    Original-A decent app most of the time. I’ll sometimes run into a period of a few days where it’ll refuse to sync sleep data, so that throws off the weekly and monthly averages. 1/18- Update: Sleep tracking has come to a complete stop for some reason, basically rendering the app useless. I’m going to have to find another sleep tracking app at this point.

    I would like my missing sleep data days uploaded. I contacted support and was told by Amber that sleep data may not upload if app is not launched daily. WITMFH! I should not have to launch the app for my sleep data to upload. I want this unnecessary requirement eliminated. Please and thank you.

    Okay, some have ?succes?. On XS Max @ iW4, for almost 2 months, this app has not kept all of my sleep tracks. I have reached out to Support, told that the time for one day, even if sleeps stops before midnight, could still be counted as next day. Okay? Since it should total out the 3 day total. NOT! Numerous days, I have missed Hours, never showing. Then, after I manually add the time, it wipes out my stats for that day. Even changing back to original recorded time, does not produce the stats as before. Now, I'm stuck with a grey bar, and a real bar...all solid. No good, bad or waking sleep. Just plain! I would give this a 3 star, but only because of the looks. But... Looks ain't everything.

    Not sure what I’m doing wrong...I downloaded the app and synced with my watch. Ive worn my watch every night since I’ve had the app, but keep getting the message “wear your watch when you sleep! No data recorded.” This app is pretty worthless to me right now...

    I have had this app for 5 days now, all I can say is hogwash! I have been struggling with sleep and wanted to get an idea of my sleeping pattern, twice the app has told me that I got restful sleep when I was watching tv, and today it said I was in restful sleep for 2 hours while I was working, granted I was sitting at my desk at work focused on my task at hand. I can assure you I was not sleeping. Further more I see no way to delete theses bogus readings, I have to manipulate the data for something I perceive as accurate...

    For the most part, this app is well-functioning and does what it says it will; however, for its cost, I feel that more features should be available at no additional charge. The monthly subscription is a little steep and frankly not worth it for me, but I would likely dish out another couple bucks for a second one-time payment to have everything that the app offers available to me. The issue with the app for me is that I cannot load data from a night’s sleep if the day has already passed. So, if I forget to open the app on Tuesday after sleeping Monday night, on Wednesday I can no longer load that data. I can try to recall the time I was asleep Monday night and input it manually, but this is less accurate and all of the other data (heart rate, percentage of restfulness, etc.) is then unavailable. This is extremely frustrating as I wish my data could load automatically without my needing launch the app. If I could simply see data a day or two old without needing to remember to launch the app every day, this would be a 4- or 5-star app.

    The app works very well ani believe it’s quite accurate. The information had been very useful in correcting some bad sleeping habits. My wife and I use it as a challenge for getting the highest percentage of restful sleep.

    I live that you are able to look at the way you slept, but I think that they could have just a little bit more data. Over all very good app and I would suggest it to you if you are looking for a sleep tracking app!!!

    Doesn’t accurately track your sleep. It does not register times you wake up in the night. As well as it register the minute you lay in bed not once you fall asleep.

    I tried finding an equivalent to the Fitbit sleep tracker on the AppStore for my Apple Watch and got some terrible pieces. This application does everything for you from tracking to not wasting battery life unnecessary. Can believe it actually exists. Big ups!

    This app is very inaccurate for me. For example, it showed the time of sleep being from 11:45 pm to 8:45 am (9 hours) but said it was 6 hours of sleep. Another time, I went to sleep at 11:00 and it said I went to bed at 2:00. I haven’t even been able to get s sleep report for the past week. It tells me no sleep data available.

    I have used two other sleep tracking apps, this is more realistic in what it is able to report. Another app would report the amount of REM sleep I attained each night. Unless electrodes are attached to record eye movements no app can do that. This app simply states the time without movement, heart rate changes and other indicators of good sleep and gives an estimated value to it. I like the questions it asks in the morning and sometime during the day about how rested I feel. However, three options is too few to be truly helpful.

    Worked for 1 day then stopped syncing. I tried to log out and log back in but now it won’t let me log in and is “unable to send email link” to reset my password. Disappointing.

    I recently changed to Apple Watch and was concerned I wouldn’t find an app like the Fitbit app that tracks sleep, steps etc. overall this was very good in person to the main screen. However, I wouldn’t give it five stars because it doesn’t give as much detail or have all the nice charts and graphs the Fitbit has.

If I could add anything, it would be to add more detailed info with regards to the true health Benefits for the body to time spent in light, rem and deep sleep (brain recovery, body recovery, mood etc...)

    Pairs great with Apple Watch! Being a previous Fitbit user I missed the sleep function. This app is great! Tells you your heart rate dip each night and very specifically shows periods of light sleep versus deep (restful) sleep. Insightful!

    The app has degraded over the year I’ve used it. It pops questions about how rested I feel in notifications, and has stopped tracking consistently missing entire nights. I’ve asked them to stop asking me questions in the app(I’m assuming it’s for their research) with no response, so I’m not going to bother with anymore. It was a good (and simple) app in the beginning...The more complex it has gotten, the worse it is to use and deal with.

    Very easy to use in fact you don’t need to do anything to use. Just wear your Apple Watch to sleep And the App do the rest of censoring when you fall asleep and how long you slept for. I love you do the fact that I am a student and I could keep track of how many hours I’m sleeping or how many hours of sleep I’m losing on average. Love this actually amazing.

    The latest update even broke more Apple Watch features. Now the display of Sleep Rhythm also shows no data. I’ve not had Heart Dip in weeks. Whatever watches the developers are using to test the app need to be swapped out. I’ve gone from daily using this app, to opening it once a week to see if it’s working. I’m going to uninstall it shortly.

    Update: I’m super disappointed. Recently the app is not logging my sleep as it was before. Days are missing at a time, logging no sleep at all. Used to be awesome, but not so much anymore. The app is awesome and tracks my sleep fairly well. My only trouble is working nights it seems to confuse the app based on my sleep schedule, and many times separates a nights sleep between two days. This makes it harder to follow or I have to adjust the times for each day. If only there was a way to set it up differently for different sleep schedules, it would be perfect!

    I really like the effectiveness of this app. However, after two days, the app started to notify me during do not disturb times about my sleep patterns!! Please correct so that the app won’t notify during DND. For now, I’ve just removed notifications on my watch.

    I downloaded about six apps including this one and tracked my sleep using all the six apps for about 2 1/2 months. SleepWatch is the best app available to track sleep with the Apple Watch. Pillow has a very high rating but it’s terrible. Auto sleep also has a decent ratings but is very inconsistent and is inaccurate.

    This app is great with a lot of details and useful information, but why doesn’t it record REM like most of the other sleep apps? It would be perfect if that was included. Instead I have to use Pillow also and go back and forth between the two.
