Excellent!!! I really enjoy this app. I now look forward to running .
I love this app. Keeps
Me moving even when I’ve taken time
Off. I just restart and head forward. The coaching is helpful too.
Good, but with minor glitches 4/5
It’s really nice to be told what to do on a run. I like that I don’t have to think. I just push myself until the app tells me to walk. Takes out a lot of the crazy dialogue I have in my head when I exercise.
The music selection is good, but will sometimes stop and you have to restart it. The app also sometimes glitches and will skip an interval, so then you have to fiddle with it to return to the correct interval. Not a huge deal, but can be frustrating if you’re tired and towards the end of your run.
All and all, this app is the only thing so far that has kept me running again consistently, so success so far!
Love this app 5/5
This app is simple to use and I am mindfully drinking more water! The music lists are good. Mostly, I really love the interval training I am challenged and love that I am following a system. I don’t have to constantly pause my workout to reset timers!
There is one thing, Bobs voice has got to go...he sounds like a smoker and a biker 😎
Thank you for this app. Have a great day!
Good but needs work 3/5
Need to be able to
See the layout of the day more easily.

I’m still working on the beginners running plan and I love it. I’m not really following the meal plan, it’s a little hard in my situation but I love this app.
Good Application 3/5
Thanks for the good application and all your efforts
Amazing running app 5/5
One of the best running apps I have ever used. I love the interval training this app offers. Keeps me coming back for more
Best app ever 5/5
I couldn’t ask for a better app. I used this a year ago and it kept crashing during my run. So I stop using it and stop working out. 4 weeks ago I started using it again and they fixed the problem. It is amazing. I bought the premium version and I love it. Their music is awesome and Erik is amazing. I am up to running 3 miles in 4 weeks. Thank you

The most useful app thank youuu
Great app for pacing your training 4/5
I wanted an app that would allow me to train for more endurance and add variety to my workout without me having to task myself to do so with a timer. It is exactly as expected and meets all my goals. Upgrades also promise to add more fun to the run if wanted with music and coaching options.
👍🏻 la aplicación es muy buena 😁👍🏻
No more crashes 5/5

Ever since the update, this app runs as smooth as can be! I am actually losing weight for the first time and I feel great going it! I also like that you can now track mileage on indoor mode. But I don’t carry my phone when I run on the treadmill so I don’t really use that feature. I think a cool additional feature would be able to edit distance in real time of the workout for a more accurate pace reading OR treadmill mode that lets you input your walking/running/sprint speed for accurate distance, pace, and calories burned. All around a great app that really works!
Premium or gold? 1/5
I feel like they steal my money or they just are scammers... I paid for the premium plan to enjoy the playlist music I tried this week to used now they send me. Message like my subscription expires I paid $39.99 por one week music?? I have to upgrade to gold one year bla bla the same message when I downloaded the app... $39.99 more?? I wrote them and I didn’t received any message... I want to access to the playlist music because I already paid!!! Or give me my money back!
Pretty cool 5/5
Not consistently using the app but it works well for the most part.
It’s not a free app. You get a free trial then it’s $10 a month. That’s a little much for a running app.
Reminds you when to drink water throughout the day, and has some deadly workouts. Love it
Easy to use - love the runs! 5/5
I love the way that this takes you from walking to running in a short amount of time, without pushing too hard. I’ve used a lot of running apps and this is my favorite so far!
Rip off 1/5
Downloaded just to check it out then tried to cancel...but can’t figure out how to cancel because they must make it difficult on purpose...hmmm? Sent messages...not returned. Can’t cancel it...getting charged $10 every month for something I didn’t want and don’t use!
I didn’t realize that this was purchased on my phone. 1/5
I sent an email to vendor that I did not want this membership, the purchase must have been an accident ...possibly my 8 year old son playing with my phone. I notified them the day that I received notification that Apple charged my account for a premium membership and that I needed the membership and charge to be cancelled and refunded because it was an accident. No one ever emailed me back and my account was never credited. I deleted the app, won’t be using it!
Great program 5/5
It is really great program I lost my wight really thanks
I love the reminders! 5/5
It reminds me to drink water. Always at the right time😍
I tried to use the music through this app and it always would freeze the app.
So far so good 4/5
I’ve only used the app for a couple days now, but I’m happy...
The only complaint I have is the customer service does not respond to my emails
Need more support and more music choices. The workouts tend to be very boring. Do like the tracking if it all

Good app very useful
Work In Progress 2/5
I will update my review as I use this app. I’ve honestly had a horrible start with utilizing this app. It’s only been a couple days and my workouts can’t be completed be this app drains my battery so bad that my phone dies even when fully charged. I never had an app do this on my phone. I’m still going to test this app for the next 28 days in hopes of some improvements. Otherwise, I absolutely love the interval training, the food suggestions and the articles!
Good app, some kinks and be prepared to spend money! 3/5
So far I’m giving the premium option a try. While $9.99 a month seemed like a lot I figured I’d do it for a month to test the results because I REALLY want to lose weight. I’m following the meal plans and workouts as best I can and while I’m happy with the workouts (be prepared to be challenged!) there are some issues with the meal planning. The meals themselves are actually GREAT but there are some technicalities that make me question if this app is worth it.
First off, the app features a “shopping list” that basically condenses all the ingredients/quantities listed in each recipe for that week so you can buy everything in advance, which makes sense. The issue is that many times you need to understand what you are using the ingredient for in order to buy the right thing. It would be GREAT if you could click on the ingredient and be redirected to the recipe its used for, but it doesn’t do that.
BE AWARE that some recipes don’t include everything you need on the “ingredient list” and therefore won’t show up on the “shopping list”. For example, one of the meals was a Tuna Burger. I had already bought all the ingredients on the shopping list and it didn’t include gluten free burger buns, but the picture along with the recipe CLEARLY shows a burger complete with buns. The recipe only concentrates on making the patty and doesn’t even suggest to wrap it in a lettuce leaf in lieu of a bun. This can be rather confusing... if the picture shows a tuna burger with buns it should let me know I needed buns. If they want me to skip the buns then just say so. SIMPLE!
Another recipe asked for “1 tbsp of dill PICKLE” for a Pistachio Crusted Salmon recipe. Again, I bought the ingredients off the list without knowing what it was for in advance. When you read the actual steps it says “dill” not “dill pickle” and the picture shows a salmon crusted in what looks like pistachio and dill, the HERB, on top. I bought a whole jar of pickles (you can’t buy just one) and I’m pretty sure it was a typo.
They’ll also give you a Salmon or Steak recipe but the ingredient list won’t include the side... then at the end of the recipe it says “serve with grilled asparagus”!
All of these things are minor kinks, albeit annoying, and the meals are very tasty and varied. HOWEVER THE OTHER BIG ISSUE FOR ME IS THE COST OF GROCERIES! I’ve been using the app for a week so I’m hoping the cost of the shopping lists go down once I can re-use things I bought the week before but be ready to spend $300 or more for ONE weeks worth of groceries depending on where you shop. I had to go to several supermarkets to get everything I needed so I’m learning to be strategic of what I buy where to save money.
Lastly, I find it very difficult to cook all these meals in advance AND exercise with my work/life schedule. Unless you work from home or are a stay at home mom you won’t be able to cook every single meal. Sometimes I’ll spend the night cooking dinner so I miss out on the actual workout! I also get so tired from cooking the dinner I don’t have energy to make the lunch for the next day, so I’ve skipped on most lunches. So far I’ve skipped more meals than I’ve cooked and I still have a LOAD of ingredients I don’t know if I’ll actually use. Some of the recipes are not as easy as they claim and prep times are VERY CONSUMING. I’m trying to make it work by saving recipes I like and trying to do them later but what will I do with the ingredients I bought for the dishes I don’t end up making? It seems like you need to look into each meal in advance and make your own list if you don’t want to waste more money/food.
All in all I actually like the idea of the app, it just seems like you need to spend A LOT OF MONEY and the meal plans might be a waste if you have a busy schedule. I haven’t had any technical issues such as freezing and I’m trying to be as faithful to the app’s suggestions as possible to maximize the results and get the most out of paying for it. I’ll edit the review once I’ve used it for longer... maybe I can work through some of the problems I’m having.
Good workout 4/5
I really enjoy the workouts and the music is great but for some reason the app is not tracking my distance or pace. I’ve tried to reach out to support twice but got no answer either time.
Love the concept 3/5
By Boo on ibook
The concept of this app is great. I love that you get a plan according to your skill level and it pushes you harder as the days go. You can start the app as a beginner or start at advanced and get a proper running plan. I like that there’s a coach helping you along and cheering you on! The music is also really nice to run to! There are some great playlists on here for motivation. The only downfall I found so far was compatibility with AirPods. Which sadly I can’t get over.. anytime the phone does anything else outside of the running app the AirPod drops Bluetooth. So my music starts playing from the phone speakers and I have to unpair the AirPods and pair them again. This happens if I get a notification, call, text, activity alert from my watch or if the AirPods sense my hands in the vicinity of my ears... like to wipe sweat off my brow. Also today the alerts stopped working in the last 10 minutes of my run. So it didn’t tell me when to speed up, walk or start running again. Hopefully this gets fixed at some point and I can use this app again.
Some glitches 4/5
By Favorite Bible app
I noticed so far one little glitch- u cannot exit out of free run without having to clos the whole app. I love the meal plan ideas - only can’t say I am able to follow all of them but certainly seems like it will be helpful! Excited to try this app out!
Great Training Tool 4/5
I started using his app and saw results in the tone of my body. I still don’t like running, but this app helps the time pass by quickly and you actually get results if you’re consistent with it.
Good app 3/5
I wish you could edit what you actually eat for and it what’s recommended. Otherwise the app is the best weight loss app over found so far. Im giving three stars because I haven’t used it but ONE day. Also, I don’t think I received anymore water reminders after 4/5pm. I haven’t seen an option to edit the alert times. It starts at 9am so is at least like it to end at 9pm if I haven’t met y expectations or maybe they should allow an EDIT for that?
It is just a wow! 5/5
No words to thank you enough! An amazing app. A great planner!
Best Weight Loss App 5/5
This app is awesome, practical, simple, and effective to meet your weight loss goals, keep you motivated, and build your stamina to loving your runs! I absolutely love the perks of the meal plans and tips along with the tracking process. For me it just takes all of the complicated thinking out and makes it super easy to create for a lifestyle way of living. It’s a no brainer...you need this in your life beginner to avid.
I like it 5/5
5 stars 5/5
This app is amazing!Really helps exercise and it makes you feel healthy, fresh,an
Great App. !!! Great workout!!!
Keeps unlocking on me 3/5
I’m only giving this a 3 Star in the hopes that the makers might see it. I think the app does a great job training you to run faster and further. The free version is definitely usable which makes me appreciate it and at least think about upgrading.
My problem is simply that it keeps unlocking during my run and pressing a bunch of buttons because of the heat. If you’re going to force us to use your lock feature as opposed to our phone lock, you need to have a code or something to keep it from unlocking. I have been unknowing that my run hasn’t been recording for several minutes and it messes with my stats. Please fix this!
Extra features are hilarious 3/5
The running bit of the app is awesome and I use it regularly. The meal plans, however, are ridiculous. Who goes on a diet and then eats peanut butter and chocolate oatmeal? Who cooks duck with raspberries? The shopping list for the week costs like $500.
By PA Mom
I bought the premium version of this mostly for the music but it’s such crap that I can either run OR listen to the music. Spend your money on another app. One star only because I have to add one for this to post.
Pretty great app, is really complete, easy to use and he best of all is that comes with your owns personal virtual trainers that will helps you to be a better body in very short time. I’ll been trying of apps but this apps apart that is easy to use, create your own schedules and calendar to be most easy your excersices diary routine, really recommended I’m most than satisfied...
Seeing results already! 5/5
I’ve been using the app for approximately 2 weeks and have already lost 2 pounds. The workouts are great and make me excited to run. The variation keeps me motivated!

Love it! 5/5
I am loving this app so far! I never review apps, so this is saying a lot. I have always hated running but this app has helped me run and burn calories without feeling like i'm dying! Yes, I do find myself being challenged but I am not miserable while doing it. I am only on week 2, but my speed and endurance have increased significantly! I am using the free version, and keep in mind that you can still listen to music through your phone while using this app. Would recommend to anyone who would like to become a better runner, especially people who find themselves struggling a lot when running.
7 day options 4/5
Really enjoying this app, but wish it was for 7 days, even if you only run for 3. I want to keep track of water intake, look over possible recipes for everyday of the week.
Made running “easy” 5/5
I’ve been a fluctuating runner my whole life. Meaning sometimes I do it diligently or I don’t run for years at a time. I wanted to start living healthier again and picked running. When I was running on my own I would convince myself I couldn’t do it and just walk. Most of running is learning how to ignore those kind of thoughts. This app helped me to do it. I have been doing the run/walk program and after 4 weeks I am running six minutes straight at a time without feeling the urge to stop. This app tricked me into being able to run. I used the free version for a while and it was good although on occasion the advertisement would make the app crash. I just upgraded to premium this week and couldn’t be happier
