Love this feature - BUT- it would be nice if you could make more than one transaction at a time using two different credit cards. You have to show the guys at the door your scan then pull back and begin the second transaction with that second card and once more show the guys at the door.
So this makes it a little more tedious when using two different cards. Yes I know- why can’t she use one card? - well in times like these you help others out who can’t go in public places. One card mine- one card an elderly friend.

Tried the concierge service this morning at the North Church Road Sam’s Club
I cannot say enough good about this service and the employees that work it. They are so accommodating and courteous. I was finally able to get meat, which I haven’t been able to get on the pick up service.
Those associates deserve a nice bonus for the effort they put forth for the customers. What once was a nice easy job, has become increasingly dangerous position in this time of significant risk to ones health.
Thank you Associates, I appreciate all you do!
Add to Apple Wallet Button Bug 1/5
Error. Unable to add membership to Apple wallet. The “Add to Apple Wallet” button isn’t working. I want to add it to my digital wallet, but the app won’t let me. I had this problem before this recent update and it still hasn’t been fixed. The bug is still there. I tried signing in and out, deleting and reinstalling the app, and tried it on other iPhones. They all have this same problem. I reported it though the feedback option in the app hoping they’ll resolve this issue, but it seems like they aren’t listening.

Yesterday I wanted to place the order but the system was not letting me place the order. The date picker was not showing any available days for pick up. Today when I placed the order after selecting day and time I had to go back and add mobile number. Then again I am back at checkout page then again I had to go back home add alternate pickup person. I was not able to add Lactaid milk, Cauliflower etc.

AWFUL! JUST AWFUL! 1/5
This is the second night I’ve had to stay up to get a time slot. I had a time slot the first time I tried to do this.. and then the next morning, I didn’t! The entire process of this online ordering and pickup, was the worst I’ve ever experienced and I’ve done it many many times, on several different sites. -well before the virus as well. You should not have to “check out” 27 times before my time slot saves. This has been the most stressful and hectic process. It’s already stressful times, and now you make it even worse. You should do the exact same process as the Walmart app does!!! Why you don’t, is beyond me. So disappointed in this entire process that I’m never doing it again. I will just switch to Costco and send my caregiver inside the store to get the items I need. Also, Your app can not handle the amount of people getting on it. -which should be fixed by this point and you need more time slots!!! Especially if this entire process is going to be this freaking horrible and have this many glitches. Ugh. Just terrible. So disappointed.. and still suffering from anxiety from the process.

Last time I used the app I had to go in line. Normally I use the app and I’m in and out before anyone else, don’t have to wait in line with others and provides great social distancing. Thank you for fixes it, this time around worked great, was also able to use my credits in here now as well. Up to $50.

So I have to say this is the first time I’ve used pick up in store at Sam’s and I have to say I was very impressed!! I’m sad to say that I didn’t get the girl’s name at the counter but she was awesome!! The girl at the exit door showed me how to use the scan and go app and I was able to purchase the outdoor chair I’d been eyeing and she even got me a flat cart to put it on!! In the midst of all the chaos going on right now Kuddos to Sam’s!!

App update causes error code 2/5
I loved this app until they had another update. The previous update caused an error message when trying to check out causing me to need to re-scan my purchase and pay with a cashier. The latest update has caused the same problem. Every time I try to pay and check out I get an error code that does not allow me to pay with the app. I have sufficient funds to pay, but the app will not allow the payment to go through. I have signed out and back in, deleted the app and down loaded it again. Still no fix. Three different times I have been unable to pay using my scan and go app. Sam’s Club do better and fix your app or I will switch to shopping at Costco.
Cannot Log In Cannot Find Password 1/5
Forced to join as member to buy some scarce supply. Registered and system does not allow me to check out. Tried 3 different credit cards still cannot proceed. Logged out to refresh, denied my password. Tried to find my password, however after I input my email address, a message flashes through the screen and closed. No human eye could possibly capture this flash so I input my email address for 7 times to see “thanks for your patience while an email is on the way”. 10 minutes later, no email received, account is locked and supply is gone. Wasted over half an hour on this stupid app. I think Sam’s club is using this supply to bate new users. New users are registered but unable to purchase. Deleted all my sams club apps right away and decided never to even touch this store. I was new to the store anyway. Such a bad strategy to get new members, such a ill-functioned app.

I found some issues while using the app when my membership was expired. It allowed me to add membership to cart. This was great. I scanned up all my groceries with the app however it continually logged me out when trying to check out. I would log back in then repeat the process. Ended up using regular checkout. Maybe some testing needed for issuing the app in the event your membership needs renewal at the same time. Otherwise this app has worked flawlessly for me on every other occasion.

I love getting certain items from Sam’s Club. Since COVID-19 though, and with all the regulations on outings, shopping, etc., it would be very appreciated if Sam’s would offer pickup scheduling several days in advance.

Tab didn’t work yesterday... very frustrating. Tried again today and it was working... looks like pickup day and time was not available... should have given me the option of another day and time. This would have alleviated a lot of frustration and waste of time. Other than that issue I would have given app 5 stars.

Seems like younger than 60 are being let it! Nobody even questioned them if they are seniors. They really look young and let them in. I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t mind if they were asked.

It has been INCREDIBLY difficult to schedule orders for pickup... never times available. Website glitching for me constantly so I’ll have to empty my entire cart and start from scratch. Thankful still to the employees that are keeping our local store afloat. Grateful to have this as an option, but I really think there should be MORE options for times. Even if it’s 5 days out.
