Amazing customer service all the time. Always put a smile on my face (like the stickers on the drinks). The employees are always super nice and always tell me to have a nice day. Not to mention the AMAZING tasting coffee, drinks, snacks and food!

I can’t pick my location and when I click order it goes to delivery and tells me to put in my location. I use to be able to order and pick it up so I can use my rewards, now I can’t.

Love your coffee, but hate that I can’t order what I want from the app. There is no option to customize the amount of syrup flavoring that goes into a latte. I like mine half sweet, but I have to order from the drive thru to get it that way.

Before Scooters came to Athens there were so many times I wouldn’t have time to stop for coffee bc competitors drive-thru would be so long and each car would take about 3 minutes. 3min per car and let’s say just 4 cars are in line before you. That’s 12 min drive time you lose not to include the 3 min it’ll take once my car makes it to the window!
Also, my order is alway consistent at Scooters! I don’t have to “hope” that my coffee doesn’t taste burnt or sweeter than usual or not sweet enough. Idk how Scooters makes my coffee so quickly from the d.t menu to the window but they make it happen and *always* appear happy and friendly to do so! 🫶🏼

It says to redeem rewards choose the my rewards tab. But there is no rewards tab on my app. I have received an email about a free coffee, but did not receive it on my next visit. I have now received an email stating I would receive $5 off my next purchase. I was told I would receive this by an earlier email if I visited the store 3 times within a date range. But I cannot find that reward or the free coffee listed anywhere.

I really enjoy scooters as a coffee company but hate that I am not able to add my Giftcards into the app. It defeats the purpose of being able to pay ahead and not use another form of payment. I also wish you could upload points after a purchase considering I have to have a Giftcard and my app open when going through drive thrus.

I think at first the wallet is a bit confusing to understand and use. An also redeeming points at the drive through if your paying cash/card needs to be shown/explained on how to on the app.

I loved the old app from a couple of years ago where I could load a gift card and not have to keep a credit card on file just to use mobile payment. I would just reload that when I wanted more funds. So after a very long time of not using the app at all and frankly not going to Scooters much because of it, I moved to a town where it’s one of few options, so I decided to try again. I set it up so I would preload and saved my preferences to manually add funds. Well, it keeps changing back and auto preloading funds. This is why I didn’t want my card in there in the first place. I’ll be deleting my card and the app. 😖
App only works about 75% of the time 3/5

App allows selection of location and menu items but can’t place the order with the app. Receive message that the app cannot connect to the location. So have to go to the window and do not earn points for purchase. Sometimes we just end up getting our coffees elsewhere. This has happened multiple times. Bummer.

Hello, my name is Antonio Alvarado and I can’t believe I’m actually going to write a review for Scooters Signature Drink. I’ve had this Signature Drink quite a few times from at least 3 to 4 different locations. I did this to see if the consistency was there no matter the location. To my chagrin, today was the first time that the Signature Drink was a complete let-down. Insert SAD FACE HERE.
I ordered the Med. HOT CARAMELICIOUS just moments ago and the ingredients that make up this Signature Drink (caramel sauce, whipped cream and yet more caramel sauce)
were amounts that were very upsetting. You could definitely say that the drink was made very hastily. It’s as if there were 10 cars in the drive through lane and the employees were trying to make drinks as quickly as possible. Another way of describing this would be as follows, “I couldn’t taste the love in the Signature Drink”. I said it that way because this is the Saturday before Valentines Day. Such a complete let-down this was.
I tend to always order the Mango Smoothie as well, with 2 scoops of protein rom time to time but…..
It had been a while since I had a Caramelicious so I figured it was time.
Again, this was a complete left-down. You guys failed me on this trip.

I ordered a can of coffee and at the window they said the didn’t have any left. So, they offered me a small ice drink instead. I thought that was real nice of them to offer me something else instead of just not getting anything.
