Can’t login via pulse extranet pin code because it’s broken, message inbox shows messages unanswered when I’ve already answered, rooms and availability that were closed somehow became open and available allowing some rooms to be overbooked when other rooms and dates show the system works but only for some rooms it allows last minute bookings? system is broken or it’s a scam to get extra overbooked relocation payments.

The Pulse app is wonderful and easy to use. It’s makes managing our rental apartments quick & easy to do. The messaging part works great! Love the message templates and scheduling capability, eliminates a lot of work for us. Calendar is easy to use and change prices. And calling quests from the app is great.

Si pudiera darles 0 estrellas se las daría llevo dos semanas tratando de que me paguen las 7 u 8 reservas que ya tengo desde que me inscribí para rentar una habitación de mi apartamento , el sistema , el servicio al cliente y el departamento de finanzas no se ponen deacuerdo uno dicen que mi información bancaria a sido enlazada correctamente sin embargo el departamento de servicio al cliente dice que ellos en sus sistema les aparece como si mi información bancaria no hubiera sido subida satisfactoriamente , ahora la gran pregunta es si voy a seguir hospedando mientras ustedes se quedan con todo el dinero y a mi no me resuelven ni me pagan ninguna reserva , pésimo servicio
Even though I’ve looked through notifications and messages I still get the red dot as if I haven’t done it. It’s messed up and I dis the update few days ago.

This app is terrible. Booking has been nothing but a frustration to work with and now I feel like they are holding me hostage because I have sporadic guests booked 6 months out. They also fine you for THEIR incompetence when they make mistakes on their end. They have overbooked me 3 times when I had the dates blocked off and then charged me fees. One being 200$. Airbnb is a MUCH better company to work with with absolutely no frustrations.

Desperately need a SEARCH BAR for looking up names.
The filter declining Daily reports should work. Still inundated by daily reports which I find very confusing even though I elect to not receive them.
Arrival and Check out Infor should be on one page.
Wish cancellations could be removed or relegated.

It would be helpful to have the name of the person who is reserving on the calendar portion that shows days reserved.
Also, I have no way of knowing if my request to cancel a reservation made by a guest was either accepted by him or acknowledged by Booking.com

Booking.com is not easy to work with in general, for short term rental hosts. And the Pulse app from them is no exception. It’s got a different set of design standards than what you may be used to, and you can tell it’s almost been translated into English. Booking.com is a Dutch company with a focus on hotels needing to sell their empty rooms. So if you’re a STR host I would spend your time with other more appropriate third parties.
Disappointed with app not only that Booking.com prices are way over board they do nothing but list their site And we do all the work and they get over a quarter of what I make! Having a good company is not Taking advantage of customers.!

Main reason I gave this app one star review is that I have deleted one of my properties and all the booking support did is marked it as closed an then it is still there all the time and it is marked in my Pulse app in the calendar and all I can see are the red dots under the numbers and it’s driving me crazy. So please fix this!

If I want to send a guest response from my phone, I have to use a prior template. If I do not, the right arrow at the bottom of the screen does not show up and I cannot send the message.

No creí que pulse fuera una de las primeras aplicaciones que no funcionara en un iOS que no fuera el 10. Cuando la aplicación de mi banco principal me diga que no puedo actualizar por no tener iOS 10 cambiaré de banco y tiraré todo lo que tenga que ver con Apple a la basura. Empezando por la colección de cables que siempre se malogran. Mal hecho pulse. Mal hecho.

I use this app on my iPad as well as my Samsung telephone. I have noticed the functionality on these devices is worlds apart. Case in point, I have recently attempted to change my availability for today on the iPad to which I was greeted with, “To avoid overbooking, availability can not be more than 1.” No discussion and no options for changing my availability on my iPad. To get around this, I simply opened the app on my phone which within five seconds allowed me to successfully update my availability to reflect my circumstances. I don’t know how much beta testing the app had on the iPad but I am having some pretty basic issues that aren’t reflected on my phone. I just deducted another star as the iPad version shows cancelled bookings at still active and isn’t allowing the rooms to be rented. I’m sorry but this new bug reduces this app to a useless piece of garbage which negatively impacts my business.

Worst customer “service “ 1/5
This is the worst customer service ever. They just don’t care. You get nothing for no shows. It happened to me 3 times. And they just say there’s nothing they could do. Which is not the case on Airbnb. People pay in advance. And I do get a lot more guests on Airbnb. Canceling booking.com for good.

I can’t speak highly enough about this app. Works extremely well, has had a lot of thought out into it and never crashes. It’s an absolute must have for establishment owners who are serious about having booking.com as a business partner. Well done to everyone involved.
