Ever since the start of 2022 season I’ve never all my years of going to all six flags have seen it have gotten so bad. From the foods to the services they have cut back on food options & rides have been shut down or in need of repair. Even the bath have broken tiles. If this keep on going on I think that they will be heading into bankruptcy. We’ll see but for now I’ll be going to Cedar Point amusement park a lot more.

As someone who visits SixFlags every year this app made it so much easier to buy tickets and learn more about different passes. I love how this app has a map that shows you every inch and corner of the park, it also shows you the wait time on each ride (only the wait time of the flash pass line). Overall this is a great app and I recommend every SixFlags thrill seeker to get it. 🫡

Flash passers turned a 20 minute wait into an hour and a half wait. This doesnt make want to get a flash pass. It makes me want to leave the park and not cone back and then tell me friends not to come back.

Didn’t have cellular service in the park at La Ronde and without it the maps didn’t work. The list of rides was very out of date (new rides not included, closed rides still listed, minimal details about each ride and all in French). This app was useful for accessing the tickets, and that is all.

I’d give the app 5 stars but the Hurricane harbor maps is very basic and not interactive like magic mountain. All the rides say they’re closed so you don’t get a wait time.

the app doesn’t load all of the graphics making it incredibly difficult to complete a purchase, especially in low cell range areas like Valencia. The look up does not look up anything and always says something went wrong. The gap time between purchase and availability on the app is inconsistent and inconvenient when the purchaser wants to make a purchase.

Overall the app is decent. My biggest complaint is that the ride check-in feature rarely works. I would have a lot more rewards points if that worked better.

The options do not bring you to the browser, it’s ridiculous to book reservations, redeem points ect, because you have to go to a browser separately from the app. For a multi-million dollar company, you need to hire a UX designer. If you have one already, fire him.

We have been here three hours and the lazy River hasn’t opened up! You pay to play but it’s disappointing when your kiddo’s favorite rides aren’t open. Tons of rides aren’t opened which means longer wait lines for those that are. Very disappointed!

This has been one of the most complicated website and app for years. One issue is making sure you get your pass send to your phone instead of print or mailed. I missed it one year and was such a hard process to fix. Block out dates are hard to find.

I love using the app. I order all my food on there and love to get points from going on the rides and checking in. But using the points is a pain. They don’t actually register to your account until days later. It’s very inconvenient if you don’t know when you might be going and if you decide to go too late you won’t get to use your points.

When you order food through the app it doesn’t show the quantities on the mobile receipt. So if I order 2 cheese pizzas and two cokes, it only shows a cheese pizza and a coke. Had to argue with staff about quantities several times. Low quality.

Staff isn’t probably trained in Harbor Park at Casa de Quesadilla. They don’t understand the meal plan so even though we have a meal plan for lunch and dinner, our family that we have Diamond Elite membership were told that we can only do one meal and one snack so some of us went without eating. We pay too much money to go through this and my little ones couldn’t eat.
