I had a very good experience with Alexey, the massage therapist. He was very experienced and professional. I loved his energy and his hands !!! I recommend the Soothe in home massage especially for the convenience of scheduling night time. I’m busy and can only do it at that time. I’m glad they could accommodate my needs !!! 😃😃😃

Unfortunately, I’d made plans around this time. Therapist not showing was a significant time waste. And it’s happened before. I truth Sooth know I review everything on all the sites. Find someone else. .

Today Rolando gave me an excellent massage. I came back from the hospital yesterday, so a relaxing Swedish massage was definitely in order. He was prompt (early actually) and took all the time he needed to do a great job. I will definitely request him in the future.

I had an appointment but lost it. 1female and 1male -Nancy got the first - as a male I was clicking for the second .
I was the second therapist to click on the couples appointment. I clicked accept , then next screen -I was asked which therapy treatment to click on-deep and deep were my choices .
The app didn’t allow me to click on deep . Because the 1st therapist clicked deep and that default for both treatments a deep
The couples requested two deep massages, but the appt didn’t allow the second therapist to click on it - therefore it booted me out and I couldn’t get the appointment-
The app needs to be corrected in these situations

This is my go to for in home comfort. I always use the same person feature. It was amazing from start to finish plus Ron always changes things up. I scheduled 2 sessions on Valentine’s Day as my husband had never had a massage before... how perfect right?? All in the comfort of your own home. My husband had his session and then i had mine. He loved it too! But i explained he’d have to download the app himself and start an account (lol) that was just to get him hooked. Come to think of it .... it’s time for me to schedule one as it’s been a while(lol). It’s the best thing you can do for yourself, your partner and a great gift for Mother’s day! The price is fare for an i home massage where they come to you.. i try to have a little Gatorade for my masseuse when he’s done.. just as a sincere thank you. I had used this app for years, but my last two bookings were a big miss. One of my bookings was canceled last minute, and for the other one my therapist simply did not show up. I was not offered a discount or anything for the inconvenience. I will not use this app again.

I’m sure you won’t post this, but it wasn’t a 5 start therapist. You guys have gone kinda down hill. The costumer service people were disappointing too. I’ve used Soothe a lot but the last few “5 star” people sent to me were more like 2’s or 3’s.

I had 2 massages in 2 days because the 1st massage was so terrible they gave me another the next day. I requested deep tissue and it was barely Swedish. The first massage therapist had an attitude. I specifically told her what I needed and she completely ignored me. I asked her to focus on my neck and she didn’t even touch it. This was the worst massage experience I have ever had. I wish I could get my money and time back.
Customer service didn’t help at all. They needed to escalate it and said they’d call me back. No one called back so I emailed them back to get a response. They said they’d send a top rated therapist the next day. The therapist was equal to the first one. Terrible service

Soothe has an issue. It’s more expensive than booking a massage at a high end spa. It’s not really “on demand” - you need to book at least an hour in advance. And, worst of all, if you book a massage, they don’t tell you until your appointment time whether they can find you a therapist. Yesterday I booked a massage after work. Planned my night around it, then they never showed. I had to call Soothe, at which point they told me they don’t guarantee you get an appointment when you book. They offered $5 off the next massage, if I agreed to rebook right away. No thanks, guys. Delete.
