Excelente Aplicación 3/5
En mi iPad funciona perfectamente. Traté de instalar la aplicación para poder disfrutar la programación en mi Galaxy Note8 y lamentablemente ni siquiera me permite entrar a la cuenta. Resuelvan esto por favor lo antes posible ( indiqué la situación en la Playstore) y con gusto le doy 5 estrellas en ambas tiendas.

The only rewind option is an entire 30 seconds, and there is no fast forward button; unless you use time shift bar.
But what really did it for me is each time I am download for offline viewing, the content inexplicably dissapears. In less than 24 hours, gone.

I have the larger Apple 4K TV device and it takes me multiple tries to get what I want to watch to play after the commercials which play fine. I like the content but the aggravation and trying to get it to work is pushing me towards canceling the subscription.

The app needs to pull up shows you have been watching like Netflix. You shouldn’t have to search for shows you’ve been watching.

I was very excited to get showtime as I love so many of their shows, but the app has been a major let down.
Offline playback is nearly impossible. The app crashes after less than 10 minutes of playback, every time. About 50% of the time the player won’t rotate. I’m shocked this app has such a high rating with such a bad video player.
As a new user I’ve found the design confusing. It took me a week to find where my currently watching shows are. Why aren’t they on the front page of the app? Why isn’t there a “pick up where you left off” on the series page?
Two stars only because playback when connected to WiFi works okay.
It didn’t let me cancel my free trial subscription, so I ended paying $11.76.

I’ve had the worst time unsubscribing from this app. You have to confirm the subscription in order to unsubscribe. That can send you through a mess of circuitous mixed messages that then keeps your subscription active. How hard can it be to simply allow you to get out of a subscription you no longer need or want?!?!?
Improve your video player 2/5
I started video streaming on Amazon prime video. I watched the Suits season. I then moved on to watch Billions on Showtime. The switch to showtime video player has been awful. I downloaded season and if i pause and re-open the episode sometimes starts from the beginning or doesn’t remember where I left off. Improve the video player, Showtime. You have to do better than this.

Signed up using Apple TV. Received the “7 day free trail” now it will not allow me to log in and use, Even after paying for a monthly subscription. Says no known email. Gave up after 45 minutes and yes get charged me $10.99.
This is like a bad joke. You need to download the app in AppStore to activate for any platform from an Apple device. The privacy agreement states that you’re sharing all sorts of info from your devices that have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with showtime. The response from showtime to people bringing this up in reviews is “please contact us so we can improve your experience”. Wild. I pay to have showtime, why do you need to make money selling my data?

There is no - continue where you left off or recently viewed. Within a series you can not skip recap or skip intro of episodes. . When you watch an episode no have no idea which ones you’ve seen unless you remember the episode or read the recap. It’s really only good for streaming. None of the functionalities of other streaming apps seem to be included in this app.

No play from the start button, can’t go back 30 seconds and play again nor can I go forward and play again because it freezes. The only way I can get it to start again is if I back out of the film and go back in again but then again, it starts where I left off and not from the beginning or where I wanted it to start from. Sigh... back to Hulu.

Still not as good as the HBO. If your using it on a phone. Down loading the app was a issue. Playing movies is not as easy. They need to see how hbo/Netflix work. Why should I guy like me have to tell them this is amazing not good. Best of luck to showtime in working this out.
Add fast forward option 2/5
It’s really annoying when I went to rewatch a scene that I missed a second ago and I have to rewind it back 30 seconds. I’d also like to see what I was watching the night before instead of having to search it up all over again. The app just throws me off in the way it’s set up. If it wasn’t included in my Spotify I wouldn’t bother with it.

Please wake me up when the new season of billions resume. Then and only then I’ll sleep, when the season ends. I’ve never enjoyed Sunday’s as I did since the first season of billions. Love it. 5 stars for me.

No “continue watching” option 3/5
When you open the app, it only shows you ads for latest episodes. There is no continue watching option that allows you to easily pick up where you left off. You have to search the show and guess which episode you were on.

I'm reviewing the Apple TV app. I tried watching a movie on it, and it was quieter than it should've been. I normally keep my to at a volume of 32. I had to turn it up to 80 to hear the movie.
Can’t get past the sign up for free trial screen 1/5
I tried signing up for a trial through I tunes but the app would not progress beyond the sign up point. I clicked it again and got a message stating already signed up but the app did not move beyond the sign up point. I tried a live chat but that was not helpful.

As a DirecTv customer with horrible internet I was excited to download the ShowTime app to binge watch my favorite shows. Unfortunately this app erases downloaded episodes on its own, crashes when trying to find your episode to stream and fails to bookmark where you left off.
Come on ShowTime App folks, is it too much to expect this to work on an iPhone X?
App keeps crashing when I try to watch downloaded content.
I was able to watch 1 movie all the way through with no issues. But when I tried to rewatch it, I think it kept crashing at the same time intervals.
When I first watched the movie, I left when the credits started. When I came back to watch it again, I started over by dragging the bar to the left. I think the time originally remaining on the credits keeps interfering with watching any new content. The same movie or other movies, the problem keeps happening.
After several minutes (the time remaining on credits) I’ll lose audio or the video will perpetually buffer.
