    I visited the Boca Mauel store, was greeted by a young girl who led me to the lipsticks, asked another sales girl about the shimmer ones which I purchased, asked another sales girl for the mascara which I purchased, asked a sales girl for the eyeshadow which I purchased and at checkout the cashier I believe her name was Emily help me with my phone and taught me how to scan the receipt to leave a survey.I cannot believe how pleasant and helpful all the sales girls were. Next time I will go out of my way to the Boca Sephora even though I live in Boynton Beach. LD of Boynton

    It’s great they tell you when a reviewer received a product for free, but I wish there was an option to filter these out. Of course every person who received the product for free leaves a glowing recommendation for the product. I wish I could filter by people who actually bought it. I don’t care that a company gave a bunch of free products to inflate their ratings.

    The app barely worked when placing my order, then they delayed the order without giving me any notice. I contacted in app support thinking they’d be able to tell me something, but of course they said they couldn’t tell me anything and that nothing could be done to cancel, find info, or track my order. Useless app, useless support.

    Very infuriating that I can’t reset my password because your email link bypasses Safari and takes me straight to the app…. which fails to bring me to a password reset screen. I tried to follow the steps again after the 2nd redirect and what do you know, I’m stuck in a loop. Can’t even shop on my account.

    Can not stand the new chat feature. Keep giving alerts and red notifications. If you ask them to stop messaging you they say, “haha sure let me send you to one of our beauty experts” and you get MORE MESSAGES AND MESSAGE ALERTS ENDLESSLY. Not worth keeping the app anymore.

    They charged me a fee for cancelling my services. I wanted to cancel and come back but now I am not interested in the store at all. I Understand this for salons, but just for a beauty consultation, I think it’s a bit too much. $20 not even something small such as $5. Why would I waste money in this store again, I will use YouTube instead. Not many are using beauty services because of Covid I did not stop anyone from creating an appointment. I will wait until ulta opens up again, you can cancel and no one penalizes your for it.

    This is a great app that is simple to use for placing my orders! :) I’ll order online to avoid going in to stores. I will never understand some Sephora employees are rude and condescending. I’ve visited multiple locations that tend to ignore customers who aren’t well dressed or are glammed up. Sometimes I just want to go into a store in jeans/ t-shirt and no makeup. Dressing down doesn't make me love or appreciate makeup any less. Sigh. The beauty store stereotype continues…

    Sephora itself is wonderful but the app is not helpful at all. Most of the time it will not work properly and continuously asks for my sign in and then responds with “error - there is a problem with the network, try again later”. My network is fine. The inability to work properly is not helpful and is super frustrating time and time again. I am deleting the app. Please fix.

    I love shopping online and I barely go to the store but the app need a lot of development 1. App crashes a lot while browsing 2. There’s ton of items always out of stocks for almost a year or and still showing while browsing and the only way to see it, is when i check it out then I figured it out that it’s out of stock!!!! This waste a lot of my time while shopping, which if you guys can take it away or add an option in the filter to choose the in stock only. 3. Checking my order menu is struggle! When i put a lot of orders in one day or even in different days, i get lost there’s no images outside to show which order is this or even a name outside to explain which order I’m trying to check. Please fix these issues and I’m sure this app will get the 5 stars

    Went to Sephora to pick up some mascara, however left with a new brand, eye shadow pallet, two eye liners, some tinted moisturizer and a few other items. Tina helped me locate some new items to add to my make up collection and provided honest recommendations of her own experiences. Very happy with overall experience.

    Do not pay for same day shipping it is a scam! I ordered same day shipping, paid for it, and my package never came! I ordered it at 7:00AM and the delivery window was till 8:00PM The drive returned my package of items I needed badly and were waiting all day on to the store! Sephora app did not tell me or keep me updated. I had to call customer service to find out my package had been taken back for no reason given and was not able to be delivered because it was put back in stock. I’m in shock. I feel robbed because my order was $200+ dollars not including paying for shipping. I will never order off line from Sephora again. And I have deleted the app of my phone because I do not like getting scammed.

    I have been a Sephora beauty insider for years, but the app is telling me I’m not enrolled when I log in; and of course there are certain features you can’t use if you’re not a beauty insider. When I try to enroll and I select my birth date, it gives me an error message. I am scared to use the app to make a purchase and it not give me my beauty insider points. I will just have to use the website on my computer…

    I’ve used the Sephora app since it came out and I’ve been a Sephora customer for years. Yesterday the app content looked different and when you click to open a product you only get the photo of the product and name but the rest of the content doesn’t load. Other features like Community didn’t work either.

    Not sure what has happened… before this most recent update ( Feb 2022) the app worked well, now nothing you click on will load. I deleted the app and reinstalled, same issues. Guess I’ll have to purchase from the website; may have to uninstall again just so I can shop. When I say nothing loads, if you select a product only the photo loads, no information on the item, literally blank below the photo.

    I just did the update, the progressive nature of the product pictures is unusable. The first picture, no problem, as the user scrolls down to see additional photos the page takes at least 5- 10 seconds to load the next picture. Which has me clicking out of the product entirely from frustration.

    I was at the Perimeter store today in Atlanta, GA and once again received excellent service from a young man who knows it all there is to know about makeup!!… he is up on THE latest and just what will work on your complexion..Thanks for helping me choose a great concealer of Nars in the pot.. hoping this one will be IT since I have tried like a zillion others!!!

    I stopped supporting Sephora for 2 years already and will not be going back! This company has been discriminating conservatives, what happened to freedom of speech in the country?! And don’t they teach us from kindergarten not to bully each other especially if we have differences? Anyways this company is too main stream for me and their prices are ridiculous, I rather shop at ultra they have better prices, better products and better service!

    They gave me the wrong samples in two different orders. I know they are free but I now have samples that are never going to be touched because they aren’t brands I enjoy or care to try. Pretty upset I asked for a certain sample twice and both times was given a completely different sample.
