    The app is becoming increasingly more frustrating as items are listed for purchase that are unavailable for delivery. Even when you substitute the item the app offers other items that are unavailable creating a continuous bad experience. A solution would be to only post available items. If that is outside of the scope of possibility at least only offer replacement items that are available.

    Digital coupons are hard to find. Should be a link on weekly ad. Oh, the ad just a copy of the paper one. The new coupons aren’t there until We’d. i like to do my list on Tues Tried to online order. Very difficult

    The shopping cart has persistent bugs. Items you order disappear from the cart list, but when you go to re-as the item, the ap shows 1 already in cart, even though it doesn’t appear in the cart list. This has happened to me on three separate occasions. Also, the search is quirky. If you search “coffee beans” it returns “no items”, but a search of “whole coffee beans” returns a nice selection of beans interspersed among a bunch of semi-related and unrelated items. You can work through it, but it needs some tuning to be a competitive product. Service at the store is great, and overall door pickup is a very helpful service which I appreciate, but Kroger needs to put in some work if they ever expect to charge a fee for this.

    I’ve been happy and successful using online but the app DOES NOT WORK WELL. It would not allow me to add anything to the order IMMEDIATELY after confirming the original order. I’ve spent 40 min of the phone trying to get my item added but their customer service phone doesn’t work and I couldn’t hear anything. It sounded like a robot voice inside of a fishbowl and I was just yelling blindly catching every third word of theirs. I end up having to cancel the entire order BECAUSE THE APP IS CRAPPPPPP. Stick to online y’all.

    My phone doesn’t support iOS 13 & later. Sadly that forces me to update to a new phone or else I won’t be able to access the app. No remotely similar issue with other apps I use.

    Ever since your app came out when you go to scroll it glitches. Non-stop to the point where I have deleted the app. Every time I go to look for coupons it glitches and glitches it gives me a headache.

    I am so excited about this app, I really do love it, however, it saves items in the wrong category. I press the save to list button and it adds cabbage on the beverage list. I can’t change the list and save to the veggie list. There’s no option to add certain things to matching lists unless that list was already chosen and you happen to be shopping and saving in that same category. Very frustrating because I want to stay organized so I can shop better.

    This app is incredible and makes shopping online and in-store really easy. Thank you. I have noticed one issue, though, with curbside pickup. There have been a couple of times where store has reached out to me to let me know that I may pickup earlier. When I take advantage of this, you can’t “check-in” with app to let them know you are on the way or arrived. The booking time for pick-up isn’t changed in app, and can’t notify them unless calling store. Reaching someone can be a challenge, as well. Please see if there is a way to adjust this. Thank you, again!

    It’s to be able to add coupons and discounts to my card but the layout of the Weekly Ad is dumb. I’d rather be able to look at it like the print version instead of having to scroll through all the things in that week’s ad. They should go look at the Vons app and copy it because that app works right. Probably why I shop there more even though Ralph’s is closer to me.

    Digital coupons never work and cashiers refuse to fix. It’s just you didn’t clip the coupon and they refuse to acknowledge when you show them that you did.

    I have several problems this past month where my downloaded coupons are not redeeming. I’ve made special trips to store to use coupons that expire soon, only not to receive the discount. Super unhappy with this app. Switching to Von’s for my groceries.

    So far it’s been great! The app itself is good, it allows substitution, the cons is that not all items available through the app. As for the Kroger/Ralph’s support team, they are very responsive when instacart drivers dropped off at the wrong address or if the items did not meet expectations. As for Instacart, not all deliveries are equal, some will go way beyond my expectations and others.. well let’s say I got a bag of 10 cherries, a rotten cantaloupe and my kids were sad because of the delivery was missing Kinder Joy treats (that I was charged for!)... That was probably only 3% of the deliveries so far. Ratings are important so if they didn’t meet expectations please make sure you are honest about it, I notice the quality of deliveries tend to change as they weed out the bad apples and adjust their service to meet the needs of their customers. Thank you for keeping us safe at these times!

    The aisle numbers are never updated within stores. So you have to wander around the store until you find what you need. My Kroger pay declines regularly even though I have money on the card on the account. There’s no way to fix that and customer service never gets back to you.

    Like the app but scrolling through the items has always been so jerky that it can give you a headache! Also would be great if once you have clipped a coupon it automatically is added to your list.

    In the height of covid times Ralph’s / Kroger is the LAST app to require in person ebt swiping for grocery pickup instead of using a system like Acculynk where you can enter your details like a credit card inside the app. Their card readers NEVER WORK so you’re required to go inside the store and wait 20 minutes to swipe it which defeats the entire purpose of grocery pickup and when you complain to customer service about it they just ignore you

    I like ordering and then going to pick it up. It saves a great deal of hassle and time. However, the app is difficult to find your way around. I also found out I have to pick out produce myself, because whoever picks it out doesn’t seem to choose what I would choose. Sometimes they say that the item is not available, but when I check the store it’s there.

    I only use the app for coupons and to manage my prescriptions and it usually works pretty well for that. I wish they would add an option to allow the app to remember me for the prescriptions though, because it’s a pain to sign in every time. It used to at least remember my email address, but now it doesn’t even do that. At least give people the option to let them stay signed in to the pharmacy.

    Since my Ralph’s card is only associated with a phone number, not an email, there’s no way to sign in anymore to load coupons on my Ralph’s card, which worked fine before.

    I put some items in my cart. While I was about to check out, I was notified that 3 of my items prices went up and some of the items I had were now out of stock. Now, I get the out of stock portion ‘cause there are other people ordering at the same time as me BUT, the price increase. That kinda was annoying.

    It would be so much easier and better if I could filter coupons by category. I want to like this app but I feel it’s not very user-friendly and I’m super annoyed having to just scroll and scroll through the random coupons. Because of that, I rarely use the app and then I shop at Vons; I love their app!

    Instacart charges an additional 15% per item. I have proof: paper receipt for $67 from Ralphs, but Instacart charged me $80 for the same cart on my account. I showed Instacart the receipt and they stood by it. They blamed Ralphs, saying Ralphs makes them charge me more per item. But I found out Instacart charges Ralphs for its services; too shady. I buy direct from Ralphs now. Pick up curbside. No delivery fee. If there wasn’t a choice, sure I’d stay with Instacart. But why pay more if you don’t have to.

    Search is flawed: cannot do global search across all items. Cluassen pickles were found in fresh meat area for example. Search does not have bagels. Really you can’t find bagels. Need to be able to scan bar code to order same product.

    The app over the last year has been improving but it has a long way to go. For example, it is slow. Quick collecting so much dna data so it will operate better. It come up right after clicking on it sometimes and others it requires a full blown log it. Usual fails on weekends, which means the use is higher and less tech people watching their software performance at that time.

    The app is very user friendly and I love that everything you need is in one app. Only thing that would make it better is the ability to add personal notes to grocery list items. I relied heavily on this function with my old grocery store’s app.
