Great app. 5/5
Does exactly what I need. Easy to use and very flexible.
No multiple times per day dosing reminder 3/5
Looks nice. No easy multiple day scheduling, such as every 4 to 6 hours
App is helpful when it’s not repeatedly crashing and I’m unable to record my medications taken
Great reminder and list for medicines‼️ 5/5
This app is best invention since the wheel💥 Not only does it remind me to take my medicine it keeps an entire list, great for emergencies 💥 On my sos medical I can tell them my code and say meds on round app💥 I love it and gave it 5 stars💥😇 oh and it keeps track for refills💪🏻
No recent updates and now app crashes 3/5
I really like this app, but it looks like it may have been abandoned. My app has started crashing (closing immediately after opening), and lack of updates in the last year leads me to believe that crash behavior won’t be fixed anytime soon. I guess it’s time to look for a new app.
Crashes frequently 2/5
Incredibly useful; I rely on it daily. But tapping on the app or tapping on a notification often leads the open to open briefly then crash. I am only able to open the app if I search for Round and click on it.
This issue has been persistent for MONTHS.
Still crashes more often than not, leaving me unable to open and use the app accurately and on time. Very disappointing that this issue has persisted for so long.
The notification sound is necessary for me to notice and remember my medication, and I typically need to keep my phone’s volume relatively high, so this leads to many times in which the notification sound TERRIFIES me when it rings. The sound is unique to Round, which is nice, but I HATE the sound itself. Very piercing and jarring and often gives me quite a fright :(
Mostly Okay 3/5
Nice to have details, though I’d like to see common / commercial names show up rather than the medical name, where appropriate. My workaround is to use the nickname field (maybe that is as designed).
Poss bug: Lately the app closes unexpectedly when changing attributes of current meds (rescheduling when to take them).
Tried to enter an antibiotic 3 times a day.
Come on guys, ring your game up..
wow round is a very good app.i have a pill i have to take every night and i used to always forget but this app has made it so much easier.the reason i gave it four stars is because it could be better in some but very few ways.
Great EZ to use app 5/5
I was looking for a simple app to help me track if I took my allergy medicine. I work two jobs and sometimes when I’m in a rush I and get to the second job I am sure if I took it or not?
It’s simple to use, and it gives you a window of time that you set to take your medicine. It ask if you did you took your meds if you did check off you did too.
Doesn’t open properly. 2/5
By Nickname already taken 🙄
I love the app’s set up, but it doesn’t always open. I click the app icon, it appears to open and then disappears. It would be perfect if it worked properly.
Not quite 3/5
By proxy 2020
First part seems fine: plug in your meds, good.
But where does it store...? It is less clear, more errors and much less organized.
I exported to a data app and it stored in nonsensical structure.
Not perfected yet.
Very good minus a few details. 4/5
Useful for keeping track of long-term meds and short-term meds in a pleasant-looking interface, albeit with a few significant annoyances.
- 1) I cannot enter the same med as “scheduled” AND “as needed,” i.e. I have a med that I always dose in the morning and SOMETIMES dose in the afternoon, but I’m forced to schedule it for both times so on a day when I don’t need/want the 2nd dose, it shows that I “missed” a dose and keeps reminding me to take it.
- 2) If the time clock on my phone switches over 12:00/12:01am midnight while the app is open, it may mark a dose as taken on the wrong day, so I must be mindful to swipe to the correct day’s page.
3) It is too difficult to enter half-tablet doses and <1 mg doses. I must manually type in 0.5 or 0.25 instead of just clicking as for whole number doses.
Glad to have this app 5/5
It’s been so helpful in reminding me to take my pills.
Love it, but 3/5
I love this app, well at least I use to. Now I feel so aggravated. It crashes 3 out of 5 times when I open it! So disappointing. I want to keep using it but it is wasting my time. This has been a problem over the past 3-4 months. I have updated and given it a chance to clear up. Not sure what else to do.
One day and I love it, but... 4/5
I started taking a medication that’s taken 6 times a day, evenly spaced. I take several other meds and there is no way I’m remembering 6 times for one med without help. Tried another app that tells you all the possible drug interactions when you enter your meds. I can understand the logic behind the feature but for me I just have a panic attack. Went looking again and found this app. Does almost everything I want it to do without scaring me every time I take a pill. I love the calendar feature that serves as a record of how consistent I’ve been with a given med, or all of them.
There’s only one thing I want. When I save a medication as “taken as needed” it also gives me the option to schedule a dose. But it only schedule a recurring regular dose. When I take an as needed med, often that day there is a follow up dose 4 or 6 hours later, but not carrying to the next day. I would love to be able to a schedule a non recurring reminder with meds taken as needed.
Seems good at first but has a couple glaring issues 1/5
1) the badge appears on the app to notify you of something, but when opening the app there is no clear way to figure out what you are being notified of. You have to search around.
2) if you miss a dose there is no way to mark the dose as missed in order to have the notification go away.
Absolutely perfect! 5/5
By NV Geocacher
After having back surgery, and a huge list of heavy medications to take throughout the days/weeks at all times of the day-this app is a lifesaver.
I don't have to worry about getting confused as to whether or not I took my medicine at the right time, I'm not bothered by the app to pay extra for putting more than X amount of medications, the alerts are perfect with the different timespans. This has everything I need. I'll be saving the app even after Im done with recovery, and telling everyone I know who could use this.
Really Useful, Crashes a Lot 3/5
This is the best medication reminder I've ever used.
Unfortunately, almost every time I try to open it, it crashes. I can log my medication through the notification, but any other time I'm pretty much SOL until the app decides it wants to work again.
Wish the devs would update this app. :(
Life saver (literally) 5/5
This app is just great. I only just started taking a daily medication and already I’d have forgotten to take it more times then I can count if it weren’t for this app. I love the alert “window” and how it tells you how recently you’ve taken something (like anything OTC that I don’t take everyday). Also the app’s look is really nice too — I like the colors and how it’s organized — which isn’t crucial but a nice plus.
Eveything is good except the notifications issue 3/5
This app is good, the UI is simple and pleasing. It does what it claims. However it has this issue where it would randomly stop giving notifications. It is irritating to do the workaround they suggest everytime it happens. Would install it again once they fix this issue.
Absolute must! 5/5
I have always been bad at taking my daily medication so when I got prescribed another medication that needed to be taken twice a day I knew I had to change something. This is such a great and simple app. I have no complaints, I would just suggest adding an option to be able to share when I take the medicine to another approved phone with the app. This would allow my parents to be notified that I’m keeping up with my medicine and would be extremely helpful.
Love aside from the crashing issues 4/5
Please tell me how to fix this app!!! I LOVE it it’s easy to use and I’m used to it, but almost every time I open it it crashes instead of opening it will open for 2 seconds then exit out so I can’t log Times or edit, which is frustrating.
Awesome reminder! 5/5
I love this app! It helps me remember all my meds & has such a clean design
Love it 5/5
This app is simple and effective. The reminders are useful but not obnoxious. It has every single medicine I use and allows me to just type things in if I want. Honestly it couldn’t be better. Great job.
Total game changer 5/5
Keeps me on track with my meds like I was never able to do before. Such a dopamine rush every time I get a full green day and keeps me taking my pills
Great app 5/5
I highly recommend this app. I take 7 medications and it is very hard to remember to take them. It is free and great quality. I love it so much!
Thank you! 5/5
I’m only 32 but I’m completely absent minded and forget my vitamins/meds all the time. I would take an Advil without thinking and not know if I had taken one then worry i was taking too much, they obviously made this app for me! I’m so grateful for it! I recently started taking prescriptions for my mental health (adderall for one, obviously! Lol) and can’t miss a dose without feeling withdrawals. I can’t thank you all enough for this app, it’s such a help and really gives me peace of mind!
Hands down the best 5/5
This app is the best reminder since my wife. I can’t keep track of taking pills to save my life. I like how detailed it can be, right down to the Mg of the medication, and constant nagging if you forget. Great feature in the event someone is caring for you. I recommend anyone to use this app if you find yourself taking medication regularly.
Helps a ton! 5/5
I recently got put on 5 new medications and needed a way to remind myself to take them at the right times and to keep up with them and Round has worked perfectly for me. It’s extremely helpful and I haven’t missed a single dose yet. Much appreciated!
Thoughts on improvement 4/5
This app was effective. The interface could be improve by allowing users to pick exact times they want to take the meds, by allowing users to auto schedule meds for every X hours or every X hours during A-B hours of the day— and having the reminder come up as saying take your “nickname” rather than “take your medicine.”
Great app 5/5
By Izzie Casey
I always forgot to take my medicine but not anymore!
Very Good App 5/5
Just returned home after back surgery and a two week stay in the hospital. I tried a few other apps to track and remind me when it was time to take the pain meds but they either lacked the features I wanted, didn’t work or were overly complicated to use. This app alerts me when I need to take my meds, keep track of regularly scheduled doses as well as take as needed doses. It keeps track of the number of times and how much has been taken in case you lost count helping to prevent you from doubling up. I can see how helpful this will be when I need to wane off of the meds as well. The developer(s) did an excellent job.
love the app, wish it had another feature... 4/5
i would give this app 5 stars if it had a feature where I could set a regular dose that is not daily. for example, a reminder for my weekly medicine would be very helpful
Very Useful 4/5
I’ve only been using this app for 5 days but really like that it helps keep me on track with my meds!! In the past, I would take some in the morning (any time between 7-10) and others at night (any time between 11-4am)! Now I take them at the same time each day. It’s very easy to set up, add meds, adjust doses and times. Try it, it’s free!
Love, love, love this app! 5/5
I can‘t remember to take my medication, and often, I can’t remember if I took it. I really love that this app allows me to set a “reminder window”- very important for this self-employed fine art oil painter. I have my reminders set for 2-hour window and the app will remind me within that window until I click that I have taken my meds... it is not annoying. Sometimes, I can’t stop what I’m doing in order to take my medication.
I purchased an Apple Watch (didn’t think I needed one but it has changed my life!) When I discovered my Apple Watch will give me notifications for different health concerns, I searched the App Store to find something to help me remember to take my medication. My Apple Watch will vibrate when it’s time to take my medication and the lovely “Round” logo pops up with 2 button options: [dismiss] or [ I took it ].
Really glad I found this app!
Great app! 5/5
It’s simple, fast and just what I was looking for! No confusion anymore. Use this app and find out for yourself.
The best pill app & works with Apple watch 5/5
This is the best pill reminder app that I've found so far. I absolutely LOVE the design, just open the app and tap the circle to mark your medications taken. I wish it had the same circle on the Apple watch, but I'm just so grateful it works with the watch at all. It's reminders do not become annoying. This is the first app I've found that actually works for me and I've been consistently taking my medications every day for a month. Thank you SO MUCH to the team that created this lifesaving app! It is integral to my life now and to have it be a pleasure to use, not just another chore, has been an unexpected delight. So grateful!
Very pleased with this app 5/5
I really appreciate this app because I am so terrible at remembering to take my medications and I have quite a few. This app is so customizable with its platform, and it’s an easy gentle reminder for when I need to take my pills. Aesthetically pleasing too.
very helpful 4/5
started a new medication that has to be taken twice daily. i am notoriously forgetful and this app helps me hold myself to a schedule. my only critique is that i wish i could edit the time that i took the medication, sometimes i don’t have time to open the app right when i take the medication but would like to be able to record the correct time of the dose (not a big deal).
Love this for psych meds & vitamins!! 5/5
This app is great! It’s simple and does the job. I use it for my Zoloft daily as well as my B12 weekly. It has made a big difference in keeping a consistent time as well as not forgetting. Definitely recommend!
Not for meds that need to be taken multiple times a day 1/5
By Mad ernie ;$;&
Tried to schedule staggering pain medications after my son’s surgery but could only schedule a medication once per day without entering it in multiple times. Also, doesn’t allow me to say how much to give. It’s only 1/2, 1 & 1 1/2 doses. Not helpful. Deleted immediately.
By person interest
App fails to remind then you open it and it starts working for a while them it happens again
This app has been a tremendous support during a very difficult time of need that I am facing. It is very easy to use and very reliable. You can trust Round.
The app needs functionality for medications that are taken more than once daily (i.e. BID, TID). Then it would be perfect!!
Auto Closing Issue. 4/5
By Jay 6448853
Has been an incredible app, easy to use and a great help. Although lately it has been auto closing on me, probably needs and update, Still a great App.
Same issue for multiple years 2/5
Finally taking some random spare time to comment about this app. Since first using it a few years ago it has continuously crashed when opening, not allowing the sole purpose use of the app; to record taking medication. Ive done multiple phone and app updates since a few years one can imagine, though no resolve.
I keep using the app because I just haven't looked for another. When it works it is simple and great, it just doesn't work often....
SO EASY AND SIMPLE 5/5
i love this app sm, it really so simple in reminding you without the complex stuff like other apps.
Love This App 5/5
I found this app a short time ago and I absolutely love it. I have Parkinson’s disease and must take that medication on time every time. Before I would set the alarm on my Fitbit and my iPhone but when the alarms went off I kept doing whatever I was doing and ignored the alarms. Now however I do not ignore this app because it actually asks me have I taken my medication. For some reason I do not ignore that but stop what I’m doing and immediately take the medication which is four times a day. This app has changed my life and my routine so I am very thankful for it. I will continue to use it. I have not added my other medications yet but just this one is worth it all.
