    I use RedBox a lot less frequently than I used to. More than half of my transactions have had issues. Today, I was charged an extra night even tho I had the movie less than 24 hours. I have had reservations that were not honored then had to rent at the box without my promo codes. Very inconvenient and the fact that I need to CALL with issues and wait to speak with someone over a couple of fraudulently charged dollars is not worth my time… but is exactly their goal. $2-3 dillies here or there is still fraud and I can’t even chat with someone. I will be deleting my Redbox app and stop using these boxes.

    I cannot go to the Redbox at my Publix online and view or reserve a movie from that box. you cannot call anyone at Redbox and complain because they don’t answer the phone and if you go online to their chat bot is a total waste of time! I have to drive twice as far to other stores where they have a box that might have the movie I’m looking for in it. I reserved one from Walgreens this morning and when I got there, even though I had paid for it online and used the same credit card it said there was no reservation for my movie.

    Not all of us have streaming services so Redbox makes it easy (and cheap)to see the movies that we may have missed at the theater. Love all their promos, and that they have so many convenient locations.

    You cannot take a break and come back to where you left off. You also will watch 6 ads, fast forward or rewind, and be forced to watch another 6 ads. Very unnecessary and deterring.

    4k availability is low, and I have to search p e kiosk at a time. If you can show me all of the 4k movies within a 5 mile radius you could drum up a lot of business. A 4k disk is much better quality than a streaming equivalent, I want to use your service, but looking for a nearby movie is tedious. The website has less functionality. Also, I have to set the browse rating filter every single time I launch the program. Please make it persistent. You have a lot of potential to make a great product that services the audio/videophile market with just a couple of MINOR changes. It’s up to you if you want make your app and website more useful.

    We have used REDBOX for 8 years. Very satisfied. Very economical, has many deals. 2years ago we picked up new movies for $1.25 plus tax. Streaming could not match that This week I received a movie for $2.25! Outstanding

    I would like to be able to look up the streaming cost on my phone and reserve a movie to watch later on TV. All I get is an error message saying my device doesn’t support streaming. I KNOW. I JUST WANT TO SEE THE PRICE. Look up on my TV is very clunky, much easier on my phone.

    Redbox used to be really good. And I guess they still have a few things going for them like their On Demand service and the fact that they do release a lot of the newer films pretty quickly after they’ve left the theater. But the two biggest takeaways that leave me hardly ever using them anymore is the fact that they 1. Still have a pretty small selecting of movies to rent. And they’re usually just a random mix of newer films and random B-movies they feel like throwing in there. And 2. The majority of your movies to rent are no longer in Blu Ray! Why would I want to rent a new movie that I liked or missed in theaters when 70% of the new movies you put out can only be rented on Regular DVD! It’s 2023 I’m not trying to watch the newest movies on 420p DVD. Step up your game Redbox, your base option should be at least Blu Rays. At this point I’d rather wait an extra couple weeks until I can either stream the film or rent it for a couple bucks more on like Vudu or something

    Redox has a great thing going here. I love the service. However, your native iOS app is severely lacking one major component: picture-in-picture capability. In 2023, the best of the streaming apps (Prime Video, Google TV, Vudu, Youtube, Peacock, Discovery+), all have one thing in common: They have picture-in-picture capability as part of their streaming apps. Of course, picture-in-picture capability is what allows a user to continue streaming their content (usually in a smaller window in the corner of their tablet or phone) while they multi-task and do things like check email or work in documents. I would hope to see Redbox update it’s native iOS app and implement picture-in-picture capability with all due speed. Thank you.

    The app on my iPhone doesn’t work it keeps loading and not showing anyone else but it loading, the app works perfectly fine on my smart tv but not on my iPhone. Please fix the problem.

    It has been three weeks and the movie I’ve been wanting to rent, Lyle Lyle Crocodile, is still unavailable. When will be available to rent near me? I have contacted Redbox via email over a week or so ago but have not heard back. Please contact me about that because I am tired of waiting.

    I have a T-Mobile Tuesday promotion for 1night movie rental. It seems not all movies qualify. 2 movies selected gave me a $1 off, not a free night. Finally, the 3rd movie gave me a free night. :(. Kind of lame

    Tried to use an existing Redbox gift card and no matter how I try to use it it will not work. Thus far have tried renting online, renting in app for pick up at a kiosk and purchasing the same. Very disappointed customer.

    I have a couple thousand points and can’t rent a movie. AND, I just reserved a movie and the store is closed for Christmas and your charging me for tonight. Ridiculous! Close to an actual scam!

    I was trying to watch Hansel And Gretal from 2002, when I got this one add that would not play, and forced me to leave the app. It kept happening Iver and over. Please fix this, otherwise you will lose me as a customer
