I am no pro at meditation, so this app is great! It guides you through a quick check in (physically and mentally) and then suggests short meditations based on what you are actually feeling. It’s been very helpful for me to steal 5 minutes from a stressful day and get myself a little more centered and regulated.

I love this app so much. I love that each meditation or breathing practice is tailored for what you are feeling at the time, and I love being able to track my progress. the reminders are great too, especially for someone with a busy schedule.

I have it on my I pad and phone...it helps me get grounded when I get anxiety...it calms and relaxes me when I can’t sleep...I absolutely love it and my only problem with this app is there is not enough stuff on here all the extras of course you gotta pay for but other than that I enjoy it very much ♥️❤️

I’m the type of person who needs to go, go, go all. the. time. My idea of “relaxing” is...doing more things...I honestly don’t have an OFF button. I thought this type of lifestyle was just “me”, and there was no way to turn me off.
As you can imagine, this type of go-go-go began to wear me down. I had trouble sleeping because my mind would just keep churning and churning. My first solution? Quit social media. No, I’m not kidding. I’ve been off FB for 5 years now, and I literally don’t have any other social media accounts. If you’ve said over and over again you want to kick the social media habit, do it! Seriously. The people who matter the most will keep in touch. It’s refreshing to see who your real friends are.
My 2nd solution was to run. I get that’s not for everyone; I totally get it. (But if you’re curious try the Zombies, Run app and the Couch to 5k app. Using these in tandem is fun!)
My 3rd solution was to meditate. I was skeptical. “How can sitting down, doing ‘nothing’, help me?” While you’re literally sitting down, you’re definitely not doing “nothing”. I’ve learned to just...chill and absorb life’s hangups. I’m really focusing on being grateful, thankful and appreciative, and projecting that in the world. It makes me feel less...tight. Less bottled up.
If you’re on the fence, try the short meditations (2-3 mins) and really give it an honest go. I think you’ll like it!

I started using this app for acute depression and at first, it wasn’t that helpful—sometimes it made me feel worse. But after making a routine and doing it every night before I fall asleep, I feel relaxed. Yes, the depression is getting treated, but this app is DEFINITELY a huge help in treating this. For anyone who is going through the same thing or something similar, or maybe just wants more headspace in their lives, I recommend this app! By being able to choose your emotions and the app catering meditations to your own needs, it makes it feel so much more personalized. Definitely try this app, it is great!!

I love this app. I've been using it for over a year and I have learned a lot with it. I'm a 40 year old guy ADHD and meditation helps me more than medication. I couldn't be still for two minutes when I started using this app and now I can meditate without guidance for 20 minutes. I love the fact that it teaches you how to meditate and that you have options for different emotions and situations. This is great for beginners and for those like myself with difficulty staying in the present moment.

I downloaded the Breathe App over three years ago and have consistently rededicated myself to using it every day. The self check-in has helped me to pinpoint my own feelings in a moment. The guided meditations help me to sit with feelings and fully feel them. I found slowing down in times of stress to keep me focused on my purpose, which alleviates my stress and keeps me dedicated to what’s really important for me. I recommend Breathe to my friends and family who are seeking a tool to help them move more mindfully through their everyday life, who are stressed, who are curious, and who are looking for a change.

This app has really helped me deal with a lot of stress from school and has allowed me to deal with my anxiety with their guided meditations. Relax ground and Clear is my favorite go to meditation and there are so many more that really help me relax and let go. I really wanted to start meditating everyday and wanted to expand my options on meditations and start new ones, so I have to say it was well worth it to purchase the full version. I also love the daily feed because it gives you that boost you need everyday. Best app for meditation! :)

This was the first thing that’s got me to successfully meditate regularly. I started out with the free trial and did all of those and loved it so much I’ve purchased monthly subscriptions. with the daily check-in‘s and tailored meditations and activities it was the first time I have ever been able to meditate and increase my self awareness and implement self-care on the daily and me time on the daily .

I use this app several times a week. I love that I can enter my emotions to help find the meditation that I need. For those who don’t want to upgrade to the paid app, I find that I am able to get lots of use out of the free app.
I don’t rate many apps and I am very particular in the ones that I keep on my phone, but this is a definite keeper and one that I recommend to friends.
Play around with this app and get familiar with it. I believe everyone can benefit from these meditations. Namaste.

In the beginning, I was skeptical about if mediation could work or not, let me say after using this app for a whole day— I AM NOW A PREMIUM MEMBER! Holy moly does this app work. My mom was stressed (today) I had her try a 7 minute session and she was amazed how she felt afterwards.

I researched and downloaded a lot of meditation apps. And this is the one. It doesn’t nickel and dime you every step of the way, which makes me feel like the people who created it are really out for the greater good.
I started with the free version-which is awesome! After a year of using this app I bought the subscription and it’s even better!
Give this app a shot! I can’t believe I’ve already been meditating for a year. This app helps making it a daily habit so easy! :)

This app has helped me do more meditation now for the last year. When I am struggling I listen and meditate. The free version is on every device that will accept it so far. I would love to have the free version whether or not I have the paid version. I wish I could pay for one month only at a time and not always have it continually unless I want to do that, which is why I haven’t subscribed to the paid version yet. This really helps me feel calmer, more balanced, and helps shift my focus toward more effective mindful practice. The stickers are a really fun bonus.

I don’t really WRITE about apps, but this one has been so incredibly helpful to me since I started using it over a year ago. During crazy bouts of panic and anxiety and even some depression-this thing was my lifeline. I paid for premium for the worst of my issues, but no longer do. What you get for free is definitely enough to keep you grounded, and I would recommend to anyone!

This app is quite literally changing my life. Day by day, I feel better, calmer, more level headed. I feel less depressed and anxious. It helps me way more than any anxiety med I’ve tried, lowering my anxiety levels without the dose effect of sleepiness. I never would have believed it until I gave it a try. I usually do 15-20 min of meditation daily and some of the yoga sessions as often as I can.

I love this app and have recommended it to many people. Lots available even for free. BUT I did like it better when you could buy just some specific content rather than only having subscriptions for premium content. Should bring that back so we could pick and choose which content we want to purchase.

When I first downloaded the app I had a streak going on and then I lost it. Now, I meditate occasionally because “I don’t have enough time.” In reality, this is a great app for all sorts of things: anxiety, stress, sadness, anger, or just to meditate for a healthier life. I’ve used it for anger and anxiety amongst many other reasons and if you have anxiety or anything, you have to know this app is not going to cure you with 7 minuets of meditation. A “cure” goes a longer way by meditating daily but the 7 minuets so help you concentrate and relax and make you feel so much better. Not to mention that there is so much to access without premium! If you love the app without paying, then I would seriously consider getting premium for longer meditations like I am, of course only if you have the money. Regardless, I’ve tried other apps(headspace, calm, aura) and if you’re like me with limited space on your phone, then this is the only meditation app you need!

If you are looking into meditating, try this app! It helped me so much! It doesn’t focus much on you and what you want, instead it focuses on how you think and act towards others. I have built so much kindness and peace from Stop Think and Breathe. Trust me, as a human (not robot) who really needs some peace in my life, this app has changed so much for me.

What sets this app apart from the many others is that you are allowed to choose your emotions daily. Which is key for us humans. This was brilliant. It really makes meditation easier for people to do no matter where you are.
