I have tried several times to register so I can use the app. Submitted email but nothing comes in my inbox. Love my truck but currently app is pretty uselesd
V6 daily driver 4/5
Ok so far. 300mi and no problems. Has enough daily “get up and go”. Mostly urban/city driving so far. The only issue for not being 5 out of 5 stars is poor fuel mileage surprisingly for a v6.

My only negative comment is the poor gas mileage. Though two thirds of my driving is pulling a 4,000 lb. RV trailer, and at 7500 plus total miles, I’ve never gotten over 11 mpg driving at an avg. speed of 60 miles per hour. CA speed limit towing trailer is 55 miles per hour. As I drive other states, I still keep it at 60 miles per hour. I don’t use cruise control much because it boosts up the rpm’s to much when not necessary.
The power and ease of towing up hill grades nullifies some of that. My former truck strained on towing on uphill grades.

I would love to be able to give these guys a good review however I can’t seem to get them to send me the registration email and yes I looked in all folders including spam and junk location. So I thought maybe I typed it wrong I’ve done the stupid thing 5 times and still no email so I can start my Acct. I even waited overnight last night. Still nada so I’ll wait and update this if I ever get it done.

This app has some issues. When trying to enter scheduled service, it asks to verify my identity. It asks for my email but the field says “phone” and only accepts numbers as an input.

I love the interface of the interior. The cabin is the nicest of the trucks. The exterior is better than years past. And the power is one of the best.

Here’s the good news This is a very quiet riding and well handling truck the controls are nice the computer screen is large I have the Laramie edition I’m happy with it and this is my third RAM pick up actually the first one was a 98 Dodge and then I had a 2015 and this is my 2018 and I’ve been happy with all of them.
I did have an electrical problem with my overhead map light and they had replace the whole overhead console this was the exact same thing that happened to my 2015 ram and at the time I brought it in the dealer told me that that was a common problem so you would’ve thought RAM would’ve figured out what the electrical problem was within in the next three years and corrected it.
The next major short coming of this vehicle which was the same thing with my 2515 is the horrible access to common maintenance items meaning the oil filter and the two fuel filters. Also the fuel filters seem way overpriced.
That being said I would still buy another one when the time comes if I need one.

Filled out my email several times and nothing came through. Even tried work and wife’s email. Zero results. If you can’t get registered into the app (simple process), then that says something. 1 star for now and what I was able to use.

Nothing like it. I wanted all the safety features along with adaptive cruise. I had a ‘15 Z71 LTZ I wanted features then, GM still doesn’t have them.... maybe for’20..... they are sitting on their hands building the same old thing they have for years, Ram has hit it out of the park! This Ram is finer then anything on the market, car or truck. I already have a ‘17 wrangler Sahara 4 door and love it. I thought about a Gladiator, but my wife wanted a “real truck” we got the unlimited Ram... enough said!

It’s nice having a way to document but everything that was done at the dealership doesn’t show up. It just says it was there. The app should be able to talk to the database and at least show some info of what was done.

I have had this app for about a year. When it works it’s good, but it repeatedly loses my login info and then fails to send the email to reset my password that it forgets.

What can I say. Three attempts to register were unsuccessful. Can’t even get the email sent to me. Complete junk! Hope the truck I bought isn’t!!
Update: Was able to get to my account thru another source not listed in the registration process. Still no registration emails after many try’s in the application but I am in now and everything works fine. I took stars off because access/registration can not be obtained within the application although it indicates it can. Beyond the access issues everything works great.

Love the app and love my truck. I got it from a semi-reliable car lot BUT the thing runs like a champ. Despite a couples bumps from learning to drive such a large vehicle, my Ram Express has been nothing but glorious, and being almost six model years old (it’s the 2014 1500 express,) this thing feels like it drove off the lot brand new just yesterday. I’m currently in the market for a new/used ecodiesel and will make not only Ram, but FCA my brand for life. Way to go Ram, you guys ROCK!!!

I love technology! Just got a new Ram and want to try all the bells and whistles I can. Filled out a survey that mentioned this app and was excited to try it out! I downloaded the app, and placed my email in three times then tried a different email address and neither has shown up. I know what you’re thinking! Check spam or junk folders! Done. Nothing.
I’ll keep an eye out for the email and maybe I’ll be able to register. If I finally get in, I promise I’ll raise the stars.

I like the truck but so far, @1200 miles, the fuel mileage is disappointing. I am getting 15 around town, 21 on the highway and 19 combined. Advertised was 19 & 24. If it doesn't improve I will replace it.

Transmission transfer case problems 2/5

I’m have problems when I back up the transfer case and transmission, any bump or small incline makes this happen with a large grinding noice and immediate stop or lock up.
Also the apple play after one call will not recognize the phone again
Helps me keep up with maintenance and recalls on my truck.

After 8-9 years and just as many dealerships and vehicles I think I have finally found a place to Continue A steady relationship with and continue to see year after year.
