Since Comcast sent out a new update this app has become worthless. I can’t watch any show on here now. Guess I’ll have to wait 6 more months till I get back home.

Every time I launch the app, even if it's twice in one day, it has logged me out, despite linking it to my tv provider.

Latest update needs iOS 10 or later to work. Asks if I want to download older version of app so I do. When I open it, says it needs to be updated. Circle of doom. Can't use it. So sad. Zero stars.
The app will not allow you to start back watching something after you have stopped in the middle

New to the app to watch my favorite show. The glitches noted by the others when you pause or try to rewind continues. My experience is that it just froze. Not sure what to do but give up watching the episode.

Won’t even stream anything. Sits on a black screen for a few moments then comes up with an error. Tried to watch on the website but it sends me back to the app to even watch anything.

Just newly downloaded the app only to have failures for every step of the way. Poor tech for a Syfy app - how ironic!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Never able to get anything to load properly. Not impressed! Losing a fan of the network if this keeps up!

Im not going to argue. Just want to know where Harry Potter is? I’m a bit furious and sad. It’s a great app but it just completely let me down when you took Harry Potter off. Please it will make many people happy if u put it back.

The app updated now I can’t watch Krypton at all keeps saying video error try again later been over a week same BS. All other content plays but Krypton the only show I watch on the app. Completely useless. Even deleted and authentication of app doesn’t solve issue last update broke the app on Apple TV 4th gen
Froze up for a bit, overall quality is good.
Where do I start? First, no rewind. Second, when I hit pause, it usually does nothing. If it does, it’s paused for good. I run the app on an iPad Pro and send the shows to my Apple TV.
Casting works even worse Horrible! 2/5
The app works fine. However, casting is stops working after the first commercial break. When the first commercial plays the video and audio stop syncing up. So what you will have is the commercial playing but you will hear the movie audio when it comes back from commercial break. And the after the 2nd or 3rd commercial break the app crashes. I dont have this problem with any other app so I know it’s just this app which is already updated. They wrote that they updated the performance but the performance is worse.

Love the shows, but the app is disappointing. Lots of bugs. Not intuitive. Error messages for no good reason. NBC May be out over their skies with this one.

Keeps asking me to login, which I had with my provider... xfinity. Now I need some NBC login, which it wont accept. Can’t access tech support. Fix this please!

Okay. I love the SyFy Channel. That's why I downloaded this app. HOWEVER, should you pause it and take a text or perform some other task, the app will not start again. So, I had to close the app, open it, and resume the show. BUT, the app rarely remembers where you paused it.
AGAIN...this video player is pretty bad. It doesn't remember wheee you paused. It consistently upcuts, and it just plain won't play.
MOREOVER, the cues for commercials often upcut the show. It'll take an ad (lame), then return to the last second or two, which often cuts a sentence in half.
This player is average: it's slow to load, doesn't like skipping ahead, and drops that second during breaks.

Love that there’s an app, but glitchy 3/5
I love SYFY shows so I’m incredibly happy there’s an app, but if you try to pause or rewind, you’re done. The commercials don’t come on when a typical commercial break would start. I’m talking like someone is in the middle of a sentence and boom, random commercial. Sometimes I really do just give up on whatever show I’m watching for a few hours because it will start in a random location of the show.
Will I still use it? yup.
Is it a bit of a pain? Yup.

I love the app but it crashes in between episodes, it states it has encountered an error..I just did the latest update but still having issues.
Way too many commercials. Always the same commercials. They come every two minutes it feels like it’s ridiculous

I see that the app has received a overhaul but still no Orion to expand the picture or “zoom” to fill the screen of ALLL new model phones now that have infinity screens . Every other app has it . It seriously over 2 years past due and it is all cell phone companies going to the indignity screen so why have the bumpers on each end ? I would rather watch online for free then pay to have this on my cable bill only to have to watch it with bumpers on each side . Literally like the 10th review I’ve left about this issue !

It worked fine for a long tome now it won’t let me sign in with my Direct-TV Now credentials AND it says not in my package?????? Hmmm, this cord cutting is starting to piss me off. I think we’ll go back to music and talk radio (go Leo LaPorte:)

They did some big redesign to the app, and now I can’t sign in with my TV provider. It wants me to do all this nonsense like going to a website on my phone to enter a code and the code doesn’t even show up! Like what exactly is Apple’s TV provider section for if these apps still want me to go through websites to sign in to their app... just plain dumb!

Love the shows but the app is awful. Keeps telling me my subscription doesn’t include this channel until you religion three times. Episodes are not intuitively organized - requires lots of clicks to get to an episode. Doesn’t remember which episodes you’ve watched. The list goes on and on.
When i first got this app i was so happy to watch my shows and movies now that y’all updated with nbc i don’t have access to my shows and I’m ready to delete this app now.

Useless. Current iOS. Iphone 6s+. Will not allow me to select tv provider off list. More to the point, it deleted my existing tv provider information and ignored the tv provider information stored in iOS settings.
