Muy mal servicio, reserve un vuelo y me enviaron a una página llamada skytours, nunca me enviaron el número de confirmación, y la aerolínea no puede encontrar mi vuelo. Simplemente un robo de dinero. No tienen un número para comunicarse, y el único número que tienen dice que están atendiendo otras personas. No que fuera medio planeta que estuvieran atendiendo. No la recomiendo muy mal servicio.

I don’t even know how to express this. I tried booking a flight on skyscanner and it shows the airline so I know they tried to book it on spirit airlines. I tried paying for the flights and it kept telling me to refresh the page that the ticket is no longer available. I did it 4 times until I gave up on this ridiculous app. I went to spirit directly and tried to pay and they said insufficient funds. So now I have 2 flights paid for under skyscanner with no email no proof that I bought a ticket. I called spirit airlines they said they have no card number no name or email of mine to show it was booked. Where is my money skyscanner ? This is literally an ongoing issue literally right now. Worst of all there is no phone number to call skyscanner the emails say to contact the airline. Did you guys just rob me ?!! I’m furious I need to get back into the states and this is what you guys do to me.

Skyscanner sent me here. Paid double of what I could get directly from the airline.
Reservation was so vague I couldn’t reserve seats, couldn’t confirm with airline with different carrier code. What a great lesson that was.

Update helped most of my issues, however when adding more than 3 flights to check pricing, the keyboard sticks and you can’t change the last date box. Frustrating. I was almost through to see my new price. :/

This app has saved me so many times while traveling all over when a flight was cancelled or I ended up stranded somewhere that wasn’t planned. It also saves so much time by having to go back and forth between carriers to find the best flight. Plus you get notified of price changes on flights you’re interested in. The best travel app!!

Sky Scanner is very useful but be cautious about the providers you pick. I tried booking a flight through Exploretrip. I instantly received an email from them saying that my booking was made but pending. After two days not hearing more, I called Exploretrip and they said that it was still pending because the price went up nearly $700 more than advertised. I said I wouldn't do that and the person at Explore trip asked how much I was willing to spend and that I should be aware that there were only two seats left. I said I would like the advertised price. They bartered down a little bit but I wouldn't accept that and so I cancelled the reservation. I then decided to book through a different provider. Being familiar with Trip.com I found that same flight still available. Though the price was a little more than the deal I originally found, the process worked smoothly and my flight was booked with no scamming on the advertised amount. I would not trust Exploretrip at all and would suggest that Sky Scanner not use them as provider. It is quite a knock to their integrity.

I bought a ticket through Skyscanner and company took money on hold , and I never got the ticket! And when I tried to to buy it again, it was almost 3 times more expensive , so my son missed very important tournament in California, cause we couldn’t afford a new price…

The app changed all times to the military 24 hour clock which I can not read. There is no option to set to a 12 hour clock and I am therefore unable to use this app anymore without doing multiple equations to figure out departure times. Make clock preference an option!! Back to Kayak I go. Boo.

Price alerts don’t include filters 2/5

I have a few price alerts and when I go into one alert I cannot go back to see my other alerts. I have to go to profile>your trips>price alerts to see them all again. The price displayed on these alerts are also misleading because they don’t include my non-stop filter. I thought a flight was a good price, but realized it has 1 stop.

Put in search for transatlantic business return, search said business class but going to search result on Expedia turns out only one of the two transatlantic legs were business class. This is bait and switch pure and simple….a con! Disgraceful!

Searched for a flight from EWR to DFW on 10/10/22 to 10/13/22 I was only presented with Delta and Alaska Air. No nonstop flights whatsoever. The most economical was $1,500 on Delta, round trip in first class.
I than searched American without this app as it was not offered within. I found a round trip 10/10 to 10/13 for $862.
