50% of the time part of the shipment is damaged and returned to sam’s club. Then they send me an email that it was delivered. That’s not what I call delivery.

The app does not allow me to narrow my search by items in my club vs items online only. I select the option of in club pickup but the online items still show up. Also you have to search for specific items to add to the cart. If you are browsing then you can only add to a list. Not user friendly but very pleased with the rest of the pick up process and ordering process

SAMS is so accommodating. I don’t have to walk or get out of car. I just hit the remote to the trunk and they put the groceries in. No fees or tips, just simply lovely.

Recent update is junk. Scan in store tells me to go inside the club. Where do you think I am? The gas pumps don’t even work to support scam and go at mine but has a giant sign saying use it. Such a failure.

What is going on Sam’s Club? Do you have a new IT guy? This app use to work beautifully. Now it eats my battery, is laggy, buggy and hard to use. I expect more from this billion dollar company. I have zero problems with Amazon’s app.

The app itself is not smooth. My cart always has to reload and when I scroll, the screen jumps around. I know, first world problems, but still. Other than that it’s pretty easy to use!
Can’t renew my membership! 2/5
I have a Member Plus. The app is forever prompting me to renew. I selected renew. It puts both membership options in my cart, which makes sense. I delete the option I don’t want. It deletes both options every time! I tried several times. Seriously? It failed to let me renew my Sam’s Plus both time.
Sam’s, what 3rd rate outfit did you hire to update your app?! There are several other problems with this app since it was updated. (I would not give the developers the complement by calling this release an “upgrade”.) Sam’s you can do better. I like my Sam’s Club. The app? Not so much.

The only reason I have this app is because of scan and go. I try to shop in the app and it takes forever to add or remove items from my cart. The app times out or says error.

The header needs to go as well. Yes. We get it. You’ve made changes to the stores because covid . That’s nice and all, but it should NEVER interrupt the users shopping (app) experience. Allow users to dismiss the header , or make it NOT persistent , so that when I’m scrolling down the page it doesn’t affect the view

Wow I love this scan and go feature!!! Sams was PACKED with shoppers and the lines were insane. I never tried the scan and go but today I said why not. It’s truly scan and go. Paid in the isle and walked passed all the long lines to the exit where she scans my phone icon and out I went!! LOVE IT!!

This app used to be great. However, in later updates, they’ve started constantly sending me ads via notifications. Turn off notifications? Ok, but then the app won’t notify you when your order is ready. Then in my last order it sent it to the Sams club on the other side of town. That happened even though I’ve never ordered from there. Even better, it let me check in at the wrong club and left me and the local sams club staff wondering what was going on. Thankfully someone at the other club called me wondering where I was.

App is terrible and takes forever! Really don’t have another choice to order things online. Love Sams itself, but dragging 3 kids out for a few items doesn’t sound appealing. I’ll suffer through the slow app. Also EVERY nickname I try to enter is somehow taken. Hence to the random nickname.

Usually Sam’s is quick and efficient at pick up. Recently I was told my order was ready. When I arrived, I checked in on the app and told what space I was in. Fifteen minutes later an employee finally came out to say their WiFi was down and asked my name. Ten minutes later another employee came out, said the same thing and asked what my order was, and he would get it—another ten minutes. With so much riding on the use of WiFi, Sam’s needs to have better internet service.

Wry irritating to not be able to purchase items online only to go into the store to find them widely available. Not convenient to only do partial orders as club pick up and still have to go inside to do the rest of my shopping. Been this way for months - not getting any better. Not going to renew membership if this issue does not get resolved.

The sams club app is the greatest thing ever! I’m always in a hurry and the quick scan allows me to get in and out in a flash! I try to tell everyone about it and even helped two shoppers to load it on their phone so they could get out quicker!
