Hello please fix the login… This app tells you to sign in every single time

Not sure what happened but when I open the app to use it attempts to load then goes away. Tied deleting then downloaded again and it keeps happening. Using an iPhone 6. No problem with other apps on my phone. It’s been like this for about a week.
6/22/19 update: its fixed and working great now.
App worked great until the update yesterday. Now it is useless as it crashes immediately upon opening. IPhone X won’t run it. Had to delete app and reinstall. Working fine now.

It crashes a couple of seconds after launch, right after presenting the splash screen. I restarted the phone but no change. Online on both networks (wifi & cell). iPhone 7 plus.
Developers need to test more.

It’s a waste of time. Doesn’t even work half the time. Never works when you need it to do so. It says your checked in you get there and your not on the board. Some where in the system there is a disconnect.

It doesn’t matter if you sign in and are on time. If someone comes in and ask for first available they take them in front of you. App is a great idea but it does nothing if you have to wait anyway.

App told me 76 minute wait for my stylist so I scheduled accordingly. App then froze after checking in. Then said “no information available.” So I called in, stylist told me I was next so I left work early to meet the 30 minute window. Upon arrival I was not next and had a 20 minute wait. Nothing about the timing made any sense going to just walk in from now on. What’s the point of checking in if the app scheduling is way off? Gave two stars because it is a nice concept to check in from work.
App is junk. Tried to use it twice and both times the wait times weren’t even close.

Used got there a few min early. A guy already sitting there who hadn’t checked said he was next so they took him first. Will not go to this place any more.

First time using the app, checked in my two boys by typing in their names, looked like it took it. Showed up and nothing. Told the app stops taking names when the wait is too long. 56 minute wait and over two hours to close doesn’t seem like a problem.

9 out of 10 times you get pushed out from walk-in customers and the whole point of online check-in is worthless and void! Quit pushing loyal customers who use this app regularly.

I Just Want to Make Appointments 2/5

I guess this app is better than the old “walk in and pray that your stylist isn’t too overbooked” system that was of yesteryears, but I don’t understand why we can’t make appointments.
The Sport Clips I go to is in a really busy part of town, and it seems that everyone goes and gets their hair cut on Wednesdays, which is when I normally go. Well, since I get off work at 4:30, I usually start peeking around 3:30 or so, just because my stylist of choice can be booked up sometimes.
What I find to be most annoying about this app, though, is just the unpredictable nature. For instance: last time I tried to get with my stylist of choice, I was checking around 4 o’clock and there was no wait. Since I wouldn’t get off for thirty more minutes, there would’ve been no use in going ahead and scheduling. So I closed out, used the restroom here at work and came back and loaded it up to check. 80 minutes for her. 80. It had said no wait probably 5-10 minutes prior. And I find this happens a lot talking with other people on the app.
This might be useful in a smaller town or whatever, but I live in a pretty good size city and of four people jump on her in just a short span of time, it kinda hurts us all. And I’m not going to waste my afternoon waiting for a haircut. I want it at 4:30 after work, every time. There is no sense as to why I cannot schedule an appointment for 4:30 on Wednesdays. Instead I have to repetitively stress myself out opening and closing this app every 5 minutes hoping my hair cutter of choice isn’t booked and it’s just not worth that kinda stress. It always makes me ill.

The app will tell you zero minute wait so you check in and drive to the store. Then you get there and only one person is working. One person is in the chair and one person is also sitting there waiting. The sign says On deck and you still wait for 25 minutes. 0 minutes wait should mean zero minutes. You should be able to walk in and get started right away.
I love the Sport Clips app but needs a Apple Watch App 5/5
Today I registered for a SportClips account I’m happy that I did & I enjoy the style of the app it’s very easy to use and understand but it would be better if there was a Apple Watch app so you can see your wait time for the store your going to!!!

I got this app for the convenience of making an appointment on the go. They’ve known about a new location opening and has been opened. Yet the IT team are just like any other team. They think they love to procrastinate. When they are asked about something. They are rude. There’s an easy solution to this. I’ll go elsewhere for my hair cuts.

Seems like should be simple but Ive never been able to successfully check in online. Errors out or says didnt work and then i call and the store says Im checked in multiple times. Ugh.

I so wanted this to work. But it didn’t. I made an appointment for my boyfriend who needed a haircut before his interview. I recieved a text update saying the stylist would be ready in 10 minutes. We were there on time, singed in and the wait was still 38 minutes. After waiting 38 minutes they never called him back we waited another 10 minutes before just walking out because If we didn’t he would be late to his interview. That’s just not how you should do business.

I am another person that is beyond fed up of always having to re-enter a password. You are a haircut place and require it more than my banks. They have the option of touch/Face ID or password manager integration. Insane
Sport Clips Fail 1/5
Sport Clips fail. Checked in with Sport Clips app and when arrived my name wasn’t on the wait list. Still had the confirmation and arrival time showing l in the app. (Yes, I was on time.) Their only solution was to check in again and wait 40 more minutes. Said I wasn’t going to do that and wait. The stylist said that 2 of them just finished and they would call the names in the list and if the people weren’t there, then they would take me. Fortunately for me there was only one other guy. The stylist who ended up cutting my hair said they have been having major problems with app/online check in and many customers complaining. If this is their customer service model and app performance...then wondering if I’ll ever go back.

I have 3 kids. We get our haircuts together. The app has a limit of 3 check ins and it crashes. It ended up being faster ro deive down and check in in person. Very frustrating!

The App does what it is supposed to do but their processes at the shops negates any benefit of the app. Somehow they get more than an hour behind which seems impossible but it’s happened last 3 times I used the app, which makes the app worthless. I think it’s a lack of good processes at the shop but something not working right

The wait time is terribly inefficient. I’ve been waiting for so long for my haircut(that I checked in with the app) I’m able to write a review. Great idea, but truly awful execution. I arrived for my 2:41 time slot, but it’s currently 2:57 and the board says I still have another 10 minutes. That’s my time wasted.

App said 0 minutes wait time. When I arrived, had a 20+ minute wait time. Even while I was sitting here writing this review, still said 0 minute wait time.
