This app will not load any kiosk movies!
The app doesn’t recognize where a Redbox is located and lists a location more than four miles away as redbox location (spoiler alert: There’s no Redbox there.)
And when I try to use my online code to reserve a movie? It didn’t work.
No dice guys.

When I first tried using my promo code for a free movie it when through and said it was going to not charge anything but proceeded to ask for my card so I swipe thinking I was not getting charged after I got the movie it still charged me and never got a return of my money other than this red box is great for renting movies I go all the time 👍🏻

At first the app was nice and I could find what I wanted quickly and could make a reservation. Now the app is extremely slow and takes forever to bring up the images. If I click on the notification tap the app will freeze and I have to close completely out of it just to use the app. Sometimes it’s just easier to go to the box and find something

You have totally messed up this app. It used to be so easy to browse by and change locations. Now I can not get it away from my home location to check another. And what’s with the stupid “My Bag”? Can’t you use use the customary “Add to cart” like almost every other e purchase tool?? Really hate this app now!!!

Really like this app a lot. Has made renting and pick-up so much easier. Use it about 99% of the time as trying to get rewards credits for rentals made at the kiosks can be slow and frustrating with the inaccurate on-screen keyboards. Have RedBox contacted customer service a couple of times in the past year and have been happy with that as well.

This is a great company, for example, if you happen to get a bad disk, all you have to do is call and they will either refund your money or give you a free night rental on your next rental! This is a great app because unlike other reward apps, it has never crashed on me, never not kept my reward points and rewards linked with the company, so my rewards and pints are always synched! It has great rewards because unlike other reward programs you don’t have to spend tons of money in order to receive any perks! And Red Box has many awesome perks! Please, keep up the great work!!!

Use the app to reserve movies when out and about. It’s a lot easier to see what’s available at the box, reserve it then swipe the card to pick up the movie. Also, when making the reservation on the new release it’s waiting for you and not hunting to find the movie at other locations!!!

I love being able to rent movies when I want, but the app lately is not working. It’s very frustrating when you want to find a movie on the go. It won’t load the movies available and/or the trailer keeps dropping. Please fix this.

I have had some questionable screens, specifically when trying to access a digital movie. For some reason that link isn't on my screen. I tried multiple movies and no link is on the
age. Other time, it is there.

I love revocation because buying movies is like 20 dollars brand new but then you have to see them for half the price or less.they are also pretty reticent with their movie selection. It is only 2 dollars for a blu ray dvd but most of the time you can use a coupon and spend less than a dollar. They have tv on demand which is great but I wish there was an app for the tv or or my gaming console because the only way you watch your on demand rents are if It’s also a good way to try out games for the ps4 Xbox one and now the switch. I think this is a good way to try out games before I spend 50 dollars. All in all I think this a great service. For renting and buying movie and games.

App is extremely slow at loading movies. Most load without cover pic. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, hard shutdown...nothing improves the speed. I’ve stopped using this app.

I use this app all the time. No matter where I am in any city. I can search and review movies I’m inquiring about before their all gone, especially NEW RELEASES! This app even notifies me of any of them as well as an movies on my WISH LIST. It’s so easy to use and great to have! I don’t know why people even waste time searching at the Kiosk when all they have to do is search on their phone through the app.

My app for redbox is soooo slow it takes up to 33-4 minutes to pull up the movies. Also it asks me for my CC info when I put the info in it says that credit card is use. But when I try to rent a movie it says I have no CC info to rent a movie. I’m ready to delete my account as if now I haven’t been able to rent anything. 1-13-18. Btw last update did nothing. Frustrating.

Your UI/UX dev teams should be ashamed. You took a perfectly functional and clearly navigable application and decimated the functions that made it easy to check and reserve movies available at a given locale. The untransitioned screen swaps and partial slide overs are infuriating. And what’s going on with the map screen? It only scales to a quarter of an already small phone screen and doesn’t auto-populate. Whisky Tango Foxtrot. I don’t care about your streaming options- we have Netflix for that. I look to redbox for a disk, and you’ve made that particular service harder to acquire. Fix your application.
