THIS APP IS HORRIBLE AND BUGGY! Save your time and energy and DO NOT DOWNLOAD. We have been trying to register and get past a BLANK SCREEN that pops up... customer service is lackluster, no reply yet.

Very excited to use this app, extremely disappointed by the lack of follow through that occurred with my first use. Tried very hard to use this for a promo deal, drove downtown to figure out the app won't load the deal or accept my card. Customer service wasted their time responding to give me no help. Poor execution on their behalf.

I used to have to budget extra time over my lunch break to order and stand in line, but thanks to Ritual, I can just walk over to the restaurant and pick up my order as soon as it’s ready. A huge time saver!!

Can’t get thru the set up process for this app. I get a screen asking for how I heard about, I select an answer and click submit- get same thing again. Can’t get answer to this problem on developer website or a way to contact them. Using an iPhoneX.
Can’t set up a new account. Won’t take my mobile phone number. Tells me password is incorrect and never sends password update emails. No response from support. What a bunch of jokers

Please, save yourself any frustration and do not download this app. One problem after another. Either the restaurant is unaware of your order and refuses to give you any food or the restaurant/establishment is closed altogether and doesn’t exist. Save yourself the trouble because customer service will give you even more of a frustrating experience. Some meals may be marked as one dollar or discounted but you will spend more time, money and gas trying to pick up then any meal is ever worth. Highly recommend you do not download. Recommended apps include Yelp, Post Mates or DoorDash. Their customer service is also much better. Abby from the customer service team has responded with little to zero useful feedback in a non-timely matter. This app/business needs to figure out all their bugs before going public. Must delete.
Terrible, terrible, terrible 1/5
I downloaded the app today via a promotion supposedly offering one dollar food in downtown St. Louis restaurants. I promptly placed a large order; a $1 Rueben for myself and non-discounted lunches for four executives at my work.
The restaurant was unable to except the order through the app. I was notified sometime later via a notification that there was a “problem with my order”.
Long story short, we never got our food and the restaurant never got the business. I emailed customer support for this app and got zero apology, zero acceptance of responsibility, and an assurance that my card would be refunded in 5-7 business days.
Awful customer service. Thoughtless design - they don’t even give the restaurant any contact info so they can clear problems up.
This app made me look really bad in front of my bosses, and they lost trust in my ability to handle getting their lunches on time and correct. Deleted this stupid app from my phone, Who cares about one dollar food when the whole thing doesn’t even work?
No Invitation, No App 1/5
Ritual wouldn’t allow me to open an account unless my company had a team account or I received an invitation. As I had neither, I deleted it.

So I was seeing so much good reviews and hearing so much good comments from friends and family but when I tried putting my fathered code to my account it wasn’t working. I hope this will be solved if else the account would been wasted.

Overall it is a good app and convenient to use.
And we do have privacy concerns like other people pointed already about sharing the information of location and also the name, address and floor you work on.
The really bad design is about floor and team. We have hundreds of people working for different teams on the same floor. So a completely stranger can join our pick up order. That’s bad. If we allow to put in a team name, it will be nice.
Ritual app works very well. It’s nice to skip the line.
Worst service ever 1/5
This app is the worst. No body reply to my problems. They suspend my account for no reason. I been waiting and email for almost a month and nobody reply back to me. They need to fix there customer service issues and actually provide customer issues. Worst experience in any app use in my life.

Great concept that doesn’t work 2/5
I have tried to use this app several times. Problem is I can never order from the places I want to eat because they are in “high demand”. In the time I need to constantly check the app to see if the they can process my order, I can walk there and order in person. Another problem, if I just walk there I can’t take advantage of the rewards or special offers.
Last but not least, I tried to contact the App directly to voice my concern and could not find a way to contact them, so my only way of reaching out is to leave a sub-par review, which I hate doing.
It’s a bummer cause I would use this App.

Just what the world needs..another much hyped app that doesn’t work, coupled with no response from “customer service”, except an auomated email informing me that “someone will get back to me shortly”. So far, no one has, and I’m not holding my breath.

I am trying to use the app based on rave reviews from co-workers and I can’t even get it to open.
I have deleted 2x and even tried on my work phone. Another co-worker downloaded at the same time as me and logged on no problem.
Solid app and service with an annoying flaw 3/5
Solid app that’s generally easy to use. The service itself is also now indispensable.
The main issue I have is with quick re-ordering from history. This interface is really bad. You can’t see the customizations because there isn’t enough room for the text. Also, you can’t remove orders from this history, so as I tweak my order over time, the interface becomes cluttered with previous unwanted orders with no way to understand what they are and no way to delete them. I really hope they clean up these re-ordering issues and make the app much better.

I love this app. Such a great idea. Some suggestions for the developers: make an option to join more than one “team” for those who hold more than one job. Also consider making a different reward/points system for smaller companies. Other than that it’s a great app that me and my small team of 10 will be using for a long time to come!

If it was Amazon, I’d have got a full refund, but in this app, they gave me “reward points” equivalent of a few cents!
I give more cash to homeless people on my way everyday. It was truly an insult... Had they not given those points, I’d have been happier. It’s like giving cookie to a 5yo.

While the intention of the app is good; to make meal options available at click of few buttons and remove wait time, I have constantly experienced issues with restaurants they have tied up with. On ordering via this app either the quantity is too less, or they miss adding some ingredients and in worst cases they give last priority to preparing your order. The time you save in not waiting is spent in writing down complains and not to forget it spoils your lunches as well.
