The app is frustrating, to say the VERY least! I try to schedule a pickup order and it continuously asks me to sign in to my account. DESPITE the fact that I have checked the box stating “Remember me”. Then when I go to add my debit card for payment, I have to sign in again multiple times and add my debit card number over and over. If you’re going to have this as an option on the app, the least you can do is ensure the process is working.

Thank you for doing my shopping. I like the quality of food and available items to choose from. The packages are always neatly packed, all cold n frozen products together I do not have to hunt to get all my cold products in freezer. Thanks again .

I pay for this service because I can’t run to the store for things the delivery person doesn’t take the time to find. I tip better when I get all items. I’m getting aggravated and ready to seek other sources

I find this site difficult to navigate. As I’ve shopped the Albertsons/Vons pickup site. Seems much easier there. But I did get through the Ralph’s app.

It is impossible to have anyone answer the phone especially in the Pharmacy. I’ve waited on hold for 10 minutes at a time only to be disconnected. I wanted to have my meds delivered and couldn’t get the Pharmacy to answer. If I need to ask an important question- there are no pickups.
That happens ALWAYS! I must change to a more customer oriented pharmacy; this is unacceptable.

Have never had any issues with my local Ralphs. The store has great customer service and always ready to attend their customers. If they come across something they don’t have an answer to, they will get someone else to assist. Love the store and employees. Thank you Ralphs and all employees.

Kroger is one of the last few hold-outs who refuses to let their customers decide HOW they want to pay for their groceries. Until Kroger allows us to use ApplePay at checkout, I will shop at Vons.

I’ve been using this app since the pandemic & I don’t think I’ll ever stop. It’s helped me really pre-think out my meals which helps making meal prep easier, & keeps me from just grabbing random things from the aisles. Also everyone that works at the marina pacifica store in long beach are always so kind and helpful!

Even if you are signed in and have a card in your wallet the app will tell you to sign in again AND half the time it will not recognize the info even when it is correct
AND it will lock you out for 30 minutes after about two attempts, which as anyone who has been stuck in line behind a faulty card knows MAKES EVERYONE UPSET
and Ralph’s will not allow for any other mobile pay options

I am so angry with Ralph’s.
1) I want to join Boost but cannot get a clear answer regarding who will deliver-Kroger or 3rd party. Per your website it says we can use a dropdown to choose. Talking to customer service for my area Ralph’s will choose depending on availability.
Kroger delivery says no tips please.
3rd party wants and expects tips.
I will join if Kroger delivers. Why bother saving coupons when you’ll lose it all on tips?
2) My Alt ID declines at participating Shell stations. Ralph’s has confirmed several times my Alt ID is correct in your system. Today your customer service said I need to call Shell and gave me their number. Shell says it’s a Ralph’s problem.
Why shop Ralph’s or join a 2x fuel program that doesn’t work?
Von’s fuel program always works at Chevron.
I prefer shopping at Ralph’s over Von’s. Your digital coupons and savings are better. My local store team is fantastic and they have earned my loyalty with their pick up service.
I wish Ralph’s corporate customer service did as well.

1. Submitting feedback from within the app is broken (“send failure: body not allowed”)
2. Cancel pickup order doesn’t work in the app
Features I wish it had:
1. Copying items from previous orders doesn’t work
2. Making item substitutions (opens Kroger.com rather than, say, a web view within the app)

Update: went to the grocery store today and Kroger Pay was down. I stood there for 3 minutes waiting for the screen to load. Nada. Had to leave my groceries and come back with a card.
Kroger Pay exists to scrape data. It’s gross.
It takes an awkward amount of time for me to fish my phone out, remember that the way I pay is called “Kroger pay” but the app is called “Ralph’s” then have to wait for the barcode the pop up. Just get Apple Pay like the rest of the universe.

What is wrong with Krogers IT group? Maybe they don’t like to work on weekend. Every time they change this crappy app it requires a new log in. Most retailers have enough common sense to hire people to make the app readier for customers to use. Maybe look for a few employees from CA to help with technology.

The digital coupon is too difficult to use. Even your checkers admit it is frustrating for them. There are too many steps involved to achieve end game. I usually need help from checker. Speaking for the older group of shoppers who spend the most money , it is not helping me and has become embarrassing to fumble through the process. It must be helpful in some way for you but it doesn’t work for anybody downstream. I go elsewhere if I can find competitive pricing elsewhere.

Hard to shop when app freezes as often as it does. Once app freezes I have to close it and start all over again. Frustrating.

Every time I wanted to look up details on an item, app froze and I had to close app down and reopen app. I would try to click on a specific cart item and if I didn’t hit it straight on with my finger it would delete then item.
Where’s Apple Pay 3/5
Come on. When are you going to offer Apple Pay? You’re literally the only grocery in my area that does not have Apple Pay. I prefer to not carry in my wallet and use my Apple Watch and Apple Pay. You’re seriously behind the times!

It’s 2022 and none of Kroger stores support Apple Pay. What world am I living in? Ain’t nobody got time for Kroger Pay. I’ll shop somewhere else where I can’t be inconvenienced into adding my card into another platform. Get with the times!

I am currently exhausted RESTING before I have to run a new series of errands
Therefore, having the great good fortune of someone else picking up my groceries saves time
& if I save time I can make that time profitable for me and my family
“Remember Me” would be a great feature. Why make us log in every single time? We can’t even minimize the app to check on something without being logged out.
Scanning the QR code in the store should open the app, and open to the correct product.
This app hardly makes anything easier. It should be far more user friendly.
Cannot order without a frequent buyer card, but the app refused to accept the alt ID that works perfectly at the store. It also refuses to accept the scanned card. Going to Vons

This software is not ready for public use. It makes my shopping experience less enjoyable and totally frustrating. How this app gets 4.7 stars is very suspicious. Hey Ralph’s management, fix it or kill it. After shopping loyally for 30 years I can’t trust your system anymore with this app. I dare a Ralph’s executive to go shopping with this poor quality product.

During the pandemic when Ralph’s grocery delivery services first launched, it was a major disaster. However, since the new Boost launched, it has improved phenomenally. Very satisfied.

This app works great, but the seemingly simple function of adding an item after sending an order is missing.
After you complete an order, it says that you have a certain timeframe in which you can add items to the order, but after years of using this app I still can’t figure out how to do it. Very frustrating to go without an item because of this.
Digital Coupons not presented very well 4/5
Quick view descriptions of digital coupons are tunicated and the pictures are too small.
Showing a small picture of an item with the with the only part of the description that can be seen as “Simple Truth Organic” is not helpful.
In order to know what the item is the shopper has no choice but to click on the item to open the full picture and description. The shopper winds up looking at items in which there is no interest in purchasing. It is slow and is a frustrating experience.
Better than Albertsons group, but still lacking 2/5
I’m cataloging a whole list of problems with this app. But this one needed immediate attention: they don’t list the unit price ($/lb) of packaged fresh meat. They only list the “estimated” price of the (one assumes correct) whole package. Without of course listing what the average package weight is. Really? I can’t believe it’s simply an oversight as if they’re completely unaware of how their customers shop.
C’mon. Do better.
