I've been trying to use this on my (Wi-Fi only) Ipad and my iPhone... I can only login on my ipad... I get redirected to am error page when trying to login on my iPhone.... Sent this problem to them two months ago with exact details... I only get pat responses/apologies from them when I inquire... With no solution or update... They say that they are re-escalating my issue... they've said that for the third time ... I would not use this app because of the lack of attention I'm getting from there support team... unfortunately my employer mandates that I do.
Update: from two stars to one star
Square got back to once with a possible simplistic fix... to no avail.
It’s been three weeks since my reply that their fix didn’t work.

There is no way of fixing the 2nd authentication step to log in the authy app is trash stop partnering with them help me get out of that option I dont want to get permanently logout authy is terrible app!!!!!!!!!

Some of my coworkers get there check in thursday because the app offered it to them and weve been working the same amount of time, and i still get paid every friday with no option to get paid wed or thurs., how is that ?

Log in issues , and log outs are difficult when needing to take a break it should allow you to clock in when break is done not automatically after 10 min . Although the app is a good idea , not very user friendly
Not accepting payment 1/5
I swiped 3 different cards and nothing’s happening and this is my first time using.
I keep trying to add my bank account and after I press continue it freezes for about 1 minute and then goes back to the bank account tab with no bank account added. PLEASE FIX THIS!
Clocking in and out via phone 3/5
I’m an employer and love that my employees can use this app to check their own hours for the week but am not thrilled that they can clock in and out from their phones and not actually be at the location. Is there a way to turn this setting off?

Great app for our employees. The one think I would love to see improved, is the capabilities to create weekly work schedule for our staff that they can be received and viewed from this app.

Every time I try to log in to the app, it tells me my password is incorrect. I literally have to change my password every day! I don’t understand what’s happening. Am I doing something wrong or is this happening to others as well?

Needs more QoL Features 2/5
Could really use some more quality of life features. For instance, as many people have said, I really wish it had SOME way of saving the login information. Face/Touch ID would also be great.
Also, it seems fairly inconsistent sometimes. For example, I have the big clock in button yet one of my coworkers does not.
Besides those problems, it certainly does what it’s supposed to do. I still can’t help but feel like there could be more. It’s also shocking how little this app has been updated. I know you are still updating it (last update was two days ago as of writing this), so it’s shocking that you haven’t seen/responded to any of the reviews.
New App/New Bugs 4/5
The app still needs a way to save login info and/ or incorporate TouchID. Also, the time-totals only show the first shift worked that pay-period. It’s a new app with new bugs, but I’m excited to see it develop!
It’s super useful to have something apart from the web-based platform for checking timecards and seeing how much has been earned so far during the pay-period.

The time cards do not calculate properly and the dates aren’t in order. Also missing face login or fingerprint login. Makes it frustrating to use and understand.
