    We love the food at The Habit so for a family gathering I placed a customized order for 10 people using the Postmates app. I placed the order well in advance during the day and indicated the time I would like it delivered. I used a credit card to pay for the order. 30 minutes before the food was to arrive I received a text from Postmates saying The Habit had canceled the order. I called the Habit and was told that I should have ordered directly through their App for delivery service.

    Placed two separate orders and didn’t receive any of my condiments requested and paid for. Order was ready before requested time and still didn’t manage to get my to go orders correct! SMH!!!

    Why can’t u keep the credit card on file. Will be much easier. If u don’t purchase anything within a week, the app makes you enter the credit card again. Too much time spending.

    ENOUGH with the ridiculous “tip” options that every restaurant has now! PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES! Charge what you need to charge and pay your employees. Stop trying to avoid taxes or paying your workers a livable wage. As soon as I saw the tip option I deleted the app. A tip before I have seen the food and before you have performed any service at all? So I just tip based on nothing? For you to make the food (which is what your whole business is) and to put it in a paper bag? What is the tip for? To allow your corporation to not pay your employees?

    Love their burgers and they usually have good deals on their app. They are always pretty busy at the location I go to so pre-ordering it takes longer than just walking in since they gotta help customers physically there in line first but you can only get the good deals via the app.

    This is our 4th visit to the new Habit in town. I will report the following: burgers not hot, buns dry and fries soggy. The ranch was good and the service was ok but the main items were not ok. I don’t want this place to go downhill we are a Habit burger family and are happy we finally have one.

    The Habit burger is great and the app is very efficient. The only issues I have with the app is I can’t ask for the limeades as my option for the drink and there is no way to make a comment to request this. Please update this.

    I love ordering from here, love the crispy and extra crispy options on the fries, and the side choices on everything. The only thing is last tome I ordered cheeseburgers and I got HAMBURGERS! My kids were not happy. Please don’t forget the cheese! 😋

    The Habit app generally works well. Most of the issues seem to occur with ordering from favorites, where is will warn about things like, "No ketchup is not available," or "Napkins are not available." The major issues with the app revolve around the special offers, which consistently do not work, cause errors, and the conditions are never clear. General ordering from the app has rarely ever been a problem though.

    This is the third time in a row i have been given the wrong food in my order. I have been with my young son every time so i do not have the time to look in my bag to see if everything is right. I should not have to check my order to see if everything is in there that i ordered. This is outrageous and i will never spend my money there again.

    App wouldn’t submit my payment with coupon added, was giving me an error. Once I exited and tried to resubmit payment it said I already used this coupon. Removed coupon and it allowed and submitted my order. It was the $6 coupon. Kinda sketchy.

    Mobile order was made wrong. I clearly wrote my order exactly how I wanted it yet they never put my extra grilled onions in my burger and didn’t even put any onions in my burger at all. I had two burger with no grilled onions and no tomato but requested both in each!!!! #RuniedMyMeal #IWantedMyGrilledOnions😩

    I have never been able to redeem an offer on your app. When I order $20 of food I try to redeem a free char burger and it says it won’t work then I go back to see why not and it says I have already redeemed it. This means I cancelled my order and will go to a different restaurant. I’m disgusted as this is the 4th time I have been sent an email and it NEVER NEVER works.

    I opted for curbside the last time I ordered and waited for 15 minutes once I notified them that I was there in a certain spot. I knew there had to be something wrong so I went in and grabbed my food myself….it was sitting on the shelf the whole time. Now I know not to wait too long once it says it’s ready and “we’ll be out shortly”

    First time using the app; the online site is not working properly. Ordering on the app was easy, but onion rings were still not available! When I arrived to pick up my order, I asked the associate if they still were out of onion rings. She said they did have them so I asked to change my order. Both associates were very accommodating and ordered the onion rings for me. It took just a few extra minutes. Next time I will remember to “customize” the burger (no lettuce, no grilled onions). All in all, a situation that went from not exactly a good experience to a pleasant, satisfying one. The food is consistently good!

    I have to say, this is probably the best burger I have had that is from a restaurant. The meat is very flavorful. You get it fresh f on the grill and it isn’t a greasy mess. In-N-Out burger is good but they are a greasy mess because of how they are cooked. Here they are done on a grill so the grease is allowed to burn off. New favorite..!
