    Not sure what has changed, but the app is not working properly, on all my devices. It only part way loads every time I try to use it. There is absolutely no way I can order on line with the app not functioning. Please fix it!!!

    I tried to check out using PayPal and it kept glitching so I tried to pay using my card and it was automatically trying to set me up on 5 single payments when I selected one payment. I just want to purchase the dang thing! Lol

    I’ve tried ordering items from QVC and HSN(owned by same people) multiple times now and every time there seems to be a issue with something. I tried ordering a phone from QVC this past Friday as a surprise bc he keeps complaining about the phone he has now, I ordered it and everything was fine till the next day they canceled it bc my billing address on my debit card is different then the mailing address. It just seems like one thing after another.

    Every time I go into this app to check on an order it always says there are no recent orders. This is not true. If I check them on line it has no problem finding them, but for some reason on the app it never finds any orders.

    Every time I try to write a review thru the app, the app shuts down. And if I try to write a review on the website, half the time there’s a glitch and I’m made to redo the entire review.....I’m beginning to think this is being purposely done. It shouldn’t be so hard and time consuming to write a simple review. Fix the issues.

    For over a year this feature hasn’t worked on IPhone 7 even with app updates. Called & wrote emails. Nothing fixed. App is also either slow to open all features or doesn’t open features at all. Very disappointed and frustrated.

    I never get an order confirmation, much less notification that the order has shipped. Neither the app nor website keeps you logged in. After all these years and the billions of dollars QVC has made pawning overstock and rejects on gullible consumers, you'd think they’d have competent software developers.

    I’ve dumped and reloaded this app, soft & hard rebooted my iPhone—all to no avail! I no longer get QVC on my tv so I have to rely on my iPhone to watch QVC but now I can’t do that!!!!! QVC you are losing a customer and I believe there are many others like me. There are many things I’d like to search for and buy but I can’t. Too bad because Covid has me captive!😡

    This app is loaded with bugs which appeared about 2 months ago. Sometimes it tells me that I’m not connected to the Internet or that I’m in airplane mode. Neither is true. The Q has lost a lot of sales from me. After more than two decades I’m about to quite the Q altogether

    Normally I love the App, I’ve done all my shopping from my iPhone but the past few weeks it hasn’t worked. Keeps telling me I have no interest connection when I do. I’ve deleted the App and reinstalled it, still not working. My iOS recently updated 13.6, could that be why it’s no longer working? Please fix this as I know it’s not my phone!

    For two days now I’ve not been able to log in because I get the message “Access Denied” and something to the effect that it’s not available on this server. It was working fine until now. Between slow shipping even for the pandemic and this, I’m considering canceling my QVC membership.

    This last update broke the app. When I try to sign in to view orders through the account or orders link, it says access denied. So I deleted the app and downloaded again. Sometimes now I can log in through the account link, sometimes I get the same message. I still can’t sign in through the orders link. I can access the account through the website though.

    You can definitely find a good sell on qvc whether it’s shoes, make up or holiday decorations. The fact that I can make payments on designer items makes it even better. I like that Qvc is always trying to improve their customer experience and for that I really hope someone reads my review. The app has crashed several times on my phone therefore I have to use my laptop if I want to leave a review. Sometimes the app has crashed at random. Please fix🙏🏼 I really enjoy shopping through Qvc so I hope someone reads this and fixes the bugs. Overall aside from the app crashing on my phone I really enjoy my online experience and plan to make more purchases in the future.

    During our quarantine for three months we’ve started our house organization and tidying. It’s just me and my hubby purging lots of stuffs and we’ve decided to order new items from QVC for ourselves and for the house what a gr8 accomplishment that we’ve never done b4. Thnx QVC for showing us all the functionality of all your products and most of all the affordability of payments specially during the furloughed seasons caused by this COVID-19.     Since I downloaded it and tried purchasing something from this app so I went to put my card information. At first it said it was wrong information and then blocked my account, then a lot of fraud started to happen with my I almost lost 600 dollars from my card.

    I bought a Serra Mattress about 7 or 8 years ago. I have so enjoyed sleeping on it & my daughter loved it too! I had the best service I’ve ever gotten & I’ll never shop a store for one again! I have a bad back & I have been so comfortable ! It’s still in wonderful shape, my 2 cats fight over who gets to sleep with mama every night! Thanks QVC for helping me sleep so soundly!!! If there’s ever another good offer, I want to get my daughter one!

    The App is Glitchy, I have never been able to use successfully!!!! Can’t get help on the phone. Don’t know where & if I will ever get my orders. This is by far one of the worst app experiences I’ve ever had. Someone is not answering the phones or monitoring the glitchy app. DON’T RECOMMEND

    For the last 3 months, when I open the QVC app it closes down or mutes any other app I am listening to i.e., Pandora, podcasts, SiriusXM. I have provided feedback for 2 months, each time I’m told QVC will “look into it”. I’m a loyal customer for over 25 years and this is by far the most frustrating issue. I have an iPhone XR and all software is up to date including the last QVC update that did not fix it.

    3/16/20 The app is a good app. It’s better on iphone tha ipad because I can zoom in on photos. I can’t on ipad for some reason. Writing reviews has been an issue. Proof reading shows only a few lines (2-4). This may be why a lot of reviews get cut off mid sentence. I am forced to go to a computer to do them so I do fewer. Maybe that is the intent. 11/1/2019 Not sure if it’s the app or the fact I have a delayed item. When I go to accounts or order status via this app, I see a message saying “sorry your item is delayed, which is nice, but then I get no functionality. I can’t see account details, can’t search items, they are just blank except for the message.I have to go to a web btowser to access that ingo. Previous: Not a fan of the redesign. You seem to be hiding ‘on recently’ & the scroll wheel to pick a show is horrible. Lots of reloading every time you stop part way because there are too many shows to scroll through. The drop down list was way better. Still haven’t fixed sign in issues. It doesn’t always bring up the fingerprint or cached password to sign in. I find going back & forth it usually gets it eventually. And for some reason every time I try to purchase it wants my security code again. This doesn’t happen on my iPad or web browser (or the old version if this phone app)! I just end up not buying stuff if I’m not near one of those other methods.

    I’m not sure if it’s because my iPhone 6+ is an older model or it’s the app but my phone does not freeze when I use any other shopping app except this one! It’s really frustrating to look at merchandise and half way though viewing have the wheel of death appear and freeze everything. I shop QVC a lot but have been using my computer because if this app. I tried updating the app and shopping but it did not make a difference.

    Do not like the changes to “Items on Air”. Please return it to the way it was. It’s not as user friendly. March 10, 2020- just got an update & now the app doesn’t work at all!!! It remains frozen on the first screen with the Q displayed. Please fix! I use your app multiple times every single day!!

    Speech off SSince the last update about 2 weeks ago, the app is not usable for those of us who are blind and use Voiceover with our Apple phones. When I open the app as far as I can tell there is just a blank screen and I can’t find a way to move on. Please fix the app and make it accessible to everyone again. Thank you!

    I Shopped daily using the QVC app until yesterday, when they updated the app. I have extremely low vision, and was able to have everything in the app read to me using the screen reader on the iPhone. Since the update the app has become completely unusable for me. Please fix this app so I can use it again,. Then I will be able to give it a #5 rating as I could before!
