Needs more gift cards! 2/5

I think the app is a good idea, but not everyone just wants a discount on products, I personally would like to buy more gift cards like gas cards or general visa gift cards. They normally only have two gift cards that are about 5 dollars and always out of stock. I’m pretty disappointed in the app for not providing more things like that.

So yes I may be a kid but, that doesn’t mean I can’t use the app. My friends love this app and totally abuse it but… that’s because they have apple IDs set to fake Ages it makes me mad but I’m not gonna hate on it because it seems cool. But if @Sweatcoin sees this could you try fixing this in a new update? And it says 4+ years of age please fix this.

I have tons of coins and can’t use them. I first signed up years ago and there were plenty of rewards you could save up your coins for. Now you have the option of using your coins on discounted products you still have to use actual cash on. I feel like half of these discounts you can find for free on the web. Gift cards are available if you get up at 5am and want to compete with bots for a $5 card. It’s incredibly disappointing.

At first I was really excited to try Sweatcoin. Who wouldn’t want to get paid for doing what most human beings do on a daily basis? However, after months of using it I’ve realized it’s borderline a scam. I’ve checked the shop every single day the moment it’s supposed to update and it’s a literal impossibility to buy anything. So sure, you’re earning money for when you walk. However, it’s a currency that’s impossible to spend. Months ago I sent in constructive feedback before writing this 1 star review. I was really hoping they’d make it possible to acquire something from the shop.

V4VC happidemics add is obnoxious. Not “closing” even when their add shows that option, return to “completion is requires to receive your reward” shows after you click on the “close” option after funished the survey.

It doesn’t give you credit for your steps. If I walk 3k steps I expect to earn almost 3 sweatcoins, but end up with less than 1. I tried out premium and my sweatcoins were only doubled for the first 2k steps. Everything in the marketplace is just using your coins for a promo code discount on many things you could already get the same discount for by googling for a promo code. Like 5 sweatcoins for a 7 day trial of paramount+ which you can already get for free. The actual gift cards you can purchase are ALWAYS sold out. I don’t think it’s even a legit offer. It’s not worth it to think you can actually convert your steps into something tangible.

Paying for things that are free elsewhere? I was at the point where I had 2000 coins, but the rewards are either fake or bought up by bots immediately. The shop items are so hard to get that there is no reward for having accrued a lot of steps. Very unfortunate with such a good concept.

Sweatcoin is a pretty good app. Every 1,000 steps give you a Sweatcoin, which can be redeemed in the shop, although the only good offers are the daily ones, which sell out very quickly.
There is a daily boost, which doubles the Sweatcoins you earn for 20 minutes. I use this feature almost daily, and it worked fine until about four days ago. I started my daily boost, and when it was nearly over, I checked my steps. About 1,200. Once it was over, I reopened the app and it began processing the daily boost.
After a little while, it finished. 0.33 sweatcoins. It should have been about 2.4. I thought it was just a glitch, but it happened the day after. Then it happened again, and again, and again today, March 21, 2023.
PLEASE, FIX THIS and I will change the review to five stars.

I always start challenges at the beginning of the month. I walk a lot at work so 250,000 steps is no problem.. I’ve walked at LEAST 200,000 steps already and it says I’ve walked 68,000. Everything is turned on and I even have screenshots of them counting all my steps but not putting them towards challenges.. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response.. uninstalling the app today!

Most of the rewards you still have to pay $7 minimum shipping and it’s not even 100% discount. A lot of the rewards are sponsor codes you can get from any influencer without using your sweatcoins. They are scammers just gaining money from you watching millions of ads. Gift cards are always sold out no matter how many times you check a day. ZERO STARS

I downloaded the app twice the first one I lost all of my coins I had like over $3000 Sweat coins now I’m back up to $1000 but every time I try for a gift card it says that they are sold out… real sus if you me. How do we really get gift cards or things we don’t have to pay for ?

This is pretty bad. For years people complain about the app cheating you steps and nothing gets done. The ads take forever to load and 1 out of 4 ads don’t load so you waste your time trying it again and again. The useless stuff you can buy are just that…useless. The things that are ok to buy sell out before you even see them. Don’t download the app. Don’t waste your time.

Don’t waste your time unless you enjoy being spammed by TONS of Ads. The payout for walking isn’t worth the amount of time wasted in spam pop ups on the ad or emails after signing up. I’ve tried it several times over many years. It never gets better.

I like the idea of getting paid to walk, but not being able to redeem rewards for it is frustrating. Everyday I go to the shop section and all of the gift cards are almost always immediately sold out. Please make them more available and give us notifications when you do restock on them. And do something about bots cause there the whole reason the gift cards are sold out in the first place.

First, it shorts you steps. Then, there is literally nothing worth using the credits on available. If you do happen to find something to spend your counts on, it is either out of stock or the shipping is ridiculous. In my opinion, this app isn’t worth the trouble.

First of all this app is not free now if you want actual prizes so they give out small prizes but they’re always sold out you can check it around the clock it’s always sold out,That’s his leaves the big prize which is an bid scale system with there coins I’ve been doing this app for 20 months with the premium service trying to compete with these bids what was 30k is now 45-50k in coins now to win I’ve got 26k but get this I’m walking 30+miles a day according to my Apple Watch I’ve maxed out my coins 5 out of 7 days a week and I can’t still get enough in fact according to my math I’m going backwards even though I’m the top 1% Walker in the country so I’m disappointed and I feel cheated ether people are cheating some how or the app is cheating me so be warned

I got sweat coin because I walk a lot at my job ( 4-8 miles ) daily
Every time is the good stuff sold out , like Amazon gift cards etc…
Only the stupid stuff is to buy , like one month free then you have to pay stuff
Doesn’t matter how many times you look to buy stuff , sold out
I have now almost 400 sweat coins and don’t want buy any of this stupid stuff

I purchased the premium version to take advantage of “more perks”. I have yet to be able to claim any sort of gift card. I have well over 2000 coins. And they are useless. I tried to do the survey and it says “page not found”. They offer 30 gift cards for a platform serving hundreds of thousands of people. The chances of ever getting one is slim to none. There is no customer service or contact option because they are “busy”.

I expected this app to be similar to apps such as Fetch Rewards, Upside, or Inbox Dollars where you can receive money, or at least gift cards. This is not the case. Their offers mostly consist of small discounts on physical items, or free trials to other service. They also do not have a large variety of these offers at any given time. I do NOT recommend.

The app functions fine but the rewards are just ads for free trials of other apps you would get regardless of using Sweatcoin or not. There are like 30 gift cards a day that get redeemed instantly so they’re not possible to get for an average user. Add more prizes!

I really believe there is something shady going on, with this premium service. I don’t know if it’s not accounts buying up the premium exclusives or not. I purposely joined premium in order to buy the premium offers. I have set alarms, and literally checked the app around the clock, including 12:01am in order to catch a premium deal, and it is ALWAYS sold out. There is no way that after having this app for nearly 2 months, that around the clock, not 1 premium exclusive is available for 1 minute at any time on the CLOCK. I highly advise anyone thinking about subscribing to premium for the benefits of building non-expiring sweat coins in order to buy exclusives, don’t bother wasting your money. I’m canceling this subscription before the next renewal date.

If I could give this app a 0/5 I would. I used it years ago when it first came out, and never seen the point due to never having anything on the marketplace to actually buy. Which was the whole point in me getting the app. I thought I’d be getting either actual money from my steps, or I could use the sweatcoins as actually money on actual sites. But that is not the case. Within the last year or so a coworker had recommended it to me so I thought maybe they had gotten better and would be worth it, I downloaded it the same day and completed forgot I even had it until recently. I’ve accumulated just over $400/sweatcoins but have nothing to use them on. This app is just useless storage on your phone.

I walked 270,000 steps in feb and it’s claiming I didn’t meet the 250,000 step challenge. According to heathview I walked 117,000 this month so far and Sweatcoin says I walked like 45,000 steps. Not accurate at all. I would not pay money for this app. The incentives are junk unless you meet the challenges (which you won’t meet because they are not accurate) and the digital offers and physical offers you can mostly find for free online anyway. I should also include that I turned background app refresh off and on again with no results. I do most of my walking at home doing chores going up and down the stairs. I don’t always walk vast distances outdoors. A lot of my waking is back and forth within my house. I am running iOS 16 if that is relevant to anyone. Another update: I tried doing an active 4 mile walk to see what would happen in the app, it registered about 4000 steps when I walked about 8700 active steps. Wacked out
