Making it happen! 5/5

Remind is helping me successfully work with my parents and their children. It has barely slowed up these past 11 days of our cyber schooling. I just love this app even more because of this!
This app is clunky and and not intuitive at all. Their is no support and overall it’s terrible.
This is amazing! Very useful and it is an amazing resource.

I Love this App. We use it for blast announcements for our classroom, but mostly to communicate with parents relaying messages. It notifies us through the app and through text message that we can then immediately respond. The ability to share photos of their child’s creations is also very helpful to relieve the ‘But I want to save my LEGO building to show...’ at cleanup time. No more tears and the families love it!
Good app for teachers and students at school👍🏽
Remind accounts will go away and tips to recover do not help
The concept of this app is terrific. However it is constantly freezing up by saying “sorry we hit a snag come back later”. This prevents from sending messages to teacher or anything. It kinda gets frustrating. Can someone please solve this issue?
Very happy to have this app during covid times. Makes communicating with parents easier. Thanks!
Life saver!! 5/5
This app is so helpful!! I love it!
This is a great app to use to build strong relationships with parents and keep them involved. Love it!!

I need a little help. 5/5
Okay, so I'm having trouble with something from your app. When I tried to add my parent on the parents list, something pop up that said, "You're not allowed to make this parent-child relationship." I was confused so i searched about it. The only results I got were the instructions on how to add family members on the list(which I already knew how to do.) Asking my peers was no use either. They all told me they didn't come upon this and so now I'm struggling on this. From all that aside, this app is honestly very useful when it comes to my school work, since this is the only communication I can use to talk to my teachers for any work during quarantine and I'm always updated on announcements the things I need to do.
A great resource 5/5

Remind is a great resource always, but especially during this time that we are dealing with the cornonavirus! I have connected with students and parents daily whether just making a simple connection to say hi and encourage students to bring some normalcy to their days or to provide guidance or answer questions and almost tutor online. Remind has been a wonderful resource. I don’t know how I would have gotten through this time without this service! Thank you, Remind, and all of the people behind the scenes that has made it possible for me to support my students!!!!
Lost all contacts 3/5
I love using Remind however it does not keep me logged in and I lost all my contacts.
Not bad 1/5

It’s not a bad app, it’s the premise in which it’s used that has me in a fuss. Recently I have been forcefully removed from my bed to download this app so I can do school work during quarantine so 0/10 not happy
There are Better Apps Out There... 1/5
This app is ok. Very limited in what you can do. There are other apps that allow you to post more and variety of different media, as well as offer better engagement between teacher, students and parents. If your district signed a contract with this company it’ll due, but if you’re able to, steer your school to another app.
Make Announcements Simpler 3/5
By *****iPhone 4****
When I want to make an announcement, if I am already in the class thread to make an announcement to everyone just assume that that is what I am trying to do. Don’t take me back to different lists of classes, students, and teachers.
Hard to use! Terrible app!
Great App for School 4/5
By Zolo Lolo
I love remind and it over all is a good platform to text teachers. The only thing I don’t like is that multiple times I have gotten signed out and when I sign in it won’t show any of the previous announcements and conversations. As well it won’t show the messages I have sent.
I don’t understand why we can only add 9 people. I have a class of 12 to communicate with. Will we need to pay to use this service to add 12?
Remind is a vary helpful app, I’m a sophomore in high school and remind really does help. It gives the teachers a chance to remind their students what assignments and projects are due, or really any up coming school events. I also think it’s helpful for students to contact their teachers and ask for help on their own besides their parents doing it.
I’ve been using this app for a long time and it’s been fine! Never logged me out or anything! Up until today when I go to chat with my teachers. Now I don’t have the same access I had before. So now I can’t reply to my teachers. A bug fix would be nice.
Great App 5/5
Remind works great!

I really do like this app. However with everyone on distance learning it can handle the volume of users and the app glitches out.
Good app 4/5
Remind is a good idea.
Great for all things.

Remind is a life saver! 5/5
As a grandmother raising a child the Remind app is my lifesaver! Keeps me involved, up to date and a huge help with home work!
Remind is a Great App 5/5
If my students are like me, they forget about the Homework assignment after writing it down. Remind allows you to “remind” students about the class assignment by text later in the Afternoon. Love it! The students do too!
No help available 1/5
I recently joined another group on Remind and lost all of my classes of students who I teach. I sent numerous emails and have heard nothing to help me figure out what went wrong. I have tried to leave other groups several times and every few days those groups reappear. So frustrating. I will be looking for another mode of communication between my students and myself. Will not recommend any more.
Charging For District Information 👎🏻 2/5
Teachers are not using as much, charging for access cause for decline. Very disappointed with Remind for making the change after application became the only way to access many assignments; particularly during pandemic. Past 2 years every teacher participated had a Rmd account. Charges were implemented; only 3 participate out of 7 teachers this year. Parents who want to be informed have no control over the method chosen; we should not be restricted from full access or expected to pay fee. Fee implemented to see District and School System pages was a bad move. We understand Remind became more popular than expected; to add fee AFTER schools began using has affected teachers, students and parents greatly. Less than 1/2 of teachers using Remind locally now. For those parents without access to social media this has been extremely detrimental. We cannot help our children if we are not informed of assignments.
No help 1/5
I was not able to transfer my classes on a new phone, it deleted my account. Looked at Help section, sent emails, no help:(
