    I’ve tried several sleep apps. I wanted one that uses the watch to possibly have a more accurate one. Especially one to have accurate alarm to wake at best time. Pros Lots of data, seems fairly accurate Cons 1. Huge battery drain for watch: when i use the watch app, it’s about a 30% drain. If I let it passively track, data is roughly the same but no alarm and only about 15% drain 2. Customer service spotty. One rep, amber, most helpful. The other male just doesn’t understand the question and keeps asks useless questions in a circle. 3. Even when wearing watch, app doesn’t accurately identify restless/wake up sleep: getting up to use bathroom. Seems too easy for watch to sense you are up walking with accelerometer and steps. Response to developer: I’ve done all that (change settings, contacted support, had you guys review data, etc). Currently it’s a 3 star app. Improve the sensitivity tracking, battery drain and other bugs I have emailed, and it could be a 5 star app.

    “You didn’t wear your watch” yes I did. “You were in bed for 30min” bit more than that. So uninstall. Reinstall. Repair watch to phone. I’m starting to get the idea there are assumptions made by the app. Does it register any sound, like if you sleep with the tv on, as “you are awake, it’s sounds like you’re awake” or if you have crap sleeping habits anyhow, maybe it doesn’t know when to register an “awake for the day” or “asleep for the night” disruptance in its recordings. It’s been a few months now and it’s not picked up on any sleeping patterns let alone the fact my watch is on every night. Any help would be appreciated.

    Update: The issue below was one caused by an IOS update and not Sleep Watch. Apple promptly sent an update to fix the issue and has since worked fine again, and I didn’t lose any data. This is a great app and is helpful in tracking sleep and things associated with good sleep. The support folks at Sleep Watch were very helpful by contacting Apple so they could send me a fix. This app was working great since February until this morning when it quit letting me open the app on my iPhone XR. It says the app is no longer being shared with me and I need to download it in the App Store. I went to the App Store and it shows that I have it and that I can open it. When I try to open it, same story. I can see my data on my Apple Watch 5, but can’t open app on phone. Very frustrating. I don’t want to delete the app off my phone and reinstall it as I don’t want to lose the last 4 months of data.

    Every time I tried to use it would ask if I wanted to upgrade to premium. Just an OK button, no “no” or “later” just “ok”. I’d tap ok just to advance to next screen and then it would send me back to “start” sleeping. Tap start and upgrade BS would begin again. Deleted app.

    I loved the personalized recommendations about what time to go to sleep and the tips about how different activities affect my sleeping habits. I appreciate the heart rate tracking, since that’s something that I’m watching for my health! I wish you would add “cannabis consumption” as one of the activities to choose from when prompted due to good/bad sleep. I think it helps me sleep better, but I wish the app allowed me to track it easier.

    Had this app installed for a couple years. Eventually deleted. My health data was bizarre. It basically would think I was sleeping while at work or hanging out, and have no sleep data for when I was actually asleep. While you can enter the info manually each morning, I want an app that will track on its own. Maybe needs to be location based or sync with bedtime alarms. It’s data collection system is real weird.

    Used to love this app. Just got my mom an Apple Watch for Mother’s Day and recommended this app which we downloaded and got set up. A day later it stops working for both of us (I’ve had it for a year). I updated it, deleted and reinstalled, still not working. I checked the troubleshooting steps in the app and made sure everything was set correctly but it’s still telling me to allow access to my health app even though there is full access. Right now it’s useless and taking up space on my phone. Please address these issues so it’s functional again.

    I used this app for over a year with no issues then 3 weeks ago it started saying that it didn’t have permission to access my heath data. Well it does, it’s all on. I’ve uninstalled restarted both phone and watch, reinstalled many times and it still doesn’t work. I’ve contacted support 3 times, with no help. I’ve explained what I’ve done, and they tell me to do the same steps I’ve already done. Loved t while it worked. Now it’s just frustrating.

    I’m looking for an app that records my sleep cycles (light, deep, and REM - this app doesn’t do REM), rates my sleep, then qualifies that rating. I had Huawei Health with my last inexpensive device and it did these things beautifully, but now I have an Apple Watch so I thought I could find something just as good or possibly better. This is not it :/ The most frustrating part about this app is when it asks you questions about how rested you feel or how fatigued you are during the day, it doesn’t always save your responses, so you’ll end up answering multiple times before it finally sticks.

    It’s so awesome I can see how well I slept last night and just seem to feel accordingly. Once it said 3 hrs and that was probably accurate did not sleep at all. And then verification and can understand why I feel tired. Last night 9 hrs plus certainly new energy.

    Update: After trying so many time to get the app to show the reports on my watch it finally worked. I had to make sure I download the UPDATED version and that it’s the one for the watch NOT the phone. (When you search in the Apple store for the app, next to it should say Apple Watch) So I reinstalled it again, it started working. Still keeping at 3 stars due to me being patient enough to keep trying to get it to work on my own. I like this app it. I have tried a few and this seems to be the most accurate one that tracks my sleep with me wearing my watch to bed. My only issues with the app this is that I can’t see my reports on my Apple Watch (series 5), hence the only 3 stars. It still say “Setup Required. Complete setup on iPhone to continue.” I even uninstalled and reinstalled every way possible and restart my phone and watch still nothing. I even gave it two days before writing this review just so it can show up on my watch. I have tried everything that they recommended on the website for it to work but nothing. I even try clicking on the “feedback and support” in setting and it said that I don’t have an account, which is weird because I do and I’m logged into it. So I’m out of options. Please, please fix issues so I can fully get the best experience and report with this app. Thank you.

    I’ve been searching for a sleep monitoring application since purchasing my Apple Watch over 3 years ago. I’ve tried a few and this one BY FAR EXCEEDS MY EXPECTATIONS!!!! I had a couple issues upon installing the application but immediately contacted customer service. They were EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!!! One issue was “user error” (I’ll readily admit that i was the one mucking stuff up); the other issue ended up being CORRECTED (almost) IMMEDIATELY BY THE DEVELOPERS!! The support team kept me in-the-loop and waited for me to confirm everything was working properly!!! I wanted something that didn’t require much intervention on my part (such as notifying the app when I’m going to bed and when I’m waking up...). Its totally worth initial troubleshooting!! I will be upgrading to the subscription next month!!

    Love this app, so far! Used it about a month. I paid for it (which I rarely do) bc it has helped me understand my sleep patterns and really get a great glimpse as to how my migraines may happen. I don’t pay for very many apps but I feel that paired with my Apple Watch this has really been effective for my lifestyle. I do wish they had a 6 month option, vs. 1 year but it’s still minimal comparatively speaking To other high priced apps.

    Due to the inaccuracy of the data, it’s not all the useful of an app to have. It’s neat to see some of the information but that’s about it. I find the “did you know” and light bulb suggestions to be quite annoying and unhelpful. I reported consuming alcohol a few times and now literally every other day, “DiD yOu kNoW oN NiGhTs YoU cOnSuMeD AlCoHoL....”. I had a lightbulb this morning that stated, “consider increasing your sleep time goal”. 99.9% of the time I feel “completely rested” with an avrg of 7hrs and 45mins but because of those rare times I haven’t, it wants to tell me “if you get 8 hrs and 15 mins worth of sleep your chance of waking up feeling rested increases 100%”..... how is that helpful.... and they some how feel justified in $3.99/ mo for some other meaningless information.... I’lol just stick with complaining about the free version.

    When I wake up and answer the question about how well rested I felt when I wake up, and then later answer the question about fatigue, I still get a little red notification later saying I haven’t logged for the day. So it’s not keeping my info from the morning. I don’t want to turn off the notification because it’s a good reminder to log it, but I shouldn’t have to input it twice! Still, I like that the app is free, so I’ll stick with it. Just wish they’d fix this one thing.

    I used this app for months and LOVED it. However, a few weeks ago it stopped showing me my data on my phone. I didn’t change any settings. It shows me my data via my watch every day, but I can only view the data from that day. I miss being able to view all my data on my phone and am now considering deleting the app because it’s useless to me. Please fix!!!

    I absolutely love this app. It’s very very efficient at what it does. I track my sleep automatically through my apple watch on the free version. This works amazing and I haven’t been disappointed yet. The only thing I wish this app had was the ability to sync with apple health. I also wish it had a smart alarm that could wake you up with a window of time based on how deep of sleep you are in. Other apps have this feature but require you to have your phone listening. This seems inaccurate to me and apple watch data would be the best way to collect this information for accuracy. There aren’t many sleep apps that use the apple watch and this alarm could be a big boost for you. I also wish it showed your REM sleep. I realize it shows your deep sleep but there is a difference between light, deep, and REM. Because REM is what matters most it is the most important thing to know but this app doesn’t show it. Overall I really like the the app but these were just my few suggestions that could make me love it.
