Used to be clean and great service. Past few months it has become dirty and food quality is dropping. Today, the floor was sticky, no napkins, no lids for regular drinks, large fries were smaller than regular sized and old. No containers for sauces. I got a lid from the server that didn’t fit, she got another and that one did. The next customer had to ask for a lid and had the same issue. Was it put back in their holder behind the counter not once but twice? The trash cans were over flowing inside but they made sure to gather the trays and ignore the rest. Manger was outside most of the 30 minutes I was there in his phone and vaping. Time to find someplace else for my once a week treat.

This App Seriously Needs A Wholeee Make Over. Because it Times Out To Much Even After Killing The App and Bringing It Back Up. Takes to Long To Get To the Next Page.

For some reason my points always disappear. I was a few away from 50 and I went to roys the next day and all of them were gone. Disappointing.

Literally just downloaded the app, signed up and all points to access it say I have invalid E’mail. I guess we’ll go to Popeyes.

It shows the basics on the menu but some stuff isn’t on there. Plus it seems so outdated compared to every other food ordering app. It need a major update in order to be more suitable/compatible with the technology users today... of course, in my opinion

Get use to giving out your phone number every time you make an order. The one I use, they don’t have a scanner and I’m still surprise that they don’t or won’t allow you to just enter it from a receipt.

This is a 0 star rating! Every Roy’s I walk into has no idea what the hell the app is or what to do with it. Nobody accepts it! Great food, crap app!
