Constant errors 2/5
By Chikat312
Login works about 50% of the time. When it does the app allows you to track activity but not see what you have entered in previous for other days. If it does allow this, it is not easy to find. Very clunky user experience. Will not use this app in the future.
Unable to make account?! 1/5
By SuperGirl_30
Downloaded app, put in sponsor code, name/DOB/SS#, tapped to create a new account, put in email, user name, password and can’t get any further. The button doesn’t work. An app my employer is making me use for my insurance and I can’t even create an account. Awesome.
Junk... 1/5
By Sunflare98
Just a glorified web browser. Claims that by installing the app, your Apple Watch steps will sync but there is no proof on their app/website that this is happening nor does the activity time register in their challenges unless manually added.

You know there is that saying “I’ve seen worst”, in this case I don’t think I’ve seen worst.
Broken App 1/5
By Mtnman66
As part of a Wellness program at my work, had to download. When registering the DOB stayed on today’s date. Wouldn’t let me change it. The next entry is the last four of my social.
Nope! Don’t trust it!
App doesn’t work 1/5

Downloaded the app with my iPhone X and the app won’t even let me create an account 🙄
No activity logged 1/5
By kshelyn
The app does not capture daily steps, states “No activity logged”. I wear my Apple Watch EVERYDAY so there should be activity. So frustrating. Please fix this.
Horrible update! 1/5
By DJAlmquist
Feels like I’m navigating a web page on my phone instead of an app. Very awkward. Have to press days twice when logging exercise. Way too many clicks required. Bring back the older version. Can’t even log workouts in March as their dumb calendar only goes through February.

Helpful app that makes me healthy.
Needs healthkit integration 2/5
By Dub
There's plenty to like about the app, but its potential is squandered on bypassing the healthily functions in Apple's OS and devices.
Connection Trouble 1/5
By Gjp426
Just keep getting the error message “Looks like there connection trouble. Give it another try”. Did it when I first tried it 5 months ago and just checked, still does it. Unusable.
Can’t use it at all 1/5
By cloveapple
My employer is recommending this app, so I tried it. To even begin using the app you need to enter your health benefits “sponsor.” Well, it won’t accept my insurance company’s full name, the acronym for my insurance company, the full name of the company I work for, the acronym for the company I work for, or the parent company of the company I work for.

Feels Clunky Now 2/5
By _FailSafe
After upgrading to v2.3, as others have noted, it appeared RedBrick broke Apple Health syncing. After multiple back-and-forth, generic response emails (over MANY days) with their support team, I finally got someone intelligent who told me where the setting for Apple Health syncing is buried.
Once logged into the app, tap the ‘vertical ellipses’ in the upper-right corner. Choose ‘Profile’. Within the profile settings, enable the setting for ‘Connect to Health app’ and then follow the prompts to choose which Apple Health items to allow RedBrick to read.
So while I can confirm this has restored my ability to complete the daily step tracking point, the behavior now is that it syncs steps up through two days prior from the current day. Why?! Why steps from two days ago and not from yesterday?
Come on RedBrick. This version of the app was a regression from v2.2.2. Bring that version back and leave it alone. It worked fine.
Horrible update 1/5
By Dollene
I liked the older version on tracking steps, it actually let you know if it was sync'd. This version, does not.
Awful 1/5
By quickshot56
The “redesign” is horrid. Was simple to hook to other apps, Apple Health, add to Track before the app was changed to a web view. Absolute joke. Pretty convenient that the requirements to earn credit for Track are dependent on some arbitrary “score” of your activity, when the “app” doesn’t sync the activity you’re already tracking on your phone or health apps...LIKE IT USED TO.
Not surprised though. This is the same company that couldn’t keep faxes straight and had no problems reporting my “unfulfilled obligations” when THEY lost the fax my doctors office sent multiple times.
RedBrick is a joke and the company is a farce. Pathetic app.
Not good 1/5
By turtlet527
Very low functionality. Tried to sync with my Apple Watch and will not connect with Apple health no matter what I do. I then tried to manually enter my data and the screen goes blank every time I try to access “add to track” and I need to close the app. The worst.
Atrocious 1/5
By classicalfreak
I don’t know who designed this, but they should keep their day job. It makes it impossible to do the simplest tasks, like quickly recording your exercises or seeing your history. From the last version, which was bad enough, they’ve added all sorts of unnecessary elements and click paths, and buried useful tasks under an avalanche of graphics and pointless health tips. Ditch this and start again please, but first find out what your users actually want to do instead of what you are trying to push.
Unusable 1/5
By r.kho
This is literally an "app" that wraps a horribly unusable webview with overenthusiastic JavaScript that locks up or errors out every other tap. It's clear nobody who paid for (or was paid to build) this app actually bothered trying it out, because it's just a huge garbage fire waste of money and development effort.
Redbrick should be ashamed of hiring devs that output this horrible quality of work. The devs who worked on this should be ashamed of having no standards in what they build. There's enough blame to go around the entire company, because this is simply the most incompetent amount of money spent on software outside the government.
Stopped working after last update 1/5

The options bars are not showing anymore. You can’t navigate through the app.
Dead ends 2/5
By Jen and Dre
Everything you tap on leads to a dead end. Once you choose rewards or any of the other option on the main scree there is no way out! You have to close the app and reload it. Duh!!!!
Data not available 1/5

Missing information that is important to see. Can’t see data for each calendar day that is input. Can’t see walking time/distance.
Like navigating a maze 1/5
By beahahasnerk
Moving around inside this app is unintuitive and frustrating. Can’t find/get to settings to see about syncing with the third party apps this update purports to enable.
Additionally, it isn’t syncing with existing data from Apple. There is money on the table in the form of health improvement incentives so, developers, please ensure that I can sync the exercise/activity data from my iPhone to Redbrick.
What a joke 1/5
By FreedumFries
This app is a joke. I have to use it to save a little extra money on our overpriced insurance and it doesn’t even work. What a joke our healthcare system is.
Terrible App 1/5
By JM056
Most of the time it only shows the home page. When you click to record a journey it loads back to the home screen or shows a blank page. If it wasn’t for work I would have deleted this app a long time ago. Once again the app is terrible and you are better off logging in to the website online.
Does not work 1/5

Every time I try to login under the company I work for it says cannot find that login name. Works on my home PC just not my iPhone. Also does not sync up with my iWatch to upload all my workout data.

It did what it needed to do for me but now it just won’t connect to my employer’s site so it’s become unless and I have to sign on a different way. It made it easier with the app to sync with my other apps. Wished it would work right again

The app stopped syncing walking data a while ago and now the app won't even log in. Going backwards. Used to work.
Not syncing with health app on iPhone 5s 1/5

What happened? The app hasn't synced with the walking data in the health app since about July 11. I don't even see walking as a data source any more. I deleted/reloaded the app to no avail. Please help.

Used to able to use thumbprint security latest update...it's gone! Every time they update I have to call support to get logged back in!!! No telling how much time and incentives I've lost as a result of this app! If I could give it a negative stars rating I would!!!

Terrible Integration 1/5
By MrDerrty
Redbrick is connected through my employer to track our movement to show I'm active and healthy. This app has terrible integration to the Apple HealthKit. I have to resync data everyday and it only picks up maybe one workout. Millions of people use this app for their employers. This needs to be resolved ASAP.
Does not sync with Apple Health App 1/5
By GeoRun2008
I find it very disappointing that a company that is so into wellness and health and has such a poor app. I have ask them for years to be able to sync with Apple. The app sync 2 of 5 days. What a joke. If my Apple Watch tracks all my activity it should sync easily to redbrick app. But that does not happen. Find it interesting they still support jawbone which is a dead device now. They need to get with it.

Does not sync Apple Watch OR steps so you still have to go into the website and add your activity. Completely useless
Used to work - useless 1/5

I used to be able to sync steps from Apple Watch - via Health App to this app. Still required me to open the RB app periodically- never as good as Fitbit integration. Ridiculous that they can't support Watch now.

Did anyone even bother to think... 1/5
By T Willies
If the only reason you created this was to say you had an app, you nailed it.
As an athlete I really think that no one even consulted some that regularly exercises to see what should go on this app and how they could better incentivize people to become healthier. Yes I see you want me to put statistics in but your system does not give any credit for those of tracking our activities unless we use our phone or a very limited number meet of devices. There are hundreds of thousands of runners, cyclist, swimmers, crossfitters, rowers, trekkers, climbers and many more out there that use garmin, suunto, polar, fitbit type devices that you can't see on the app. While you can find some of that on the webpage, It's even hard to find that on there.
Poor App 1/5
By Starbuck962
It took me 3 days to successfully log in. The next day the app would not progress past the log in page. This app needs a lot of work. I am very disappointed.
Can't even handle signing in 1/5
By Just us elves
The sign in page lets one sign in with their employer's single sign on option, but once having done so I'm at my employer's benefits web page, with nothing in the app to get me anywhere else (other than back to the sign on page). That means it's completely useless.
Creating a Redbrick account is finicky (gotta put your middle name after your first name in the first name field), and they require a phone number. I don't want them to call me but they say they have no way to prevent that. After seeing the other reviews here I'm going to keep using the Fitbit sync instead.
Needs work 2/5
By HarleyMan
The app functions, but it needs a lot of work to emulate the website. Reward features have recently been added due to numerous customer requests. App needs newer, fresher looking icon. Right now it rates below average.
Does not sync 1/5
By Is923
I have an Apple Watch and the app stated it was synced with my iPhone and Apple Watch. It tracked activity for 2 1/2 weeks and synced my results only one time . It hasn't synced my results for the last 10 days . I contacted RedBrick support and they gave me a canned response that the app can become disconnected if the Watch or phone gets an update. Well there was no update during this time . The app is just worthless .
