find that it’s a different price. When you try to complain to priceline they say that the price is up to the car company not up to them..... THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE SUCH A SERVICE ???? Fake and useless

On hold with chat for 30+ mins to be told they couldn’t help because no agents were available when my initial wait time was 16 mins. Then I called customer service and was on hold 33 mins with customer service to be told I couldn’t add a night to my reservation. I am shocked you don’t want more money from me.

Have been using this app for years and love it but all of a sudden it will not load on either mine or my wife’s iPad. Been like this for 48 hours. No new iOS updates. My wife uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and it still won’t load.
