    Great app! Sleeping with the AppleWatch is not at all uncomfortable. I no longer use my Fitbit which irritatingly didn’t record sleep data every so often. This dependable app and my AppleWatch is all I need. Note: some info attached to modules kinda obscure.

    This could be a really great app, but I’m a voiceover user, and a lot of the things are visual, therefore cannot be read. There’s a lot of color coding, and obviously, voiceover doesn’t understand color coding. There are some things in graphs, and there needs to be a way to get voiceover to understand the way that it is picturing it on the screen, or maybe have it listed in text when voiceover is turned on. There are a lot of buttons that aren’t read, which is probably why when I told it to sync with the health app, after I went through all the steps, my husband found that it hadn’t. He remedy that, but I shouldn’t have to rely on a sighted person to look at my data or fix the things that I couldn’t. Things that I consider personal information are my sleep data, my weight all of that. I like to do those things myself.

    I got this app to test the difference between a phone-based sleep tracker and a watch-based sleep tracker. There is no comparison because this app is waaaaaay better than any phone-based sleep tracker app. Instead of charging my watch at night (which is really a waste of the watch’s functions because it fully charged in about an hour), now I charge it when I get up and I’m getting ready for the day. My favorite new app right now.

    This app can't register the correct sleep time because the app doesn't use the motion sensor from motion and fitness. Also the information add to the Health app is incorrect, it isn't show the time you start sleep until the end, what the app does is to break every time you wake as a new sleep. They need to benchmark with other sleep apps like AutoSleep and Pillow to show the correct information on the Health app.

    He estado usando la aplicación por una semana y me agrega horas de sueño en momentos del día que no estoy durmiendo y para peor cuando quiero corregir o eliminar esas horas u minutos disparatados no me lo permite. Tampoco es clara la expresión de calidad del sueño.

    This app works well, never fails, never crashes. It asks follow up questions in a non-obtrusive way if there are extremes in sleep (poor sleep quality, broken nights of sleep, etc). It is accurate in detecting when I go to sleep and wake up. I believe the stats are spot on - for example if I have a couple of glasses of wine before bed, it accurately captures this in my average sleeping bpm - which, if you don’t know, is always lower (and healthier) if you don’t drink right before bed. It categories sleeping bpm into ranges based on the dip - not ideal, normal, ideal. Sleeping rate bpm is correlated to cardiovascular health. I had a cardiac ablation last year from tachycardia so I carefully monitor my bpm both awake and sleeping. This is one of the single most useful apps I have installed in my phone and watch - and I have a LOT of apps!

    For awhile I’d been constantly waking up tired and struggling with energy throughout the day (very unusual for me). So I decided to download this app just to see if it could provide me with some insight to my sleep patterns. I was blown away! This app is LEGIT! With the information it provides by tracking my sleep I was able to tweak my schedule and get my sleep back on track and slowly start regaining my energy. 100% recommend!

    This is an interesting app. It's probably not of much value for people that sleep very well consistently but would still be fun to use. The data provided about my heart rate while asleep could come in very handy. The biggest problem with the app is that I have significant trouble falling asleep and remain awake for multiple days and the app explicitly told me there was a lack of data for those days even though I was wearing the watch. The app should really be able to detect that I'm wearing it to take that into account or at least give me the ability to manually tell it there were 0 minutes of sleep. If there already is an option for that then it needs better UX design.

    I wear my Apple Watch every night to bed and it doesn’t record my sleep 1 or 2 weeks at a time. I don’t open the app daily. Is that why it’s not recording? Is this happening to anyone else? When it does record my sleep, the data does seem accurate. Maybe I’m wearing the watch too loosely and the sensors on the back of my watch aren’t touching my skin. Not sure.

    Before I got my apple watch I owned a pebble watch that had a night mode that I liked. I am happy to report this one is even better. It provides all sorts of useful information. It does need an Internet connection to work. My biggest problem is insuring my battery will last. Before using this app I just charged over night but now I can't do that. My solution is to keep the charger near my chair when watching TV and top off the watch while I don't need it. The watch needs 2 hours to charge completely but I notice the state of the charge and can usually top it off with no problem and still keep the exercise data ok. You do need to verify the times each day and sometimes I have to edit them a bit but overall it works ok.

    This is working really well for me. It has detected when I have to get up and let the dog out. Sometimes it separates it into two sleep times. It might be nice if they could be joined. Maybe they can and I just couldn’t find how to do it. Overall I’m very happy with this.

    This app made me realized that I even with my knowledge of poor sleep hours I was not really doing anything, after a week of poor sleep I started paying more attention to my sleep time and started to exorcise again to improve even more on my sleep habit. No more excuses: because of new job, to much work, etc, etc

    I only gave 4 stars because I’ve haven’t used a sleep app since jawbone, which was just a toy. Newer apps with the I watch are capable of unimaginable feats. So I don’t know what’s possible. I really like the app it’s intuitive explains it reasons for the measurements used and is smoothly integrated with the I phone. It keeps track of recorded measurements and tracking is frequent and mostly consistent. I look foreward to reviewing the results every morning and sorry I miss a night when watch is charging .

    First sleep detection app that uses almost no Apple Watch battery or phone battery overnight! Awesome app and very accurate sleep portrait! I love it, takes literally 0 effort to use, everything is automatic. No need to set any schedules, it just automatically detects sleeping. Theater mode is a great suggestion.

    Been using this app for about 5 months and really have no “complaints” as it were. It’s a solid app. Sometimes it doesn’t “pick up data” enough to get an accurate reading for the average heart rate or the heart rate dip, and occasionally there’s those blocks of maroon in the sleep graph that are a bit of a mystery, but all-in-all it’s a great app!
