I can see the potential this app has, but it’s only day two and I have no sleep data... will update after a week to show how frequent this problem is.

There were night where I would be woken up three times by my baby crying. I’d get out of bed to tent to her then go back to sleep. In the morning my report would say I had only two moments of interrupted sleep. That’s clearly not true. I was out of bed and awake three times at least. So I can’t really assume any of the readings are actually accurate either. The Fitbit sleep tracker was way better.
Communication error 3/5
Downloaded this 2 nights ago and everything was working well so far. Woke up this morning and just keeps saying communication error on the “how do you feel today” screen. Yes the internet works on my end so the servers must be down. Even just pressing skip will keep showing the same message.

This app is not at all usable
Never tracks you sleep
Have to manually enter your sleep data
Some times it ssys no sleep dected - even though I was asleep -,tried changing the settings still wont detect proper slrep times
Go yo brd at 10 -?app days i went to sleep at 2am - and wake time of 4am totally off - wont pay gor something that foes not work.

They can't write the sleep tracking in the right way at the Health app, and it is very "basic" for an sleep app, I think the developer can benchmark with other apps, like "Pillow" and "AutoSleep" how to write the information at the Health app.

Nice app when the features you use to track data actually work. It used to work a lot better when I first started using it a year ago. Then the “hey sign up for this feature” game started. The basic app is all you really need. The heart rate dip tracking has been spotty at best lately. #usedtobeafan

The app used to track how I felt in the morning pretty well. With HRV and sleep disruption, even when I wake feeling rested it tells me I had a bad nights sleep. They seem to be too sensitive.

It’s way more detail than I would have expected. I love that it generates a report of sleep for a two week period. It has confirmed why I’m so tired. Very helpful.
It helps knowing that you have patterns. Allows you to understand and and give information to help make adjustments for better sleep.
Very helpful for developing a routine to improve sleep habits.
Stopped working suddenly 1/5
Was great while it lasted. Stopped working suddenly this week. Launches, but stuck on the home screen showing “Working on Today’s Sleep Report”, but nothing happens and no data shows. Can’t click on any buttons or screens either.

I like the way it keeps track of sleep patterns. I particularly want to know how much restful sleep i receive.
The reminders to stand snd breathe are great. It talks to me all day! As i see improvement each day, it encourages me to walk

This app has everything you can possibly want in a sleep tracking app and the premium features are realistic they don’t restrict you from the common items that would make the free version useless but rather upgrade your features I think this app is great and well worth

Doesn’t do well with taking into account waking up and going back to sleep.
I woke up at 7 but went back to sleep until 11. It said I was still asleep at 7 and acted as if I never woke up. It’s not as accurate as some other apps I’ve used.

I wanted to try this app to see what it’s about and I was shocked as to how accurate. Also how much info is given to you about your sleep. I’ve been able to see a pretty good progression log daily about my sleeping habits.

I heard about SleepWatch from a podcast and I'm so glad that I downloaded it. I was surprised at how many different characteristics it records but it displays them all so clearly in a great chart.
I hadn't planned to pay for a subscription but the app did such a good job of providing me with value in the form of turning my sleeping schedule into a kind of game that I was convinced.
The only thing is that it really is making me itch to upgrade my Series 2 watch for better battery life. (Also, Series 2 feels painfully slow at this point)
To be sure, you get the most out of the app by paying for the subscription but the trial version clearly demonstrated for me the value of the subscription.

Wore watch to bed for a week, only 2 days were recorded. Seems to make up data on days it does record. Says I got 8 hrs sleep and was only in the bed for 6. Trying something else and don’t waste the money here.

I bought the app a year ago or so and over time I have received updates that highlight new features. I go through the update process only to find out that they want me to purchase the new features. Kind of annoying. I would rather pay a little higher price that includes future updates than have them constantly try to sell me on their recurring revenue model. I thought what I bought initially would include updates but no such luck.

My SleepWatch app hasn’t worked since the last watch OS update almost a month ago. I emailed SleepWatch and haven’t heard a thing back from them.
I’d like to track my sleep but every morning the app says there is no data. That’s odd because I’m wearing my watch to bed just like when I started using the app months ago. The only difference is that it’s not recording data since the watch update.
SLEEPWATCH TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Are you ever going to contact me or will I be forced to switch to an app from one of your competitors?

Only measures one sleep per day 2/5
It doesn't measure all sleep throughout the day which is a huge bummer. It only records my sleep at night so if I only sleep 5 hours at night and take a nap during the day it doesn't account for that nap and doesn't even show statistics for that nap. Not a fan of the app

This is a great app that I love to use in conjunction with my Apple Watch. The graphs are highly informative and easy to follow! I love using it as a part of my “Health” app as well to compare my sleep to how much exercise etc I’ve gotten. Highly recommend.

Worked great for a couple of months, but for the past year+, no matter how many times I have reset my watch or uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it doesn’t work. With this most recent update, I have started being asked “how I slept” via a notification on my phone, yet there is no info recorded in the app for the previous night’s sleep.

I don’t like how it asks everyday how I feel when I wake up. I just want it to tell me how many hours I slept!! It used to tell me it everyday and now it never does

It works but my biggest issue with this is that it does not upload your sleep automatically and you instead have to open the app daily and prompt it to grab the data from your watch. If you forget to open the app the next day, or like me don't feel the need to stay on top of it daily, you will lose the previous night's information. This seems like an easy fix? Please change this. Until then I'm not really pushed to use this. I'd love to just wear my watch to sleep and review what's been tracked every few days. But as is, that's not possible. Yes, I know opening the app daily isn't a big ask but it's just not something I do.

This is a really good sleep tracker to use with iwatch. It is apparently quite accurate. I only wish they put an alarm clock on it. Then it would be complete.

I truly enjoy exploring how I sleep at night and how and all the information seems to come together to show me why I am so darn tired during the day. I knew I was not getting good sleep I have not since I was a child been able to get a full nights sleep I’ve had problems with nightmares and episodes of sleepwalking and episodes of sleep eating plus episodes of smoking in my sleep. I have been diagnosed as having narcolepsy and I have sat in sat in my father’s family bar and restaurant talking with him and noticed that he no longer was making sense when I realized he was asleep and carrying on a conversation. I myself have done the very same thing with other family members and friends of mine they have woken me up and told me that they don’t understand what I’m saying I don’t know if they realized that I was actually sleeping or not sometimes I would wake up and I would be totally froze or I could not move totally paralyzed now they said not last long perhaps only a few seconds that I I really couldn’t say but it’s terrifying to wake up that way especially when you wake up that way feeling as if there’s someone standing behind me. Now after my anoxic brain injury and the use of Topamax that keeps away horrible migraine headaches which I am now told probably are some type of seizure I have been having less and less of the terrifying feeling and the waking up feeling paralyzed those two feelings have not part of my part package deal when it cost to trying to sleep however it’s always been very hard for me to sleep for more than two or three hours at one time a four hour time of sleep is very much welcoming and to be able to get eight hours of sleep is just something I dream about because I have never known of known of it at least not in my adult life and not in my teenage years that I can recallI have always felt sleep deprived and very very tired during the day and I’ve always believed it has affected my health because my health is always been balanced on a teeter totter as it could go one way or the other with just the mildest cold could swing me into pneumonia or a severe asthma attack and I really really want to be able to sleep are use a BiPAP machine which does help some however it dries my mouth out so severely I have to pull off my mask every hour to add moisture to my mouth as my tongue is in pain from being so dry I wear a full facial mask and I try everything I can think of to try to keep my mouth shut I have more luck with the mask I’m using now because I can pull it underneath my chin LOL help me keep my mouth shut but that it digs into my nose and create A lot of pain in the bridge of my nose at which point I cannot stand to have the mascon any longer and this is a four hour window if I could get beyond that and I am taking a medication to help moisten my mouth and I’m using a over-the-counter med over-the-counter drug to help moisten my mouth and if you see with my sleep study snoring is not a big problem for me which had to be truthful I have not used my BiPAP very often because of the problems it causes me with the dry mouth and the pain I had bridge of my nose so I do have that I do you have a hydration mask hydration unit attached to my machine . Some days I am just too tired to do anything I’m literally just too exhausted and I would love to be able to be much more active than I am but I really feel I need to be able to conquer my sleep problem first so that I can have the energy to become more I act up and if you have any suggestions for me please feel free to make comments that will help me in anyway at all I am now 70 years old and I would love to be able to sleep eight hours a night that would be a dream come true thank you very much for your time and consideration
Oh by the way I do love the meditation part but the breathing exercises are too fast I believe for me I am only 2/3 of the way to filling my lungs and it’s time to empty my lungs I wish it could be slowed down so I could actually fill my lungs up before I have to empty them is there anything that can be done about that?

I have used this app for over a year. It’s great but the largest draw back is that it does not automatically sync. If if forget to open the sleep watch app that day it doesn’t log my data. Very frustrating.

Inaccurate After Software Update? 2/5
This app seemed to be working correctly before the most recent iOS update. There was an occasional night where it wouldn’t record, but not as frequently as it is happening now. It also used to track a lot of the occurrences of change from light to restful sleep but now it just shows a solid block of rest which I’m doubting as I know I wake up periodically in the night. It no longer shows that - which in my opinion, is the whole reason to use the app - to track how well you sleep. Hope there is a resolution to this soon.

App would not detect sleep, when troubleshooting was used it had no helpful information. Could not even find further assistance online. Deleted app and will find a different one.

At first I was like “this won’t work” but after using it for a few months I found the app very useful as well as helpful. The app will basically gather your sleep information, over time, and set up a plan based on your sleep patterns. I am pleased with how accurate the app is at taking information and setting a plan you can follow to help you improve sleep. An example, for me, is that if I burn 350 active calories a day my heart rate dip is greater. So my daily goal is to reach that 350 mark because it does drop my heart rate. Also, this app continually updates so it just keeps getting better and better! My suggestion is simply to download this app if you want a great study of your individual sleep pattern and want a better nights rest! You will look forward every morning to see how well you slept. You have nothing to lose, the app is free, and a good nights sleep to gain!
