    It’s a good app with lots of workouts. There are a few things that bother me that I feel like should be easy fixes. 1. When you’re doing a circuit and one of the exercises has like a 30 second or 1 minute time to it, there’s no alarm that says when the time is up. So I constantly have to keep looking at the app and I keep my phone on my armband. 2. The workouts don’t tell you how long they will go for. So when you choose a program, it doesn’t say that this program is 3 weeks or 4 months or anything like that. I’m in the post-partum program right now and I have no idea how many weeks or months I’m supposed to be in it. 3. When you’re in a circuit, I don’t know how many times over you’re supposed to be doing the whole thing. Sometimes, I won’t even finish the circuit on the 2nd lap and it’ll tell me that I completed the circuit. So am I supposed to do it in a timely manner or 3 or 4 times over?

    Don’t make the same mistake I did. I paid $90 for 6 months. Then a week after I did, they released an offer of $1 for 3 months FULL SUBSCRIPTION but NOT eligible for already paying customers. Makes you feel like a fool to pay $90 for 6 months (or $53 for 3 months) when you can get this app for $1 for 3 months!!! I reached out to them and asked that the least they can do is let current subscribers have the chance to extend subscription for 3 months for $1. But no. They just offered me 30% off their physical products from their store which I am not interested in. I asked again or just give me refund. But they said since I paid with Apple they can’t help me. And Apple won’t refund or help either. Review their refund policy before purchasing. So please please think twice before purchasing this app. Look for offers. Email them. Don’t fall for the same trap I did stuck with $90 bill when I could’ve just slacked and waited for 1 more week and voila! I would have been eligible for this silly offer of $1 for 3 months for non paying customers. Update: Apple, thankfully, approved my refund!

    I would give it 5 stars because I think it’s a great program, but the time it requires (mainly for meal prep) is a little unreasonable for the average person. If they could come up with recipes that are quicker (and cheaper) that would earn them the fifth star in my opinion.

    I’ve been using this app for 2 days and I can already see the different in my enthusiasm for working out. I love that it’s interactive and keeps you in check. I’m on of those people that loves to be organized and check things off my list so it’s so helpful that I can see everything I need to do in the app and check things off and see everything laid out before I even do it!

    The most functional workout app I have ever used, with SO many different kinds of workouts! It guides you each step of the way, even giving you food plans with the workouts. Only con is that sometimes it glitches and you can’t see the movements you are supposed to be doing, just the names- this is pretty rare though. Overall a great app if you won’t a trainer, but don’t have the money to spend on individual sessions

    As a beginner, I found these workouts extremely discouraging. I really wish there was an option for people that are genuinely new to working out and need a little more time to work up to these intense workouts. Every time I’ve tried the app I end up not sticking to it because of the level of difficulty. Beginner option would really be appreciated!

    Love it! Just wish that they had a beep/siren when you finish each exercise in a set or when the time is up. For example, when I’m running sprints - it would be nice to have the sound signal when my 30 seconds is done so I can immediately go into the 30 second test without having to constantly look down at my phone. Overall good app!

    I’ve managed a gym, I’ve been a trainer, I thought I had it down. But this app have SO MUCH variety for whatever type of work out you are feeling that day. If you like structure: stick to a program and it really helps you keep track of your progress and motivate you. If you like variety and get bored easy: you can bounce between yoga, powerlifting style training, HIIT training for days with less time, full body workouts and specific area driven workouts! The coaching in each session makes it timely and easy to follow with explanations on each exercise, and a good playlist to follow. You can track your water intake and your food map is planned out for you! The ONLY change I would make is that you can track what you actually eat vs the meal plan set out for your program. The community and trainers are amazing on social media to keep you motivated, encourage you on your good days, yet convince you to go in and try your best on your bad days! The congratulations with confetti at the end really are satisfying! And when you’re sore, there are recovery days and stretches they guide you through to help out! Thank you Kayla, from your first book guide years ago to the app you and Tobi made,I feel inspired and flexible in my fitness routine.

    I love this app and these programs! The only reason that I got it a 4 out of 5 stars is because I believe the beginner workouts are still a bit advanced. A lot of people I spoke with who are starting out need modifications to the exercises that are not a available and they feel sick or sore even days after the workouts. This to me may indicate the possibility of overtraining in the future for very beginners who are just starting out. However, that’s not saying that is the case for everyone and if those very beginners understand to go at their own pace, they should be great.

    I’m overweight and have been since having kids and want to lose well over 60lb...I’ve been on this journey with this app 4 weeks tomorrow. I’m so obsessed with it. I actually look forward to the gym and I’m seeing results and I have clearly never had a desire to go to gym hence how I got to the weight of where I am, but finally I decided at age 30 it’s time to get it together and love the skin that I have to live in for the rest of my life. I love Kelsey wells program PWR, she’s pretty awesome and a great inspiration. I’ve already been seeing results..I’m not weighing to see how much I’ve lost Bc I wanted to go off of how I feel etc and honestly....I’m getting a butt. I’ve never had one before, my arms are taking shape and toning and my stomach is flattening out..I’ve got a long way for that but for the 3 weeks I’ve been doing this, I’m obsessed and look forward to gym and miss it when I’m not there. I’ve never been that girl but I have goals and I’m gonna crush them, don’t hesitate to do this, I’ve followed the app for 2 years but didn’t purchase until September...only thing I can say is I should not have waited so long.
