So I downloaded this for the joining waitlist feature. Sounded fantastic! Our Texas Roadhouse is constantly packed and with ours having a 2 hour wait last Friday, we decided to try back today (the following Friday). We sat and had a glass of wine at a favorite spot and I put us on the waitlist. It said an hour and to come check in at 6:30. We rolled up and checked in at 6:25. I was not told that there was a waitlist once you got here. It is 7 o’clock and there are still 6 people ahead of us in line. What’s the point in even having a waitlist function if you’ve gotta wait 35+ minutes once you get here?! Stupid.

About three weeks ago when joining wait list I stopped getting the text to notify the store where I arrived. Yesterday I tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Now it doesn’t recognize my password. I request a reset and I get an email that takes me to a link that doesn’t allow me to reset password. I go online on pc and get the correct screen but while populated with my information it doesn’t recognize my old password so I can change it. HELP Please.

We had the pleasure of having a young lady named Kaitlin as our server today at the Texas roadhouse in Cartersville.She had an amazing personality! She made sure our needs are met. The order was correct and the food was absolutely delicious! We also met a manager named Jeff who was very friendly and made sure our needs were met. Kaitlin and Geoff both are keepers! we will definitely be back to this Texas Roadhouse, and will refer them to our family and friends.

Anytime I use the app to do anything it always fails. If I do call ahead seating from the app it does not go through. if I put an order in through the app it tells me it went through but it doesn’t go through.It has never worked for me ever.

The steaks and chicken fried steaks are good but the herb crusted chicken with caramelized lemon is “chefs kiss” perfection. The portions are good and the price is affordable! This is my go to fave.

Placed an order for prime rib to go: not available; ribeye: not available. Had to order NY strip which is not my favorite meat cut. Was it because it was a to go order and they only wanted to do “eat in” or did they really ran out of meat on a Sunday afternoon?

After using the app successfully numerous times, I had the misfortune of having it send my order to a completely different state. I was charged for the order and did not realize what happened until waiting to pick up my order at our local Texas Roadhouse. The restaurant actually helped figure out the issue. I had to place a new order and pay again as the refund needed to come from the restaurant that received the order and payment. I called the other restaurant to cancel the order, but no one there knew how to refund my money. They told me to expect a call from the one person who knew how to do this the next day. I waited and called again during the hours they said the person would be there with no luck. I have called repeatedly and have been told I would get a call back, but I still haven’t heard from them or received a refund. I want my money back. This is ridiculous. I would appreciate someone contacting me about this issue.

Ordering by app or by internet is not usually an issue. It’s what you end up with. I ask for no bread and receive it anyway. My last order of chicken fried sirloin was so overcooked it was like shoe leather. Hopefully today’s order will be as great as the first time I ordered. Fingers Crossed 🤞🏼

This restaurant just opened in Manassas VA and the to go staff is very rude and their attitude is horrible. In fact, the staff spent more time laughing and playing around and not addressing the customer concerns. My orders were wrong and missing several items.

Not a specific gripe about the app, but about the policy of some local franchises in Northeastern Florida. None of the restaurants allow the use of a delivery service, which doesn’t make sense, when to go orders are available. I was told it was the philosophy of the brand. I’m not sure if I was lied to by my local restaurant franchise owner or if really is a company wide philosophy, but not allowing delivery cuts down on tons of business and in inconvenient. I know I would definitely order more if delivery was available, so I wouldn’t have to leave my party and/or family to wait in a parking lot.

I keep getting an error validating my basket but doesn’t ever get fixed. The app is up to date, I’ve closed it, reopened it, redownload it, and you guys send us to the contact the company but there isn’t an option in the drop down descriptions for this issue. This is all around terrible support and the app doesn’t even work. Trash.
