Really love the app but most times it never connects to my TV. Keeps saying “no device found.”
Re-installing the app would help connect them but now it’s not working and not sure what else to do since I lost my remote .-.

Hate how I have to pull up the arrows on the bottom of the app to control the tv with, wish it was in the layout of the app instead of having to pull up another window and then have to exit to the original remote default

The interface is good but the function is mediocre.
It always looses the connection with the tv. Need to reset the app to connect with the tv.

I had issues with getting the app to work on my wife’s phone after purchasing the app. I contacted support on a Sunday and I still got a response within two hours and they resolved the issue. The app works great, it just takes a bit long to pair with the TV at first.

Are you kidding me Samsung?? I pay 2 grand for a TV and you want to charge extra for directional buttons and keyboard access. Well guess what my next set is the LG C8. The F8500 has served me well. But this sort of stupidity I cannot and will not support. Unbelievable.

While the app is great when you don’t have a remote, it randomly disconnects and the app will restart for no reason. The glitches need to get fixed.

Is wonderful !!!
App cannot turn on tv. Will only control tv when tv is turned on from traditional remote. Also every time you turn tv on attempt to use the app you need to pair it up again. App does not have all the same controls as the standard tv remote. Deleted the app and will continue to wait for an app solution that replaces the full functionality of the standard Samsung tv remotes.

can’t even use the arrows or select anything without upgrading to pro. all you can do with the free version is open the smart hub and close it, you can’t even select anything in it.

I paid for the upgraded app and found that it connects with my Smart TV only intermittently. Many of the functions offered by the original remote for this TV don’t even appear on this product. I would love a refund, but I’m not hopeful. It seems this is a scam app. Beware!

Allows me to turn off the TV if regular remote lost. Cannot use Nav Arrow keys without upgrading for a fee. Pretty much leaves the user out in the cold.

I bought this app a couple months back and it worked very well for a month or two, but now it won’t connect at all. It finds my tv, but won’t connect.

All it does is buffer and lag. And when it finally does connect to my tv, it only functions for a matter of seconds before I’m so frustrated I just turn off the tv and sit in silence.
Also why would the app give me the option to turn on/off the tv if all it can do is turn it off?
And if you want simple navigation or typing you have to shill $4 to the app?! Are you kidding me?! It’s menu controls on a free app! How desperate do you have to be the get some gullible suckers money in your wallet?
It works well once it connects but a lot of the time I have to load multiple times before it locates my television

This app will only let you use the arrow buttons if you upgrade to pro (which means you can’t use it as a remote in the regular version). Personally, I think that is cruddy.

Purchased the pro version of the app just to find out the trackpad doesn’t work whatsoever. Would not recommend.

Worked great until I changed my WiFi password. The app is now forever stuck trying to log onto my WiFi with the wrong password and there is no way to reset or get to setup menu b/c it’s stuck trying to login. Deleted the app and reinstalled and it still stuck with the old WiFi password.
