Whenever I login to the app, an error appears saying that there is “an issue on our side” when I know that my coworkers, who work in the same area with the same service, are able to login fine with the ability to clock in.

I loved this app, it helped me keep track of my hours and income. Today I saw that I no longer have the option to sign in with Touch ID which is a problem for me when I want to do a quick check or when I forget my password which happens a lot. If it weren’t for this, I would have given it 5 stars because I had no issues before this.

The app works great most times, it is clear on the paystubs and how much I’ve earned but every time I want to use it I get signed out. I have Face ID set up and the app used to use that to sign in but recently it’s been signing me out and forgetting Face ID so I need to type my email and password every time I use it. It isn’t a terrible issue just very annoying after the 29th time of doing so this week.

Great app helps me clock in and out no problems.
My only complaint is that I no longer get the option to use the Touch ID to sign in and I have to manually type my info every single time. It’s becoming rather frustrating! I’m keeping the 5 star review to be nice but another week of typing that info in 4 times a day and I’m going to delete the app
App is great keeps making me log in every time. Before the update I could just use face Recognition now there is no option. Please fix this ASAP.

I’m trying to look back at my time records and all I can find a pay stubs. The app doesn’t let me look up anything I really need other than weekly paystub
The app is good for clocking in and out, but none of the buttons on the bottom of the screen work (and haven’t for months). It makes it very difficult to move between pages within the app to see time cards, paystubs, your information... super annoying.

I have started using this app and there are glitches. I can’t press the home button or the other. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it to check. How am I supposed to clock in if the app doesn’t work.
Can’t log in if you’re a minor 2/5
So the app is great and seems to work pretty well other than the fact you have to be 18, being 16 and having a job where this is used is hard to get logged in and get your paycheck. To get logged in being a minor I had to have my employer enter all my banking information and basically create a whole new account it’s frustrating that I can’t create it myself and had to give someone else my bank account info. I would love the app if that changed bc so much if part time workers are 16-17 years old and having to go to your employer to get it set up is a pain.

Would be a great app without some basic interface problems. The bottom buttons (home, timecard, and paystub) don’t work, so I have to restart if I want to switch between tabs. It also won’t scroll past a certain point, as if only the top of the page is scroll sensitive. This is on iOS 12.4.5.
Signing in is annoying because it won’t remember your username and password, even with touch to sign in, and I find myself having to sign in at least once a day.
Love the convenience of being able to clock in at different locations, but I wish I could see my shift and timecard breakdown on the desktop version of Square, because the buggy interface makes these functions virtually unusable in this app.

I am a employee of someone who uses square team app and I use to like it then it changed on me and the other 3 employees. I can no longer track my hours or clock in or out on the app. I tried to find a contact support but there was none for just a employee. I hate how I have to have 2 different apps for keeping track of my hours, at this point I will just delete the team app and keep using HoursTracker because that never fails me.
The app is always crashing, constantly doesn’t read clocking in or out. Alway signing us out. It’s very frustrating.

Wonderful app, definitely does everything it was designed for smoothly with incredibly well laid out pages. HOWEVER I also have to use Square Appointments and I wish that I did not have to switch back and forth a dozen times just to have the calendar and its tools. However, I understand that’s not what this app was designed for and otherwise deserves 5 stars. I just wish there was a way to enable the tools from other apps so I can just use this one and not have to switch back and forth.

Square is extremely helpful to clock in and out with my unconventional job. However the sign in process is extremely irritating. I always get signed out and then when I use the “touch ID” login option, it doesn’t log me in and still prompts that I manually type in my email and password. To top it off, there is inconsistency with the next step. Sometimes it will take me to the clock in page, other times it will take me to a screen with “My Business” and other stuff which has nothing to do with me. Other times a page where I have to select an employer. Additionally, I wish there was a way to delete my previous employer. I am really happy with the overall function of the app itself, as clocking and in out its easy and the hours are tracked down to the minute!

This app is very buggy. For one, it makes me login way too often. If I barely leave the screen it makes me login again! Please add auto fill and auto login features! All my other apps (even banking apps) allow facial recognition login.
Secondly, the password has malfunctioned on more than one occasion and I’ve had to reset it.
Lastly, the time card and clocking in feature works sporadically at best. More than half the time it does not work.
If they’d fix all these things, the app would get five stars. Until then, it’s nearly pointless to use. Just some icon taking up real estate on my screen.

I've been trying to use this on my (Wi-Fi only) Ipad and my iPhone... I can only login on my ipad... I get redirected to am error page when trying to login on my iPhone.... Sent this problem to them two months ago with exact details... I only get pat responses/apologies from them when I inquire... With no solution or update... They say that they are re-escalating my issue... they've said that for the third time ... I would not use this app because of the lack of attention I'm getting from there support team... unfortunately my employer mandates that I do.
Update: from two stars to one star
Square got back to once with a possible simplistic fix... to no avail.
