    It started at check out. I clipped free delivery & in check out it was charging me $9.95!!! I spend to much time trying to clip all my coupons!!!!

    Other grocery store apps are more advanced, this app does not tell you what they have and don’t have in real time went to buy about 50 bucks of food only got half my order fulfilled, also they don’t allow you to buy gift cards through email when litterally all other apps have that feature. TLDR overpriced not enough food available app suffers and is very basic they need to catch up with the times or they will be left behind. Absolutely clueless your trying to sell ps4 for more than the price of a new ps5 bro that’s funny fire the moron who catalogues the things for your site and app because they are on some kush and know nothing about games or technology basically a foolish boomer.

    I just updated to version 28. It logged me out from older version. After trying to rest my password, it wouldn’t take the passcodes several times. When I finally got a passcode to work and created a new password, it got in and had to reset my location. Then I got logged out. I tried my password to log in then it said it was wrong!!! So I had to reset my password AGAIN, and AGAIN and AGAIN when it logged me out unexpectedly and blocked my password I made. I finally got in app. I think this is the most unstable app I’ve used since I downloaded Ralph’s app few yrs ago.

    It’s flaky, keeps kicking me out whenever I add more of the item. Also it doesnt show all of the items on same page so you have to click different page and sometimes that also kicks me out of the page

    The search function is very bad on this app. A simple search for items like eggs and butter returns many unrelated items. Also, getting to the screen where my credit card is entered (not allowing an order to be completed) took 4 attempts. Also, constantly asking for a login (at the beginning of building a shopping list, each time one wants to add to the list, and before checkout) is unnecessary and will turn me to other places to order food. The user interface also implies that a stated price may or may not be available if you order one or only if you order say, two of an item. I don’t have time for games like this.

    This app is impossible to work. I’ve tried for almost 2 days to place an order for pickup. The people at my Ralph’s on Victoria in Ventura. I called the number I was given and the person was incompetent. Make this easier to navigate please.

    Was looking forward to using the app, but one of the main reasons why I downloaded it was to setup Kroger Pay for touch less payments. No matter what, I get a message saying “technical difficulties” whenever I try to even set it up. Disappointing, will try again if they fix the issue.

    Cant update any information. Trying to change my email and it says my profile can’t be found as I’m already logged in. Then it won’t update my phone number for the rewards card it says there’s a syncing error.

    Over all the app seems flawless, except it won’t even let me change the store I want to shop at. The zip code box pops up and nothing further happens, locational service button does nothing. Without being able to pick the store I want it’s entirely useless. Nothing can be done unless I want to shop at the Manchester-Western store apparently.

    Because my customer number dates back to the early 90’s, they say I can’t use it to get receipts for my in-app purchases. They say I need to go to the store and get a new card. Ralph’s either needs better trained customer service, or better software developers. :-(.

    I’ve given the company feedback for months on this, but they haven’t fixed it: trying to get a receipt in the app results in a black screen with jibberish on it and freezes the app. There’s no way to find out if your coupons and credits (e.g. for returning an item) have been handled correctly. The problem is even worse when you use curbside pickup, because unless you specifically ask the employee when you arrive for a paper receipt, they won’t give you one. I’ve even asked for a paper receipt and been told that I can’t get one because of the system they use now for curbside pickup. VERY frustrating, and I’m possibly missing money (but I can’t know for sure, can I?) And another issue that started just recently: some items no longer tell you how much they cost. Price says something like “subject to change” (I can’t remember the exact wording, but if you order it, the price will come as a complete surprise on your total later). Other than this, I like the app. Other things on it work pretty well.

    In my opinion much better than other big box grocery stores. Able to drill down by category such as deli or organic, available coupons list next to products so they aren’t missed. Ability to set up custom list such as healthy or favorite snacks. Or utilize a desktop or larger trips but exclusively use the app for smaller quick hitter trips.Especially when just going into my premade list and adding items to cart from those or searching for a one-off craving/need.

    It has told me my password that I’d created moments ago is wrong. So I reset the password. In the process of doing so it wanted a code that had been sent to my email. When switching between my email app and this app, the web view page closed, invalidating the code that I was sent 3 times. Once I finally got in it was asking for a credit card which I added upon hitting add it did not actually add the card. So I tried again, and again it asked for a password, which again was the 2nd I’d just created successfully and used moments ago, it told me it was wrong and the. Locked me out of my account. This app is very buggy and needs significant work.

    I order items organic fruits without substitution and get charged for organic but receive regular fruits in my orders. No way to dispute the order. No way to contact customer support. No way to change anything. Not updated list of products (I can choose items that haven’t been in stock for months because they are out of season). After ordering pickup/delivery through this app I end up going to a store anyway. Don’t waste your time!

    Terrible and annoying I finally deleted this app because it would not change the store setting , did not show the same digital coupons available and showing in store, contined to show wrong zip code no mater how many times I changed it. I have been staying to Fox this for 10 minutes while standing in the aisle of the store I am shopping in. So either this store has terrible Wyfy or this app is cr*p. Needs lots of work before I try this again.

    I’ve tried to use this twice! Could not figure it out if I wanted to get more than one item . Its just another way to say we have coupons but don’t make it easy to use! App members ID should be enough. At san marcos, campus marketplace location, Both manager and teller couldn’t figure it out! TRAIN YOUR STAFF FIRST BEFORE ASKING CUSTOMER TO USE YOUR APP!

    I think it’s great that the app links up to my Ralph’s online account. Very handy for recalling items that I have purchased in the past. Great selection of items and great pictures that help solidify my memory. The hang up? I went through and created my “list”, but found no way of putting them into the cart for curbside pickup. Very frustrating!!! Had to start over again. This would be a handy and very convenient fix please. Regards, A.B.

    Chunky app that is difficult to navigate. Inability to delete/modify “suggested items” based on previous sales is awful. Use the app but still end up going into the store to find items not listed on app. Kroger STILL not accepting Apple Pay/Apple Wallet during pandemic is both infuriating and pathetic.

    Very user friendly for old ones like me this is the first time I could see products get details and add to cart right away not only that but it knows what I used to buy and brings those items up...very handy for someone with a poor memory.This will make a HUGE difference in our quality of life can’t wait to send our second order today!     Made a request to have groceries delivered. Everything went well, driver told me they were on their way, and said my order was approaching. What happened next, I never got my groceries or made any contact with my driver explaining why they were running late. Unless they get everything together with their delivery system, I will NEVER order groceries on this app ever again.

    But they’re not the store for me during a pandemic if you want convenience or touch less pay options. They don’t take Apple Pay but the Kroger pay on this app didn’t work. And we tried scanning it at two different checkout aisles. The workers there are great but the pay option on this app is worthless. Vons is now my store.

I deleted the app and downloaded again thinking it was a fluke and now I can’t even sign into my account and nothing shows up, just the same error message “oops experiencing technical error” blah blah blah. I know it’s the app because I was able to log in my account and order my groceries fine on my desktop computer

    This app is impossible to navigate to actually buy something for pick up. It lets you put items on a list BUT that is not the cart and then you have to place items from the list into the cart. One by one. It makes no sense to have to do these multiple steps. And it’s very hard to find things. On the PC, through their website it remembers what I’ve bought and makes it super easy to create an order to pick up. The app is shockingly bad. My 13-year old could design a better one. Don’t waste your time trying to order food from the iPad - just go get your laptop and use it.
