The second set of tickets that I sold for some reason StubHub charged my credit card instead of Credit today. Very frustrating experience I cannot get a hold of them through the telephone so I wrote them a letter 10 days ago and I have not heard from them since I may not ever deal with him again unless he straighten this out for me this is not right

Been listing tickets for sale on StubHub for years. Recently after I list tix they do not appear in my listings. Absolutely NO help from StubHub to get rectified. TicketMaster will get my business in the future.
This is an awesome way to buy tix for any kind of event. I highly recommend this app.
I use this app a lot. Never had an issue until now. I was in the middle of a purchase and boom my account access is denied. I can’t access my account or reset the password. I have attempted to reach customer service multiple times and been on hold forever. Still unable to reach anyone about the issue.

I bought tickets for a concert in august and received and email stating they were ready and that I should receive another email very soon. I never received the email with the tickets and I was on hold with customer services for 5 hours and never talked to anyone. It's been 2 months and I've been constantly emailing and trying to call and contact stubhub in many ways and I've had no success. I've still not received any help or refund.

More than once I’ve been ripped off. When you need support? Good luck.
Nobody answers phones. You can wait on hold for hours but you won’t get help.
Email? Nope they don’t do that.
Chat? Nope. Get lost.
Just save your time and file a claim with your credit card company and make them fight these incompetent goofballs on your behalf.
My time is valuable. Never again will I trust stub hub.

I cannot view my tickets anywhere but in the app. When I attempt to view my ‘Ready’ mobile ticket I get an error stating something went wrong, try again later. I’ve called requesting a callback from support but all they do is Point back to generic FAQs that absolutely are not helpful.

New policy of being paid 7-10 days after event is ridiculous. Sold tickets in October, won’t be paid until mid January. When tickets are transferred directly from Ticketmaster, there is no need to wait to make sure tickets are legit. I could understand if they were printed at home!

I won't ever be using Stubhub again. We bought tickets for an event a few days before it was scheduled to take place and were told our tickets were guaranteed to deliver the day before the event. On the day of the event we still hadn't received our tickets so after multiple calls and 2+ hours trying to get through to Stubhub support we finally got in contact with someone.
They told us the seller hadn't sent the tickets to us and they could cancel our order and either give us a 120% refund or find us comparable or better tickets for the same price. The customer service representative on the phone told us that they found us tickets in the same section but a few rows closer and would upgrade us to those tickets at no charge. With our event being a few hours away we decided to take the upgraded seats. When we got to the venue, we found out our original ground level seats had been swapped out to seats in the amphitheater (4th level). We went from some of the best seats in the venue to some of the worst seats in the venue.
When we looked at the tickets we found that our original two tickets that we paid almost $100 each had been swapped out with $45 tickets. We were completely lied to on the phone with our customer service representative. If we knew these were the seats we were getting we would've just opted for the refund. We thought we got a free upgrade for issues on Stubhub's end but ended up with a huge downgrade.
I contacted Stubhub support again and after another 45 min wait to get in contact with someone, they offered us a $25 refund. We were lied to and misled by Stubhub support on the phone but they said since we already accepted "comparable" tickets there was nothing else they could do. I'm extremely disappointed by the customer service we received and won't be using Stubhub again. If Stubhub offers you a refund for an issue on their end, I would suggest taking it rather than risk being lied to by a customer support representative.
It says I have a notification but nothing is there. My ocd kicks in and have that red dot with a 1 and nothing there means something. Better off just going through website.

On mobile, the app is incredibly glitchy and does not even reflect the updated listing. It continuously shows a previous listing. Very difficult to change listing price without deleting everything.

Poor user interface for listings 1/5
I am trying to delete my listing and it is not showing up under my account. However, the listing shows up on the event and gives me no option to delete. How can such a large company have such a poor and glaring error in their platform? A few lines of logic should let me edit the listing on the event if it shows “Your listing”. Complete incompetence by all of the former Big 4 consultants in their Strategy and technology management division. Also. maybe offer an online chat feature for help?
Sellers couldn’t deliver tickets 1/5
Two times in a little over a month, the sellers couldn’t deliver the tickets. Both times, there were tickets in the same section, but I was told that the prices had gone up and they couldn’t replace with the exact same section. They offered replacements which were not comparable at all. One of the replacements they offered actually cost LESS than the tickets I had bought. Really?

I bought watsky/hobo Johnson tickets in 2019 (way before the pandemic) and the date got moved as usual and eventually watsky decided to cancel his concert because he didn’t see a point in the concert if it had to keep getting moved and postponed even longer and he felt bad. So stubhub sent out an email saying “you could click on this link to get 120% credit sent to your account or you can do nothing for this email and don’t click the link to get your money refunded” naturally I wanted the money back, I have a 4 month old who requires a lot so that would’ve been very helpful. I NEVER got it. I went to the websites help center and it said oh well just click on “request refund” if you didn’t want your credit, on the appropriate credit you have, well that wasn’t an option. I tried multiple times, and I wasn’t going to sit on the phone for 4 hours to wait to be told the same thing over and over. So I @ them on Twitter and FINALLY I got help. Or so I thought. They made me jump through so many hoops, only for them to say “this is stressing us out and we have other people to help” BUT I WASNT HELPED?? WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU CAN HELP OTHERS IF YOU CANT HELP ME?? So I kept talking to them, and we ALMOST got somewhere to fix the problem. Then they just stopped talking to me all together.
I will not be using this credit, I DEMAND my money back because I was told I can get it, and I will NEVER use stubhub again.

Sold tickets, delivered tickets but it wasn’t delivered using the “StubHub-sanctioned” delivery method so they cancelled my order and now I’m having to fight tooth and nail with them to get my payout. I’m really hoping they go out of business since their customer service also seems pretty useless 😡

I purchased 2 expensive tickets to a play, only to receive 2 other tickets of lesser value from the seller.
There was no support or ability to revise the order and/or receive a refund - even if partial. No email or chat function. I was on a robot phone call on hold for over 2 hours.
Not sure what the “FanProtect 100% order guarantee” means on their site. They don’t even provide an option to protect and respond to their customers.
Just awful. Beware.

I recently had an issue my tickets I got from StubHub and there was zero way to get in touch with them. You stay on hold for hours and never get through to anyone and there’s no customer support email!!
Many other ways to purchase digital tickets. CAUTION, do your research and use another service because nobody will help you at StubHub if you need it! Company is a disgrace.

Puzzled by the huge number of positive reviews. Poor service for ticket sellers! Overly rigid and cumbersome ticket upload system. Does not allow edits other than price after initial listing. Using recommended price range, or even slightly below, does not result in ticket sale, even for popular (sold out) events. Boo!

Please be aware that once you add your credit card and/or bank info you can NEVER DELETE OR REMOVE it. You CANNOT even delete your own account on the app or website. You used to be able to online chat live with someone but now you must call. I've spent the last two weeks calling on hold for over 3hrs every time. I've called different times of the day and no results. Do not recommend. Wish I had seen other's warnings before trying to sell my items on here.

Horrible customer service, gave me the wrong ticket then after an hour on the phone (standing outside the event) they hung up on me. When I called back their customer service line was closed.
Next day and a two hour wait on hold to even talk to someone. Offering a refund on my purchase but nothing else (parking, gas, etc). I’ve had to spend more than three hours to get back what I spent, but because I got cut off by their phone system again I don’t yet know if I’m going to get that refund. Not the fan guarantee I expected when I chose to buy tickets from them.
A few years ago something similar happened at an NBA playoff game with my son, but back then they had real customer service and gave me a refund within a few minutes, plus a $50 coupon which I used to quickly buy other tickets and go into the game.
I’ve probably bought from Stubhub 25 times over the years, but cannot continue to support a company with a total lack of commitment to customer service.

Read the recent comments and 99% of them are negative. Stubhub is acting like a company does when they are going out of business. No real customer service, no replies on their social media, app is completely laggy, no refunds to customers who are supposed to receive them, if you buy tickets from them, they end up being fake/invalid, and some resell prices are absurd to the point of being illegal (seriously, there is a law limiting how much an event ticket can be resold for on the aftermarket.)
At this point, they are literally just collecting money anyway they can, BEWARE.

Glitches will keep you from getting the seats you want. You’ll think you ordered tickets but for some reason they disappear and you’re at the venue on hold with StubHub for an hour missing half the event. Selling is like playing roulette, sometimes the tickets sell, sometimes they disappear with no trace they where ever listed except your confirmation e-mail. StubHub is nothing but Sketchy sketchy ticket scalpers!
The app is not working like before 1/5
Previously, I used the stubhub app to find cool events that’s happening in my area for the upcoming month. For some reason, starting about two weeks ago, that feature on the stubhub’s home page on the app is on longer working properly. When I put my location (Orange County, ca), it now shows random events in different states. They need to fix this feature ASAP

STUBHUB IS HOLDING MY TICKETS HOSTAGE!! 1/5
Have used them for several yrs, but my latest experience has me questioning their integrity as a business.
I’ve been trying to sell some tickets for several days. A few hours ago, I noticed my listing was moved from Active [listing] to Sale. The problem is the sale status is ‘Cancelled.’ I’m not sure what I could’ve done to lead to such a consequence. Had I not checked the app — which the latest version for iPhone has a serious problem with ‘unintended logouts’ — I wouldn’t have discovered this issue. As of this review, I have yet to receive a notification from StubHub about what happened to my listing, not an email, text, or call — nothing!!
I need to know what’s going on with this situation, and the best option I have to get in touch with anyone at StubHub — call and remain on-hold for ‘who knows how long’.
Also, I continue to be logged out of my account on my iPhone.
’Frustration’ only begins to describe the situation.
