Hello, I am trying to get my Sephora app unlocked so I can use it. My password has been changed multiple times my app has been deleted and installed multiple times and my software version on my phone has been updated. Ive been on the phone with your joke of a customer service supervisor who claims he is the "highest" supervisor and there is no one above him at Sephora whose only answer was to say that try to reinstiall and update your app. He also claims that the App developers would tell me the same thing that there is nothing they can do. Is this truly the case????

It’s a pretty good app. Easy to use. I wish they still had the shadefinder on this app, so I could use my phone camera to find a new foundation. I guess they gotta have a way to keep you coming to the store though 🤷🏻♀️

I LOVE THIS APP SO MUCH! I thought I was having problems with a gift card because it said ring up as credit not gift and then it was just perfectly fine! This app is awesome and even in store the workers are so nice and all the makeup is beautiful!

My local Sephora is always so kind & helpful! I can always find what I’m looking for & they never ever have a problem with me helping myself if I cannot find what I’m looking for on the shelf! To say Sephora is my favorite is an understatement, my boyfriend calls my Rouge card my spend too much money card! But what is a girl without her makeup ❤️💄

I really love shopping online on the Sephora app. It’s so convenient and they carry things I wouldn’t find in stores. The only problem I have is that certain items, such as the blemish rescue shades, are constantly out of stock. It has been weeks of waiting and still no restock. This is a little pet peeve and not something to ding the app for. I genuinely love shopping online at Sephora and will just buy a similar shade. Am I hoping the shade will match, heck yeah! But if it doesn’t, I will just buy a different product in the actual store that is similar and matches my shade.

I love that i can find all my products, use coupons, see the weekly wow, use points and redeem coupon codes all in one spot. Its awesome!

The app layout itself is self-explanatory and pretty similar to the “in-store” design. Sleek and modern! Navigating is pretty simple and the categories can narrow down your results to what is recommended based on customer feedback.
I wish they would mark an item “out of stock” prior to clicking on it though. Kind of deflating when you see a great item at a great price or a really good deal...but it’s marked “Out of Stock” especially in the clearance section. Why put an item there if it’s not even available to order (and probably will never be again)? Doesn’t make sense. Really an inconvenience.

I love Sephora, but for a company that is devoted to aesthetics, the app isn’t very pretty and it’s incredibly slow and sometimes nothing will load. It signs me out constantly - even if I’ve just been using the app. When I had originally downloaded it, I had hoped it was just some bugs, but nothing has changed. It’s so frustrating that I’ve virtually stopped using the app and instead just open up a tab in Safari on my iPhone.

First off I love this app all of my questions are answered here!
Whenever I post a photo of me it takes a while for it to post in “My Looks” instead it will post in the “Gallery” population first, that being said I’ve post at least five photos and only three made it to my profile/my looks. I shouldn’t have to go in the search engine (within the app) to find my look and if that doesn’t work.. I’ll have to sign out, then sign back in. Let’s talk about the glitching...and I know you all just release an update, but it still didn’t work please try again. Other then that this app is really, really helpful!!

In theory I love this app, makes shopping so much easier and tons of coupons and app savings... I hate how I have to log in every time I open the app. No matter how many times I ask it to keep me logged in/ remember my info it’s like every time I close the app everything is wiped clean, even if I close it by mistake and reopen it right away... everything is gone. So this app is meh at best
I’ve noticed the glitches and stuff have gotten better, it’s not constantly kicking me out but PayPal still needs work. I tried to use it to pay but the page wouldn’t load.
Perfect for emotional purchases!

It’s been a year now that I’ve been using the app, and I find it working better than when I first started using it. I find it easy to use, and I especially love when I get the notifications when they have sales or special offers. App works as it should, I recommend!

Love the layout of the app, easy to navigate and order products.
I bought 2 large Marc Jacobs perfume and it said it came with a bag and testers. When I went to enter the code it said it no longer was valid!!! Huge bummer ..... either take it off or stand by what you say!
No iPad version??? 3/5
Works great on my phone but on my iPad the window is just this little floating box. Doesn’t use the entire screen.
I hope I’m not speaking too soon but I’m so glad they FINALLY fixed the zoom feature when zooming into a product! It used to be off center and be really frustrating to just see some small details on a product or swatches.
Only thing next is when it sorta things by price from lowest to highest, it would ACTUALLY sort from the lowest to highest prices!

I use an iPad Pro 12”x9” and it is such a pain to use this app, I would much prefer using your website to this app any day of the week!
Updated February 2019: I hate using this app as it is so inconvenient to use with my iPad Pro. I always close it and just use the website as Safari is an app with the LANDSCAPE VIEW!

Ever since I got the iphone Xs max the app hasn’t worked properly. It constantly signs me out and lags. I wish they would fix this!
It’s a crap app. They stole me of my points literally , cashier put in fake email so my points don’t even show up on my account . Then when I log in I says I have zero points complete bs. Then when I log in with the fake account she had sent my points to , makes me log in my right email which has zero points. They even changed my birthday this app doesn’t protect any of your information.

I have been you the app for about a year now and I have had no issues. But I was wondering if we could place an order for pick up at a location close to me if it’s in the store. Sometimes I like to shop online but be able to pick it up because I need it now.. I know silly but we all do it because we don’t realize we are out of something until it like oh crap I am out. If not I understand but it would be a cool feature.

The ‘stay signed in’ toggle seems to be merely a suggestion. I keep getting randomly signed out and have to re-enter login info periodically. The rewards panel got real ugly a couple updates ago, it won’t even display the text entirely on a smaller screen. Buttons still have to be clicked multiple times for any action to happen. Come on Sephora, can’t you pay for better devs?
Samples still disappear from cart when they are in stock and the back button has to be tapped multiple times. The review length bug has been fixed but now every time I add something to my cart, I get a message saying I’m not allowed to enroll to flash. Does every version introduce a new bug? All of these features used to work perfectly fine.
Samples disappear from cart, errors pop up about reviews not being 20 characters when in fact they're a paragraph long, back button functions on like the third tap only.. this app barely works as intended.

I really appreciate that Sephora app is easy to use and and navigate. I like that search options help to narrow down the list of items, and it makes it easier to find a product if I don’t know exact name or brand. It is also quite reliable, it’s very rare that that it freezes or glitches, and even less likely timeout or be unavailable for use for any amount of time. Just a good app overall, I’m my opinion; probably the easiest and most comprehensive of all the shopping apps I use.

I saw the adds and bought it/fell for it and I feel like a sucker. I don’t have scars or rosacea but I thought that this would be a quick and easy makeup. It really isn’t anything close to what it was advertised to be, just another dry powder compact and unfortunately a waste of money for me. I’m guessing that’s why it is no longer available for purchase
Misleading Of Free Shipping ad 1/5
I ordered products that was advertised to have free shipping and when I get to checkout I still end up paying “shipping and handling”. Ok! Way to go! Sephora! Don’t put on the website that “purchase worth $15 or more products and get free shipping” then come at the checkout customer still end up paying shipping. Whatever!

Disappointed with the update 2/5
I used to shop sale and put the filter in for low to high prices, with this new update the sale items are listed all disorganized and when I put the filter to list item low to high items it doesn’t list things the same. Instead it has items listed with other items that are regular price. This app is heading down hill fast. I’m a rouge member and have been for two years but this year has me giving Sephora second thoughts.

I like to make my wish list, try in store, and then purchase. I love the fact that if there is something I liked it will save into my favorites so I will always know what product it was I had before. I’m new to makeup and all things beauty this is very addictive once you start. Thank you Sephora!!!!
Trying to checkout with this app was a hassle. It kept changing the expiration date of my credit card to a month after the actual expiration month. Ultimately I had to say the card expired in June when it actually expired in May so that the information would come up correctly on the checkout screen. Ridiculous waste of time. I would encourage the creators of this app to fix this glitch. If I hadn’t needed the makeup, I would have said forget it after the second failed attempt.
