While I thought the workouts were good, I didn’t care for the functionality of the app during my workout. I also did not like that the app would not sync with my AppleWatch. I kept having stop what I was doing to click stuff on my phone rather than it being focused entirely on my workout. I would be more willing to put up with these issues if it cost less than $19.99/month.

Had been meaning to try this app for a while. I’m blown away by the metabolic structure of the workouts and how simple Sweat has made them to follow (with Giphies of Kayla, Kelsey, etc. doing the moves as you do so you don’t even have to think twice about it). Love the food suggestions and workout Planner, too (although mine was a little buggy and I didn’t really get any app support 😂😂). Overall totally worth it—haven’t been this sore in years, and I pretty much do every workout under the sun! Only other funny was offering a week free for new members, but the friends they refer get a whole MONTH free—jealous! Still love the app, would give 10 stars if I could 🙌🏼🙏🏼💪🏼

This app is the best! I was nervous to subscribe because I’d read so some negative reviews, but I’ve not experienced this at all. I love that there are so many programs to choose from, and I don’t even need a stopwatch because everything is timed within the app. Not to mention the recipes which includes a weekly shopping list (which I have yet to take advantage of). 5 stars!

I just want to say as someone who has worked out her entire life.... I’ve never seen better results than what I have with 12 week challenge!!! Abs in 12 weeks... literally cannot beat that. Thank you Keyla Itsines!! I have so much more confidence now and I love that I’m able to choose to different programs based on the kinds of results I want!! 5 stars for that!! But I gave 3 stars because...
Now... the cons:
-The app has SO MANY bugs omg!!! Frozen videos or restarting timers or timers ending too quickly! Sometimes randomly!! Sometimes crashing when...
-Getting phone calls/text will totally ruin your workout because it will crash! The whole AMRAP or Citcuit will freeze or restart or end.. why 😭
-Idk why the app doesn’t pair with my Apple Watch Series 1.... boo so sad others get to enjoy that privilege :(
-Food meal plan is too fancy! I made my own simple juices, shakes, fish and veggies and meat and veggies... but I understand the flavor a variability given by program :) I just don’t wanna buy cilantro or some root every day so it won’t go bad during the week.
-Workout alternates... sometimes equipment is not available in our gym like sled push or ropes... but you should be able to click for an alternate exercise without googling. Just an idea :)
I am not sure I want to renew for $20 a month when the app keeps crashing and when I don’t have variability or options for equipment I’m not exposed to :(

I’ve never been a workout person. I downloaded the Sweat app after seeing really awesome before and after results from a few different bloggers. The biggest pro is that it is only 28 minutes (and broken into 7 minute sections). The alternating days are low intensity activities of your choosing. It’s flexible enough for anyone. At $19.99 a month, it costs way less than a gym membership, doesn’t require any equipment really, and can be done at home. If you’re serious about getting in shape, try Sweat. It’s hard, but it’s only 28 minutes.

I love this program! It has made life as a mom and staying healthy possible by giving me a program I can follow without even thinking that meets all of my needs physically! It’s super easy you can travel with me all I need is my phone or an Apple Watch. It’s very reasonable compared to a gym/personal trainer cost. I’m so glad I found this app/program.

Kicks me out mid-workout 3/5
I love the workouts so much. It’s very easy to use and allows you to choose from multiple different workouts from the various trainers. However, every time I have used this app it has either automatically completed my set or entire workout before I’ve actually finished it. It’s so frustrating and takes time out of my workout to restart it and get back to where I was. If this issue continues I will be canceling this app.

Love that I can do a “home” workout anywhere as long as I have my phone. I also love that the workouts are never exactly the same so I stay interested. The app works well and I haven’t had any issues with its performance. It’s a winner!!

Love that I can easily learn the right way to work out and put myself on a schedule that keeps me interested. I feel and see results in one week. It’s no miracle app but with dedication and utilization of all the tools they offer, you can get to your goals faster. Also love the music and menu suggestions.

I was hesitant to try Sweat but it’s worth it. I started with the 7-day free trial and then paid for 1 month. I’m currently in week 3 of the BBG program and I feel great. I’m stronger than I have ever been and I’m so impressed with the app. It helps keep me motivated and engaged with working out. And I’m someone with non-symptomatic asthma who used to get winded going up a flight of stairs. I’m seeing results and feeling stronger everyday. I highly recommend this app to anyone who needs that extra push to kick start their fitness journey.

I’ve been using Kayla Itsines’ BBG programs for years now but have had the app for a few months now, it’s so great for somebody with a busy work schedule and moms (like me)! It’s so simple to use!
The only thing you have to do outside the app is to make a commitment to yourself! Everything else is there, your warm-up, workout, cool-down and then extra workouts/recovery sessions to choose from each week whether you want something different from your current program, quick workouts and targeted workouts (glute, core, etc.). It even times everything for you (game changer!) Not to mention the challenges for extra motivation. Love this app!

This program is so easy to follow and 28 minute workouts make it realistic for this new mom to get it done! AND! A year long subscription for one monthly price of most class style, instructor lead gyms.
I completed BBG prior to getting pregnant and never felt stronger and leaner. Then after pregnancy I completed PWR post pregnancy and got back into pre-pregnancy clothes and weight. Now I’m completing another round of BBG! I love that I can mix in this program with others since it’s only 3 days a week!
If you’re on the fence to get this app or not, I promise if you put in the work and eat the right foods to fuel your body you won’t be disappointed with the results!

I love this app! I tried Kayla’s workouts but I felt like a got too bulky... The yoga on the app, however, is great! it’s not to long which makes it easily doable for me during the week, when I’m SUPER busy! I also feel so much better after doing the workout in body and mind. It just goes to show you don’t need to spend an hour and a half doing a yoga practice to get good results. Highly recommend!

Overall I love the app! I’m a picky eater so I will say the food plan doesn’t work for me, but I like seeing the ideas.
I took off one star for two reasons. The first, during the cool down portion, I believe it should count down a couple seconds to get into move because I’m always a little late to the next switch. Especially the first of a R/L series. I feel like one side is getting more! I also wish that the cool down mode chimed after each stretch because sometimes I don’t know when time is out.
The second reason is that I feel even the beginner is too advanced for a true beginner. I’m a skinny girl, but not fit or toned. I had a lot of difficulty with the beginner week 1 and was so sore I could barely walk for four days. My sister in law did it with me and had the same problem. Ex) two sets of 10 pushups was difficult for a beginner who hasn’t done any.
Otherwise, I like the app a lot! I would also suggest a way to filter by equipment. For example, I don’t own a medicine ball.

This is gives you everything you need for a well rounded workout. It tells you exactly what to do, there’s no thinking involved. Incorporate the meal plans and community aspect and see the transformation you’ve been waiting for!

This app can access your credit card information through Apple, whether you want the monthly subscription or not. I used the free trial(was not concerned as it did not require credit card info) and it had little to offer so I forgot about the app. 2 months later, I realized I had been charged $40 for this app which I had not touched.
