Good but no way to check -in for rides at Darien Lake 4/5
We just got memberships, when asking at the guest services about how to earn rewards for rides I was met with “uhh, I don’t know really”. Basically told me we only earn when they scan out membership when we walk in, and that’s it. I know Darien is a newer addition to six flags, but if it’s going to be under that name, then maybe you should work to improve guest experience to be more in line with the remainder of Six Flags parks. I don’t see an interactive map, just the regular one. I would love to be able to earn all of the rewards for rides we go on. Maybe I can update this review, if anything changes in the future.
Looking forward to the mobile food ordering, because yesterday’s counter experience was underwhelming. One person working at a stand on a busy, scorching Saturday. But overall, it’s a decent app that allows me to have all of our memberships in one place.

Purchased tickets when they had a promotion going where you got platinum for the price of Gold back in March, arrive today and they gave us gold passes and want the original credit card used which is in our home state 7 hours away AND want to charge us 45.00 AGAIN today and will give us a refund for our original purchase in 7-14 days!! Ridiculous!! Absolutely poor customer service, nothing but kids who want to say, “ It’s not my problem!” HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE after driving 7 hours with kids!!

I have a diamond membership and we get in early and I also have a handicap access pass that now I can’t get till 1030 which means I have to Stand in line until they open at 10:30

Don’t like that you can’t really use the bring a friend free passes on Monday’s. That is usually the only day that we can go to Darien Ana now we can’t use any of our friend passes except for on August 26th if we decide to come then

Wow! We visited the park and used this app and we had a great time and app was easy to use.
Although the accuracy of the “path” of the walking to the ride was fair, it wasn’t accurate. It shows a dot of where you are on the map, then it shows the direction u need to go to. Often it moves at a wrong angle or doesn’t catch to well I often just had to guess where I was going. (Reading the signs of course) but it worked out.
Although the “restaurant” and the “animal shows” didn’t show you the path and the app.
If it did, it would be 5 stars. It was really useful and although I didn’t use it for the restroom but hope it does have a path for it as well.

App fail. It used to tell us wait times. The rides said closed when they were open and concessions were mostly closed and if open had no ice. Very disappointed in visit this year.

Bought a season pass & have come 2x. Then today my parking pass is off my pass and i have to pay for parking. Guest relations can’t refund my $. And no longer allowed to give out ice water cups even though I have 2 purchased cups already. 🤦🏼♀️

Don’t pay for the photo package! The girl who I purchased it from was not friendly and did not know how to look at a person when talking to them.. I paid extra money to get pictures throughout the day but none was ready when we left. Asking for it at customer service. That girl was very nice but could not get the picture for me. She tried to get someone to help which took almost 15 minutes to reach someone who said they would come over but never showed up. Having to leave without my pictures

Can’t add season passes to app via “order lookup” anymore. It shows you can but when you hit the add button nothing happens. Also, supposedly they were adding food ordering to the app but it just says coming soon and hasn’t been implemented all season. Had my hopes up that they would actually get this going.

I have season passes for my whole family and I was trying to set them up on the app using the lookup option, but it’s saying that some of them can’t be added but it won’t tell me why or how to fix it. What the heck!

Don’t buy a $40 Preferred Parking Pass. I bought one, was scanned in at the gate, then denied by a low-skilled parking attendant at the Preferred Parking section. Total waste of money. Terrible customer experience.

I’m dissatisfied with the App and how things seem to be hidden. The Fireworks show was deceiving and I missed out on the Preferred seating!!! A text message and Or a email with some guidance would have been nice to get a voucher!!! First come first serve with the appropriate memberships-Diamond and Diamond Elite would have been fair !! Six Flags for what I pay you can do better service!!

i’m a teen and i’m trying to buy a season pass. my debit card did not come in the mail but i do have it on my apple pay. it said that this app supports wallet and my card is shown in my wallet. but when i was going to buy the season pass, i was expecting to see apple pay or wallet. really disappointed because i wanna buy it so i can go on my date with my boyfriend this saturday.

Got it a few times before without a card and the phone pass. This time I scanned my phone pass and the worker said I had to go to guest services even tho my friend used the same app and got her pass scanned just fine. I’ve been here several times before without a card and it’s been just fine and now it’s not working. We’ve been waiting at this desk for an hour.... this is stupid!!
