This app helps a lot with fire buffing
The best app 5/5
This is the best app also could you please put in more Utah agencies
Not enough information 4/5
Love this app, but... 4/5
I love this app, but I’d really like to not have to turn on my GPS in order to find my location sometimes. I’d like to just enter my current whereabouts into it.
Pulse point is great for many different reasons including how to stay away from hazardous area s in the community
Hit or miss 1/5
Misses a lot of dispatches
Why are vehicle fire and traffic collision lumped together? 3/5
I generally like this app and use it often when planning my commute, to avoid traffic backups. BUT I’m mystified why vehicle fire and traffic collision are lumped together in one notification. Vehicle fires in my area (of which there are MANY) generally occur on the shoulder and don’t significantly impeded traffic. Traffic collisions are generally motorcycle or pedestrian strikes and usually impede traffic in a major way, because they occur in the travel lanes. I’ve sent feedback to the developers about this at least three times and never get any response.
Just updated 5/5
I like the new update except there are no colors for the status of apparatus anymore. They are all just white.
Thanks for the response. The differentiate without color was on. Fixed my issue.
BEST APP EVER!!!!!!! 5/5
By Connor Baisa
It is very great app Plus it’s for Citizen it hurts really good if there’s a cardiac arrest In the area but it may not work in some other areas because the agency and the dispatcher the agency would have to get expensive stuff to get The app there!
Just a suggestion. Would be cool to see fire stations numbered/marked on the map.
The best ever app 5/5
Love this app. 5/5
I love this app. I have never had a problem with it. The new update is awesome. I love the tabs on the bottom. 👍🏻
Great tool for this FireWife! 5/5
My husband is a firefighter who works 24 hour shifts and we can’t always call or text during his shift. This app is a wonderful for me because it helps ease the worrying about where he’s at and what types of calls he’s on.
Not consistent 2/5
I live in Selbyville, DE and work in Ocean View, DE. The only alerts I get are from the west side of my county. I rarely receive alerts from my home town fire dept or the fire dept district in which I work. This app is of no use to me if I cannot receive local alerts in my area.
Thank you 5/5

Lacking info 1/5
Need better description of responders
I appreciate knowing which area of the city to avoid to keep out of the way of LFD or EMTs
I am a fire chaplain. 5/5
I use this app regularly. I live 2 blocks from Station One in Downey, CA. When I hear the sirens I can check to see where they are going and say a prayer for them and the people they serve.
Thanks for this App!
2 stars 2/5

It won’t send alerts all of a sudden and constantly needs updates. It also does not send any cpr calls.
5 stars from purchaseAEDs.com 5/5
purchaseAEDs.com loves this app and recommend it to our AED customers!
As a retired firefighter/paramedic I really enjoy keeping in the loop with all our fellow colleagues and family members who still have the best interest of the community protected.
Helpful for 911 calls 5/5
This app has help me in responding and assisting others. The CPR part is great to alway have. It help myself and other save someone.
Great application I allows me to monitor what is going on around the area. The address are not sometime accurate. Can’t alway get the get the radio chatter.
More discrimination 4/5
Only thing stopping me from a full 5 stars is a more detailed plan on what is going on
Love it! 5/5
I live near a fire station. When I hear the sirens I go right to the app to see whats happening. Listening to the radio communication is interesting, especially on responses to structure fires. Thank you to all our paramedics and firefighters for being there for us 24/7!
Great resource 5/5
When you’re Family member work there do you want to no they’re safe
Appreciating PulsePoint 5/5
By Cynthia in Ojai
As a veteran of the Thomas Fire, I find your notification/information system reassuring as we go foreword. Thanks to the developers, operators, and all other first responders.
Important Info 5/5
This app delivers some very important neighborhood safety information.
Love it 5/5
Not all departments are available. Great to keep you informed on emergencies in your area.
Montgomery county MD PLEASE!!! 5/5
Really good potential but I need one for Montgomery county MD PLEASE!!!
No CPR Notifications 4/5
Almost two months has gone by without one CPR notification in Charlotte. Very odd.
Great Trigger 4 Evacuations 5/5
Been asking the ranchers to monitor Pulse Point and leave early if they see or smell smoke, not wait for a mandatory evacuation. If too late to react, plan to “shelter in place” and leave the roads clear for first responders!
Appreciated infomation 5/5

Former active EMS member appreciates app for current info
By wii monkey
accurate and clear information
Great app 5/5
Pulse Point is a great app. The only thing I wanted changed is my fire department does not go to residential or commercial fires. They go to “full assignments” and PulsePoint will not send a notification for a full assignment.
Edina MN 4/5

Pulse Point Review February 2020 5/5
By CH Central Coast
As a retired SJFD Fire CPT, I still enjoy talking with fellow FFs and retirees. Pulse Point makes me aware of all the things that require emergency response around where I’ve lived and worked.

Owen county commissioners and council need to pick this up . Please
More information 3/5
It would be nice if it had more info in regards to the response, and shareable. Thank You
As a senior, it feels good to know what emergencies are happening around me. Traffic announcements enable me to re-route if necessary. And fire reports keep me more vigilant. It’s good to know what’s going on.
PulsePoint is the best CAD App
Poor Service 1/5
They miss calls all the time! I have literally sat and watched call go out and nothing on pulse point!

By Tony 420 699669
It’s really good and very interesting but I would really appreciate some sort of key for all the response vehicles cause it’s hard to understand what they all are
Best app on my phone. My family can see if I am busy in a run. Also we get the alert from pulse point faster than we get the dispatch. Out the door faster serving the community we love!!!
