I’ve been trying to find something to keep me motivated and produce results. Before I found the sweat app, I tried making my own routine but plateaued and began to lose motivation and lose all the progress I had made. The sweat app has kept me motivated, encouraged me to challenge myself, and the results have been amazing! I’m only 1/3 of the way through but I can see and feel the changes already! I also enjoy the fact that they show you how to do the exercises and explain how to do them! They also provide a weekly menu to help with controlling your diet. I am a little of a picky eater so I don’t do some of the recipes but, instead, I modify them and still very much enjoy them! I will recommend this app to anyone who is looking for help losing weight and getting stronger!

- helps you utilize all the equipment at the gym.
- allows you to stream music at the same time
- easy to follow instructional videos
- prescriptive, but also enough flexibility
- somewhat confusing how to navigate the planner and optional workouts
- does not allow for going out of order in a workout. For example, if I want to skip a pyramid because that particular equipment is not currently available, I can’t go back to that set later in the workout.
- recipes are not very practical

Great app that gives you a lot of direction and keeps me motivated each week. I know I will be pushed and stepping up my workouts each week perfect for at home workouts. I do have gym equipment but if I didn’t I could still do a lot of these workouts

This app is amazing! I first started consistently working out 3 years ago with Kayla’s BBG program. Since quarantine started in mid-March I have been doing Kelsey Wells’ PWR at Home and I am loving the routine these workouts have given me. Not only have I seen physical results but also noticed how much stronger I am! I recommend both of these programs to anyone looking to make a positive change in their lives!

I had the BBG PDF years ago. I would always get about half way and then my workouts would taper off. When I first got this app, I did the same thing. But Kayla and team seem to have worked tirelessly to make this app perfect for everyone at every level. I started at the beginner and pre-BBG workouts, and now I’m further into the harder workouts than I have ever been—consistently working out and loving the results. The yearly cost is 3 months of paying for a gym and I love getting to workout from the comfort of my home.

When i started this program I wasn’t sure if I was going to love it and it felt a little easy, especially now that we are WFH. Once you get into it and go through a couple days it really does kick your butt!!! My friends and I are loving it and starting to see the difference in strength, body toning and endurance!

I’ve been using this app for 18 months now and love it. I’ve done many of the programs and they’re all so different yet really good. I don’t get tired of it. I also just discovered the yoga flows and they’re so so so good. My new favorite workout. I’d recommend this app to everyone trying to stay fit, it’s good for all levels.
The SWEAT app is life. It lays out your day to day workout as well as clean option meals. Amazing one of a kin, highly recommended app.

I’ve been a huge fan of Kayla from the BBG days on PDF. But it took me a while to finally download this app + try a workout. I’ve been loving PWR. I love that you can do the workouts at your own pace. I am always sore and I don’t even have a huge variety of weights. Definitely download!

Downloading this app has absolutely changed my life. Fitness wise - there is something for everyone! If you like cardio, weights, yoga, whatever then there is a trainer for you. The customer support team is amazing! Responsive, helpful (like I can ask them questions about my form or substitutes and they respond!). The trainers are great at providing educational and supportive information. At home and gym programs. The community of women who do these programs are the most supportive ladies anywhere. If you want to get more active and improve your health by moving your body, download this app! You can get a free trial for a week and poke around to get to know all the trainers. Ability to get a taste of one program while doing another. Hiit function stays lit the entire time, workouts for home, at the gym and all of it is challenging. Love this. I have done BBG, PWR at Home and incorporate BUILD in during the week as well. I’m 8 months post partum now and couldn’t be happier with my results, the community and the ease of following workouts!

I love that I can get a great workout from home! It has been a true lifesaver during this time at home during Covid 19. It keeps me moving and motivated:) I am a full time professor (teaching via Zoom), mother to my kindergartener who is doing remote learning, and wife to a partner that has an intense career. I can always find a way to fit in a 28 min workout during the day. Thankful for this app 😘

I love this app so much! I’ve only used it for about 3 weeks and I already see progress! I started with the beginners level and it’s been so great to get started and not feel like it’s impossible. I feel like a lot of work outs throw you in and it’s too hard and I get frustrated and burnt out. This app has made me feel so comfortable and it’s absolutely something I will stick with over time!

The way this is set up forces you to do the workouts every week. In the three months I’ve used the app I’ve skipped two weeks. After missing those weeks I was ready to never miss one again. Workouts are quick and you know what you’re signing up for. Great for someone who just needs to get started again!

I like the app for the most part and the workouts seem to be geared more toward strength training and I’ve tried a variety of the programs. I do wish that they had more cardio type workouts like Pilates, HIIT, etc.

Overall I’ve enjoyed the Sweat app. There are several programs to choose from, which is good because I get bored easily. And while I have yet to take advantage of it, I like that it offers a daily meal plan as well. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there are some functions I’d like to see added, such as the ability to see the following weeks’ workouts before they’re loaded on Mondays (without having to manually change the week I’m on) and the ability to remove rest breaks on things like the yoga workouts (I personally find the rests between sets of poses unnecessary, so I have to manually swipe through, which is kinda annoying. Additionally, the transitions between some poses are too long). Otherwise I like what Sweat has to offer.
