I am no longer able to monitor my home while I am away! The cameras in the house work fine, but the ability to view in the app on the phone is useless. I deleted the app and then re-installed, still nothing. Very annoyed!!

This app is not very user friendly for those of us who use IPhones. Many of the functions do not work well. When u can technical support none of them use IPhones. The app is only good for one thing - viewing the cameras. That’s because you cannot do much more than that.

The picture quality is very poor & semi cloudy, the app is not user friendly!
If we need to view a more defined picture I have to log into my iPad, or my iPhone 7 app to get a true picture!

On my IPhone I have troubles trying to see cameras compared to my mother's Andriod who doesn't have problems. Before the update everything was perfectly fine but after the update I can't see anything please help.

Won’t allow me to see from my phone if I’m not home it don’t do me no good if I can’t see anything
Good overall app, does what it is designed to do, but: you have to reload it every time you want to reopen it form the background and we have had server downtime issues that crop up more frequently than I would like.

Recently installed this for our small business and it helps us a lot by seeing what's going on every time we are away from the store. The picture is so clear!!!
The only negative I can say about is sometime it would just go offline just like that and you have to refresh again to get it back. Hope this would improve soon.

I emailed the help email and no one has gotten back to me. Haven’t been able to use my system in a couple of weeks because it deleted the server and I don’t remember my username or pass since it was so long ago.

The app is pretty straight forward as far as setup and use but there’s a problem when trying to view cameras in landscape mode. The entire app freezes up and you have to close it out and restart it. The fact that it only really works properly in portrait mode is fine if you were using just an iPhone but I have several iPads mounted on my walls in the house and they’re in the landscape position, therefore in my case it’s mostly useless.
Once in awhile it works but mostly it doesn’t. Having the installer come back for the 6th time now. One give this one star. However, I entered 25 random names to accompany this review and it kept saying this name was already being used. I’m pretty sure it was because i gave it one star. Then I tried the same text with three stars and that didn’t work either. The app is set to not accept one-three star reviews... only 4 or more. Very deceptive!!!!

Whatever happened in this last release really broke the app.
* When you review video saved on the DVR, the first thing you see is an error that says “you do not have permission”. I finally realized it has nothing to do with permissions. The default time position is noon which may be in the future if you’re reviewing early morning footage. Even this may not be the true issue (see below).
* The color coding for all/motion/sensor/continuous recording no longer works and there are no colors.
* While trying to troubleshoot the all/motion/sensor/continuous issue, every time I switch this option, I again get the “you do not have permission” error until I slide the time slider in any direction at which point the error goes away.
This app went from really reliable to really bad in one release. Please fix as it makes the DVR nearly useless from remote access via the app.

For the past 3 or 4 months it’s hard getting the cameras to work on our phone. The reception is low it’s always trying to connect and it’s not our phone cause I don’t have a problem with any other site while searching the internet.
The phone app is great but most of the time when get off the app it takes long time to get me back to viewing and I’ve to get out of viewing first may be to recording or scanning then back to viewing again.

When working it’s good. But I always have problems connecting and there is now way to see why it doesn’t connect. Would be great if it had diagnostics to help reconnect to familiar server.
I have to keep pressing the rocket to I highlight it to view each camera.
