    Never works and is only somewhat correct. When it works it’s nice but it so often doesn’t “connect with server” that it’s becoming more of a source of morning frustration.

    Even though I’m using the free version, it’s still full of useful info and tracks your sleep wonderfully. You can see exactly how your sleep was, basically by the minute, and your heart rate throughout the night. I’ve been sleeping terribly and I off and on use this app to track my sleep, so I decided to use it for the purpose of improving my sleep. I’m not disappointed! Easy to use and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

    iPhone XS w/ Apple Watch 4 The app itself is great, it’s simple easy to read, the reason I gave it 3 stars is because I have a new born, so sometimes I have to get up to make bottles and it doesn’t detect that I’m awake for 20-30mins feeding the baby. I also do not like that it doesn’t track naps, I’ve wanted to upgrade to premium but don’t want to do that if it won’t track sleep accurately.

    I have enjoyed this app so far. Only thing that confused me was the “Sleep rhythm”. It freaked me out to read that my rhythm was irregular. I now understand that it relates to when I’m falling asleep and waking up. I thought it was saying my heart rhythm was irregular while sleeping. Maybe change the language on that feature.

    WARNING: MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL BEFORE NIGHT 7! I only got to see 4 nights worth of data then was charged. 0. FREE TRIAL IS NOT A WEEK! It is 6 NIGHTS and 7 days. I had already been charged when I went to cancel after the 7th night. 0. Extra info you have to pay for isn’t significant and way too expensive for what you get. It’s a lot of how you “compare to other users” which I don’t care about, I need to know what works for ME. 0. Not that accurate! I’ve laid in bed for an hour staring at the clock and it charted that I was sleeping. It does give you good insight to your sleeping habits. Big picture but no accuracy. Example: My sleeping heart rate dip is much better if I don’t have a second glass of wine with dinner, thus I sleep better. 0. APP DID NOT WORK FOR 2 NIGHTS so I only got 4 free nights of tracking. I was already charged by the 5th night. Sleep Watch said they could not extend my trial and to contact Apple. Apple said contact sleep watch for tech support and charged me even tho I reported app wasn’t working. 0. WAS DENIED A REFUND even tho I canceled immediately upon waking after my 7th night. When I installed the app, I verified iPhone and watch had updated software, uninstalled, reinstalled, power cycled both several times, no “lights Out” button. The next morning it magically appeared. No idea if it was something I did or from their end. I often go to sleep with 30% battery on my watch, that was not enough for the app. Watch had powered down at 4 am. So that nights data was unusable.

    I use the data from this app to track my sleeping patterns which helps me to dusk in the proper amount of sleep I need in order to feel rested. And as an athlete I like to see how low my sleeping HR is. Good job!!

    My fit bit told me more about my deep sleep & a bit more in detail for my patterns of lite, rim & deep. This apple sleep app has some things more involved but I missing knowing how much DEEP sleep I got!!!

    The message says I might not have an internet connection. I do. It’s rock solid. It’s obviously the app servers that are failing. When it works, it’s okay, but no, I don’t start sleeping at 8 PM. You’re mistaking either reading or watching TV or sleeping. ETA 8/12/19: The connection problem has been fixed. The app still thinks I’m sleeping at ungodly early hours because I’m sitting still watching TV or reading. It would be great to have a “don’t track until 11 PM” option or some such. Otherwise it’s okay.

    Tried two nights in a row, never worked for me. At best would say “updating”, but then would say “no sleep data.” Consider having the manual start / stop be part of the basic, free version. Of all the features you could charge for, that seems to be one of the more basic and simpler to integrate, and less worth charging for. Particularly if it makes it actually work.

    Updated App, Watch & Phone to ensure I was running up to date software. Made sure I had a premium membership. Every time I opened the app on my watch and attempted to start a sleep cycle it said I needed a premium membership for advanced sleep monitoring. I deleted and reinstalled the app on the phone and watch multiple times and every time I received the same message. If I could get my money back I would. I wasted a lot of time trying to get this to work. As of right now I do not recommend this app.

    This app is not at all usable Never tracks you sleep Have to manually enter your sleep data Some times it ssys no sleep dected - even though I was asleep -,tried changing the settings still wont detect proper slrep times Go yo brd at 10 -?app days i went to sleep at 2am - and wake time of 4am totally off - wont pay gor something that foes not work.

    I like the sleep app and it’s easy to use. I wish it could distinguish between deep sleep, REM sleep and light sleep - there is no mention of how much REM sleep you get. My Fitbit Charge 2 did that.

    Truly loved this app...that is, until they released “advanced tracking” to view how long it takes to fall asleep. Tried it one night. What previously used only 5–10% of my Apple Watch battery now uses up 90%! Ugh. Mind you, this is a newer model Apple watch. That new feature is unacceptable and unusable. Hope SleepWatch developers can improve the battery life of this new feature.

    It didn’t even realize that I fell asleep for 8 hours last night. The only way to actually get this to work is to pay for the premium, which is not doing. This app is not for people like me who don’t want to pay to see their sleep patterns.

    This app is pretty good but the one severely annoying thing is that you need to open the app each morning (or sometime during the day) on your phone to gather the data from your Apple Watch. Otherwise you lose that days sleep data for good. APP DEVELOPER- there has got to be a way to save the data without opening the app each and every day. I’ve tried other sleep apps and they figured it out. Also- the subscription plans need to cost less. I will not use your app for anything other than the free version for that reason. There’s a lot of competition in this category and I can’t wait for Apple to finally include their own sleep app in the fall of 2019. I assume theirs will rock!

    The premium app was working great for several months then suddenly the premium features were disabled just after an auto renew. Customer support basically said they couldn’t help so of course I cancelled. Taking money without providing a service is called stealing!

    App was working Great, since the last x2 updates the app is not registering my watch. I sleep with my watch, watch is already synced with the app, on the Troubleshooting option all is green, have reset my phone and watch multiple time (even before go to bed), close the app completely and re-open before go to bed. Don’t know what else to do since it seems is a glitch in the system. As i mentioned before... the app was GREAT!! And I loved it...!!! I think if that is fixed, I will continue using the app; otherwise sadly will have to get a new one that support my needs. Thanks for your time on this matter...!

    This app stopped tracking my sleep. Every night I make sure my watch is charged up and my app seems to be working properly so it’s not a case of user error. She. I open the app it just says “No Sleep Tracked”. The app even has a way you can manually enter in your sleep, why do you need this? Isn’t the point and purpose of using the Sleep Watch app? Unfortunately, it worked for a few months and then suddenly it missed a few days, then a straight week, and now it just doesn’t track my sleep ever. Bummer. There’s some great reviews on here but if didn’t work for me.
