  Company is way overpriced and has too many fees and high shipping cost. They shouldn’t be in a business if you’re already paying prices that are way over retail. Also if you try to sell on their site they take way too much of a cut on top as if they purchased the shoe. I’ll sell in a store or buy it in a store before buying it from this crap app.

  Never used this app before or ever purchased anything from StockX before. Didn’t know what to expect as I had heard mixed things. I’m a novie to intermediate sneaker head. So, I do my research before anything, and I found that Stock X was worth looking into and formulate my own opinion. Within 10 minutes of browsing on the site I sensed security, authenticity, and impressed with the selection and availability. The thorough information on the site made it easy to follow along with the trends and market prices. I also really appreciate the authentication process and the checklist of steps they provide you as they process the steps of your order from shipping, authenticating, and so on. Very happy with the experience so far.

  Tried to update address. App errored our every time. Customer service options were all totally inept. Would not / could not update a general delivery address update. Offered $5 for 2 hours of my time. Find a better platform to buy / sell.

  StockX has been a great place for me to find my favorite pairs of kicks, and I am grateful for the platform. At point in time I had attempted to purchase a PS5 and the site reported there was an error on the purchase. I proceeded to try 4 more times and after I instinctively checked my bank account, I had purchased 5 PS5’s. StockX’s policy is that there are no returns permitted, yet when I reported my situation, StockX and their teams were extremely helpful with correcting the error and helping me get my money back for the other systems. Thank you for the experience, the help, and the happiness you help bring with StockX. Shoutout to Joe Haden and the rest of the SX team 🤙🏽

  Don’t use this app, use goat bateas. I bought nike shoes and they came in all damage, apparently was an issue with UPS and I contact stockX and sent photos of the damage shoes, box was destroyed seems like the original box, the shoes were totally wet. They mention not to contact UPS because they have a process for this type of issues, well I am still waiting. I Emailed several times already and I still haven’t heard from anyone. This app is garbage.
