I can’t see where to add alerts anymore and that’s the only reason why I use this site versus other resale sites. I can set an alert and forget it until I can afford tickets. Had to use SeatGeek just last night for a show 6 hours from home when if I had of gotten an alert I could have paid $75 less for a way better ticket to the same show but only 35 minutes from home. So 100% not happy about this. ):
Also there’s no way to search by delivery dates. Can’t purchase anything that has to be mailed because it’s only 1-3 days before events and out of town people can’t travel early and buy a ticket because there’s no way to only see listings that are available by a certain date.

The app WAS fine. The new design is past horrible. Eliminated the map range selection that was easy and fast. Now have to type in location which won’t cover larger range. IPad version does not have seating map. Can’t rotate app (can’t use with keyboard). Searches are often missing many dates. Etc. Did anyone try to use this before launch?

As a buyer and as a seller of 70 game tickets a year, I can say with full confidence that the summer upgrade has been a utter disaster. Seat maps aren’t an option to look for football tickets; as a seller, the transition was atrocious and they now default tickets to best value but their algorithm hides tickets in display. Atrocious. StubHub was great years ago, but now it’s trash. I relied on them twice for tickets this year, and both times I had issues and couldn’t view the tickets I purchased, creating a lot of stress and last minute scrambling.
If you want to charge so much for fees, you should provide the service that goes along with it. StubHub is falling short. Plenty of money for marketing and advertising to put out a trash product.
Thanks for creating another stressful situation in what was supposed to be an enjoyable time.

I just wanted to say thank you to stub hub. I really wanted to see AIC, Bush and breaking bad but a hurricane is coming and it was canceled. Stub hub made getting a refund really easy as I now have lost 5 days of work and can use that money. Thanks Stub Hub!

It’s hard to believe that the StubHub team believes their latest update is an improvement. When you remove features that help make the customer experience easier/better, it’s not an improvement. Most notable is the removal of being able to view tickets by selecting on the seating map. Now it’s incredibly cumbersome searching for tickets and simply takes too long. Definitely will hurt their business.

StubHub recently updated their app and it is pretty useless now. Very confusing menu options and very hard to find or update ticket listing. I no longer receive notifications for ticket sales. Over GUI is garbage now. Stay away until they fix it.

They cancelled my order ten minutes before the event started. The mobile tickets I purchased weeks prior to the event hadn’t been delivered to my account, so even after spending half an hour on the phone with them the morning of the event (they tell you not to call about ticket issues until the day of the event), they didn’t address the problem until right before the event started. At that point, there were no replacement tickets available so they just sent me a refund.

Since the most recent major update, there is no longer a button to click print for shipping labels. I have to delete the app, login through safari, print and then reinstall app. Additionally, many of the parking lot maps aren’t available which makes buying parking really tough.

It’s inferior to its peers for several reasons that used to not be true. You can’t favorite upcoming events anymore. It doesn’t give you a value rating/score for if certain tickets are a good deal. Also, across multiple devices I’ve had issues saving tickets to Apple Wallet. I’ve had to resort to screen shots at times since signal can be spotty when entering a stadium. Pretty disappointing app.

I don’t understand it. So hard to search for events and see ticket prices now which are the basic tenets of this service. Had used this app for years and now many times just close in frustration.
Used to be able to see the prices of all events within my date / location range. Seems like the redesign goal was to reduce visibility and push me into higher-priced events but the result is that I use the app less and less.

I’m pretty upset that with the new update they took away favorites! I had loads of favorite artists and events saved, and they used to be very easy to access! Now not only can I not favorite anything anymore, but I’ve lost all my past favorites. Very sad and very disappointing. I used to really like this app:(

Their behavior during the pandemic has been frankly criminal, and they are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. I’ve been trying to access tickets I bought way back in 2019, but the record of them has somehow disappeared off the website (although the record of the $500 I paid for them certainly hasn’t disappeared), and the email they sent me contains a link that no longer works. I have been completely unable to contact anyone about this. Why does their FAQ link to the “community” forums instead of an actual helpline? They’ve fleeced thousands of dollars out of people for concerts that were cancelled or postponed because of the pandemic.

Stole my money for a year before giving it back. (2020-2021) Tried to purchase tickets today, mobile, on computer, and called their impossible to find phone number. Got hung up on via phone, and had errors via app and computer. Trash app. Trash company. Trash everything.
“sold” my tickets after i unlisted them. charged me 500 dollars with no reason. never ever use stubhub to sell, they steal your money.
All sorts of issues actually getting the mobile tickets from them and no real help from customer service. Would not recommend using.

I purchased electronic tickets for a college football game with a confirmed order, charged my card, and said tickets would show up day before game that I had air travel to get to. They never showed. After 2 calls to customer service (why the f is this needed?) they told me it was a “total loss” and the seller tried to upload the tickets twice but couldn’t. Suuuuurrrrreeeee

I used to love the StubHub app but within the last few months it’s gotten terrible. For starters, the price slider is almost pointless. You can’t type a max price and when you slide it to the left to the cheaper seats, the dot overlaps with the starting point.
View from seat used to be really cool and now it feels like it’s obligated to be in the app. I miss the old days of StubHub.

Buying tickets from stubhub is dangerous. It’s very easy to get screwed over and not get your tickets. I’ve been screwed too many times to ever use stubhub again, it’s the wild west for tickets. Use a different platform.

After they went through system update, the whole app and site was awful. They canceled sales and purchases abruptly day before the game and gives no sense of care of urgency. Lost out on a lot of money due to their terrible internal system.
They only care about buyers and they are protected guaranteed but and not at for sellers.

So I’ve used stub hub on and off for about 12 years to get tickets. Back then, fees were minimal, as in like $4 for a $50 ticket. Nowadays, the fees are astronomical in comparison. Anyways, sometimes they can beat out competitors RARELY. A more recent problem I’ve had is trying to get tickets and the app AND website tell me the tickets are no longer available. So I’ll keep trying for the same tickets, and even check back hours later… for the SAME tickets to still appear as available, but locking me out with “tickets unavailable”. Well if they’re not available, take them off the site! Anyways, stubhub has fallen off horribly

This app is terrible. If you list tickets for sale, and someone buys them, there’s no notification in the app. You only get notified via email, which typically go to your spam folder. I had no idea my tickets sold, then was charged for non-delivery.

Attempted to sell tickets because I was no longer able to attend the event. I listed and realized that they were listed for the wrong date but before I could change it someone purchased them. I reached out to the buyer to solve the situation and we did. However, after a few days, StubHub charged me for the price of the ticket. So, after attempting to resolve a problem for the company, I was punished. I was also then put through the customer service ringer. Multiple employees giving me long winded non-answers. An awful experience, I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.

Useless. Can’t access tickets that I’ve purchased yet received email telling me they’re available. Desktop version tells me they’re mobile tickets and must be viewed on mobile device, but the mobile version doesn’t recognize my access code and gives an error message repeatedly. Give me paper tickets or give me death. This is worse than useless.

This is one of those company’s that will screw you over. I ordered tickets through them and paid to only show up to the event where their app and website wouldn’t let me get my tickets so I in turn missed the event and had bought tickets for a friends birthday. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. When I talked to them about it, all they said was sorry and you’ll get your money back in a couple weeks. I repeat do not use this app or website!

I recently sold concert tickets and transferred the tickets to the buyers about a week before the show. A day before the show the tickets were still not accepted, so I cancelled to sell to someone else. I WAS CHARGED 120$ AS A SERVICE FEE TO STUBHUB FACILITY, NOT EVEN THE BUYER. So the buyer was refunded the money I was never sent, so it begs the question who got the 120$ I was charged? That’s right. Stubhub took it. Why? I still don’t quite know. Terrible app and when I called they said that’s what happens sorry about it. I have to pay the fee. So now I’m down -120$ because I tried to sell my tickets on this terrible website l.

StubHub’s new design is, well, awful.
First and foremost, the timer they’ve added once you select tickets means NOTHING. I had a pair in cart, allegedly with 10 minute to check out, and by the time I finished the 1 minute checkout process they were gone. Very dishonest, and pointless.
Other issues: You have to use a slider instead of just typing a price range, and the prices you can select seem to be relative to the highest and lowest prices available, making it skip over some numbers. So for instance you may want to price cap at $100, but the slider will jump from $97-$103 with no option to select in between.
There also seems to inexplicably be two different checkboxes for selecting aisle seats that each show different results, at least at Fenway park.
And most annoying, aside from the timer, is that if you click through to a ticket to see more details, there’s no way to back out to all tickets for the event. The back button takes you back to the entire list of events for that team/artists, and you then have to click back in and re-enter all of your filters.
I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Showed up to the event and looked in my inbox for the tickets but they weren’t there. I purchased new tickets through live nation to ensure I actually got them. Had a great time at the concert and a few days later reported the incident to stub hub and they refused to reimburse me because I didn’t call them on the day of the event. Total scam because they have no way to ensure you actually get the tickets and they just trust someone to send you an email that may or may not get to you. Won’t be using it again!

Can’t no longer see how many tickets are left, where you sit in a given row, or when a particular event is in your town. Better believe it’s on purpose to nickle and dime you. This usto be the goto ticket app but look elsewhere now.
