NO feminine sprites! My gf wants to play as herself. I have recommended this game to 3 other people and they all love it, but it would be way more appealing if all people could play as someone who looked like them :). Also maybe some offseason stuff would be really cool and more decisions

The Game is very well thought out, and fun to play, but improvements would make it even better.
I think that being able to play defense would make the games much more fun, the ability to see other teams players and coaches would be great as well.
All things considered, Retro Bowl is still a great game and I love playing it!!

Everything is great except 1 or 2 things. 1 on exhibition every time
I chose KC, they become 1.5 offense 0.5 defense even though it
says there 5 star offense and 3.5 defense, I don’t like it because my favorite team is KC. The other is even if you QB is max arm strength, they only throw like 30-35 yards. I think it would be very easy for them to throw 55+ like in real life.

Literally the best football game on mobile by far but there are a few things that retro bowl needs like defense at least watch your defense then when there is a fumble or interception you control the defense also we should be able to have a free agents list that you can use draft picks instead of cc and we should be able to trade a player for a player like a trade block update thanks for the time new star games or whoever is reading this.

I love this game and I think it should expand I haven’t tried retro goal yet but I think I’ll like it I don’t play football or watch football that often but this is so fun my preferred sport is basketball I hope you can make another game like retro bowl but for basketball and possibly other sports like basketball could be “retro basket” hockey could be retro ice? maybe hockey is kind of a throw for a name but I hope you can expand especially towards basketball btw baseball seems perfect for this like “retro base” yeah well anyways I need to go get and try retro goal thank you for your time

Just something I feel would add more spice and fun qualities to the game. I’ve found myself playing other games because of lack of content. Just to put it simple give us better linebacker stats and maybe max speed QB’s who cost a lot more.

I used to only play on my computer, but then I installed it now I can play on my iPod and computer. If you are 10 and you like football then this is the game there’s on thing though you should be able to play against each other not exhibition game like litterly

I don’t understand a few things… how come when I win 1 game I gain 5 fans but if I lose 1 game I lose 40 fans. I could beat a 15-0 team and gain 1% fan base but if I lose to that same team my fan base is essentially gone, also don’t try to simulate games, you can have 5 star defense & offense against a 1 star team, but if you simulate you have no chance of winning, which makes zero sense. The gameplay is fun, I have nothing negative to say in that area, but there are multiple areas in the game elsewhere that need tons of improvement.

This game is probably one of my favorite apps ever. The only problem is that it doesn’t take 6 seconds to get sacked, it could take around 1 second sometimes and that’s not enough time to throw the ball. Other than that I definitely recommend this game

This is a fun game. Pretty well made and easy enough to figure out, even for me not being a football person. I do have two criticisms however. First an option to suspend a game and resume later would be nice.
Second, it can be really frustrating when the CPU goes the whole game and gets a touchdown on every possession because then all you can do is run a perfect game and hope you get the last touchdown in the 4th quarter. You only play offense in this game. The defense is totally automatic, so if the CPU decides to run a perfect game which it often does, it can be impossible to overtake it if the clock doesn't run out in your favor.

Been playing retro bowl forever and it’s still great. It’s super simple and you don’t have to spend a crap ton of money to get a good team unlike some games. It could have a few extra features but it’s the simplicity that makes it retro bowl in the first place. I recommend.

This game is an amazing game. Very fun to play. Definitely worth the money and is one of only a few mobile games I’ve ever payed for. My only issue is I created a save where I only sim the games as if I’m a coach who can’t control who a QB throws to or when a RB dives. Adds a lil more realism and hardness to it. But in doing so I’ve averaged a 4.5 star off and def for 20 yrs with only 7 bowl appearances 4 loses and 3 wins. Like I’ll play a 3.5 star def and 2.5 star off team with my 5 star everything team and loose by 14 in the bowl game. It’s like Brady and Gronk in the early 2000s losing to the Lions in the superbowl. It’s just impossible except in this game if you sim it apparently. But even that irritates me it’s such a good game I still play it.

I really love this game, even my older brother asked me the name of it cause he was interested when he saw me play it. I really like sports but i’m not really into knowing the players in each team, but playing this i really have had fun. Something i think that would make this game better though is maybe being able to play defense instead of it being a sim, and maybe being able to have more than just 10 players, that way if many are injured u can have like a backup, if that makes sense. Other than that i really love the game!!

This game is a lot of fun. So much so I’ve gotten to year 12. I was coaching for San Francisco and went to hop on today only to find out it’s somewhat been reset.
It’s now the beginning of the game, I was prompted to edit my coaches info and am now one week 18 coaching for Cincinnati who is 4-12. But, I have my five star offense and defense as well as both coordinators. All upgrades to facilities and team remain.
No clue what’s going on but it’s unfortunate.

the game is amazing, its great, i love not having to play defence because that would make the games so much longer. But i want to be able to see other teams star players and roster and also i don’t like how much stamina matters because in real life players don’t slow down after 3 seconds carrying the ball, also, add pass interference calls because everytime i throw a pick its because the db PUSHES THE GUY AND CATCHES IT

First of all, I love the unlimited version. It allows so much creativity to the game. You can make all of the teams College or create your own teams. The gameplay is OK. I would like if you could play defense. I wish you could request a trade to another team, and there should be a way you could play as a wide receiver or QB. It would also be cool if there was online play. I know there’s exhibition mode, but that’s for if there was a Retro Bowl player right next to you. There isn’t 4.9, so I had to go with 5.

I love this game, but it could use a little work. Here are some ideas. A pvp league. The ability to create A full roster. Longer name capacity. 7 draft rounds. More accurate ratings on things like speed and stamina. More free agents. An off-season where you can do drills. The ability to trade player for player, or draft pick for player, or multiple picks for players. The ability to examine other teams rosters. Pro bowls. Option plays. Multiple running backs. Being able to play defense. Ability to make a specialized player that you create and play as. The defense needs to lose stamina too. There should be hot reads, so that my RB stops jumping and stealing a hail mary pass. There should be the option to have a full, 15 minute per quarter game with a shot clock.

It’s not a bad game but I tried to click the random team button and it kept on giving me the same 3 teams Arizona, Carolina and Houston and it’s annoying having to coach the same 3 teams every time because it won’t give you any other teams and I like to randomize it and pick teams that I don’t know much about and make them good but it gives me the same 3 teams.

Would love to see a create your own player option, also would be nice if you could maybe add an option were you could ask teams to trade players. And lastly this would even be better if you could play with other people online against teams they have built. Sort of like Madden does. Love the game and I enjoy all the updates but I just thought maybe those could be something to look into.
