Like many others with the latest iPhone, the menu buttons are overlapping and are impossible to select without hitting something else you didn’t mean to. Clearly there was no testing of the recent update before launching it.

The latest app update keeps crashing and keeps logging me out. The menu is all janky, and the overall experience is unstable. What happened??? The developer needs to perform basic quality checks before pushing out a forced update. I’m on iPhone 14 Max Pro so my phone is not the issue.

Can’t check out, called my bank to check if it’s my card and they said everything is good and it’s just the app I am using. I tried 3 times and nothing worked, I even tried to use my other bank card and still won’t let me check out.

App crashed on me in the middle of writing a product review so I decided to come here and write one for this app instead. I was already having issues with the text box not scrolling down to show me the end of my review before it suddenly crashed.
I also constantly run into issues with errors that get thrown by clicking products that are showing in search results but don’t have a details page, and when I’m trying to favorite “unavailable” items. I even get very user unfriendly/unreadable pop ups with error messages.
Horrible UX. Get this dev team some additional resources!

The website works fine compared to the app. It constantly asks me to login in only to say I’m already logged in. It also is super glitchy. I’ll add stuff to my cart only to look back later and it isn’t there. You wind up having to press the add to cart button at LEAST four times. Not to mention you can’t even view the tracking of packages from within the app? You have to go into the website. Plus customization features don’t even work. The quiz you take for your foundation preferences doesn’t do anything. It’ll still show you products you don’t want.

I used to love this app. I would give it 5 stars however for now going on 3 months since your system glitched I lost ALL my stuff on this application. I am not able to see my beauty insider, previous purchases, or my points!!!! I have went in store and provided the same information that is on my application and they can pull everything up but this app shows nothing. I asked several stores and called several numbers given and no one can fix this issue. Please fix your app!!!!

It wouldn’t let me save my shipping address so I called in and spent 40 mins with an agent trying to place the order just for the agent to send it to the wrong address. Called in again to get the package sent out again to the correct address and it was sent without an apartment number even thought the agent said the apartment number was on the address. Called once the package failed to be delivered asking for a refund and was told they couldn’t refund it because we haven’t returned the items and they were still out for delivery. What a joke

All with Sephora App was nice and fun when buying beauty products. I thought I would have a nice experience and saving on using Tempe “Auto- Replenish “ option because it says that if you use that option they will give you discount; for example Olaplex unread of $30.00 dlls you will pay $28 but at the end when they shipped it’s the same price $30 so there’s no savings. So when I decided to better cancel this “Auto-Replenish “ because it’s not working the way they showed on the “savings thing” they promised I preferred to cancel this “auto-replenish “ and instead to try different products. My surprise was when I tried to cancel - manage the auto- replenish option and doesn’t let me do it; all the time says “Error” and opens an option where it says how to manage the Auto-Replenish, if that option actually was working will be great but it doesn’t work. Sephora should fix this Error in it App. I contacted Customer Service; the associated recommend me to delete the app and install it again; I did that and it didn’t work. I need help with this, please. I also already wrote an email and the answer was - “Only the customer can do it from its app” but app doesn’t work good on the Auto-Replenish 😩😫😣 Any suggestions someone ? Thank you .

Skincare is a million there fragrances are brilliant they give you whatever you want and when your not sure about the scents you can always ask someone online which is amazing and all there make up and hair products are all amazing and when you need to ask about the products you can always ask online and they have great services they show you all the top products and they’ll do whatever they can to get you where you want to be
There is only one problem with services. When you ask to look at other products they can be a bit slow so it depends on who your talking to and if your talking to someone really slow I recommend to skip and try again. Other than that everything is good. (4.5)
Submissions not going through 3/5

Love the app overall. Great interface, seemingly user friendly even though it could be simplified a little, like how peoples photo attachments are above the reviews, BUT the submissions need to be fixed. There are times I try to ask questions for products and it gives me an error message that submission won’t work and try again later. It’s been weeks for the same product. I’ve force closed the app and restarted, logged out then back in and deleted/reinstalled the app. Developers need to fix the submission errors for both questions and reviews as this has clearly been an ongoing issue for years. Once the kinks get worked out I will definitely update to 5 stars.

I always try to use this app and I always seem to have some sort of issue with it, the final straw was today when I tried to type in my credit card 5-6 different times and it would not let me use the card, nothing was wrong, the card was functioning, all the products were in stock, and I had enough money in my account. It is overall just very frustrating because this would be a very helpful if it worked well but it is more of a hassle. Honestly I think I’m better off buying in store then using this janky app.

Haven’t been able to post reviews in almost two years. Apparently this is common for A LOT of people. Yet for some reason, incentivized reviews are posted all the time. Very suspicious. Sephoras suggestion to log out, uninstall and reinstall app, didn’t work for me nor does it seem to have worked for other people who complained…
Wishlist won’t load all products 1/5

This app used to be awesome and I got great enjoyment from managing my wishlist. Now the wishlist only loads up until a certain point and won’t load the whole wishlist so I can’t see everything on there.
Update: you guys fixed it for a bit and now it’s back to not working!!!

There should be a filter to filter out out of stock items. 100%of the items I wanted are out of stock. If it’s filtered then I could have just buy something else. Clicking every single one of them and they are out of stock reduces my willingness to purchase from Sephora.

I am very disappointed that there isn’t a search feature for orders. Amazon, Walmart, and Target all have such a feature. How am I supposed to reorder items, know what I have given as birthday gifts in the past, or know what hasn’t worked for me if I can’t do something as simple as search past orders.

I love the app. It’s incredibly easy to use and makes it easy to order product on the fly. Only one tiny little annoyance - there isn’t a way to mark all notifications as read, so you have to scroll through all of them to get the red bubble to go away. Again, tiny annoyance but would be nice to have the option to mark them as read.
