I’m a 23 y/o who prefers to pay cash, in most situations. Please add a pay in store via cash option with online orders. Otherwise, very fluid app and easy to use for the masses.

Dietary restrictions make ordering a challenge at many restaurants. The store manager, Darrell, came out and verified our order with a smile. Super, duper, over and above customer service!! Visit this Red Robin for a great experience.

My birthday reward says for dine in only but then the app only allows you to order to go. To get rewarded you need to order to go and you get nothing for dine in. I want a restaurant experience not my table experience.

App used to work. Now I get an error message that says “ your password may not be recognized because we added new features like ordering this year. Just click “reset your password” to reset it…. Over and over again…
I can sign in fine on the web site but the app isn’t working. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it’s up to date. Please fix this.
A birthday reward should be able to be used for a pick up a delivery or dine in. It should not just be used for dining. It’s supposed to be to celebrate the birthday month of the person. I think this should be changed as much as we spend at red Robin.

There is no option to select the done-ness of your burger. Every time I order for delivery I have to call and let them know.
There also no place to enter notes. If there were, I could put it there.
I have my kid’s free birthday meal in my rewards. I choose our burgers including my kid’s meal but it won’t deduct the kid’s meal when I place the order. I gave up after trying couple times and decided to order from other.

Had fun picking out the food and entering all my CC info anyway! App does not allow you to pay after entering all the info. App is equally unusable as the online version. Going elsewhere. Red Robin has always been the absolute worst in the business when it comes to to-go.

This app keep telling me to reset my password when I try to log in to it. It doesn’t work!!! This has been happening every since they updated the app to this new version. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it but it still doesn’t work. I can only access my Res Robin account through my Red Robin emails I receive.

The previous app was much better. This one does not allow for burger preference ( some pink or no pink ). My family prefers some pink other wish it tastes like gas. You need to put that option back ASAP.

This friggin app has had me change my login so many times I’ve gotten timed out. WTH? Yo? I’m using a brand new IPad that remembers my login password. Nope… I put in manually, Nope… now I’m Hangry!! Sorry, It’s not worth all this aggravation. You’d think I was punching in launch codes for a nuke. It’s just a hamburger for the love of little baby Jesus.
Lots of great ways to customize your order. Great job developers.

I am so impressed with this Red Robin location. The process was super quick, and my food stayed warm even after I got home.
The people working there were very welcoming and friendly. It tasted wonderful and I am very happy with my experience.

You guys made the app worse with minimal customizations available now. I used to be able to modify whatever and type in something for the kitchen if I needed it and that option is gone now :/
Unable to order “some pink”; no way to give feedback 1/5
The customization to order a burger with “some pink” is now missing. When ordering it submits to the restaurant to the default “no pink”. Which will apparently mean to cook the burgers into dry, burnt, inedible hockey pucks. ☹️
Also wish there was a submit feedback in the app on how orders went. Without it, feels like Red Robin doesn’t actually care about quality or customer satisfaction once they have your money. Mistakes happen, everyone is trying their best, there should be a way to give feedback when this happens (or when great service happens as well!).

I keep getting an error after the last update rendering the app useless. It says the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format. I am unable to get any help. The app has never done this in the past. I am frustrated!!
There is an email reward offered to me if I use the app. Bogo but when u try it says error can not read because of wrong format. Please how do I fix? I’ve also put all updates on my phone took the app off and reinstalled and restarted phone

Clunky and Doesn’t show rewards 1/5
Whoever works on the UI for RR has still not gotten it right. We love the restaurant and have been ordering in store and through the site for years now, but the website used to be clunky especially when the rewards used to not link with the site, now the same is happening in the app, we have a free birthday burger along with one burger and the site said if we joined the app we’d get another offer, well that’s not happening. When connecting our account to the app none of our rewards are showing and the site keeps saying ERROR- data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the right format.

I did a mass update on apps recently and this was one of them. I went to order through it yesterday and was presented with an impassable error that read "The data couldn't be read because it isn't in the correct format." Which effectively renders the app useless, please fix, I removed, rebooted and installed the current version from the App Store and get the same error.

I downloaded the app for the BOGO deal and I’m getting an error message that it can’t load. I’m signed in correctly with my info, but I can’t get the BOGO deal or even see the other rewards I have available in the app. There seems to be a glitch.

I’ve had a Red Robin acct for years. Then recently downloaded the app because of the promises of free food. In the past I’ve always gone to my acct from the emails I get. And my rewards are always there. However, on the app, there are no rewards not even the free “buy one get one” with the app they are advertising. I’ve decided I probably won’t use the app as long as it doesn’t work. Hopefully it’ll Catch up soon!!!

Will not load offers because it just keeps popping up data is not in the correct format - whatever that means. Means I cannot use the mobile app only offers. Please fix and test your app.

Received an email offering a reward if I order through the app. Downloaded the app and after repeated attempts to enter my information finally got it to accept the input. Then open login and no reward just a repeated Data format error. I think I’ll go back to ordering through the website

Email says buy one get one. I’m thinking OK I could try a red Robin again.
When I go and click on it, it says invalid code, even though I’m logged in on the app. Not cool sounds like marketing in the app designers need to get in the same room and figure this out.
