    I used this app for 3 months as I started the Keto diet. I love the interface, thought it was very well designed, which is important to me. But I recently became aware of how inaccurate it is compared to other Keto apps that have been recommended to me. Does not scan barcodes accurately, ie.; doesn’t register net carbs, and profile settings are not as precise. And I can’t find a way to edit foods after I’ve created them. It looks great but not the best for the best results.

    I love this app. I started using it a couple of days into the start of my Keto Diet. It is so easy to use. I really needed it because it helped me realize that I was not eating enough fat grams during the day. I love how there are different options for the same types of food on the tracker so the macro count is very accurate. I can’t wait for the computer version to be available as I do think it will be nice to have access to the tracker on my phone AND computer. I highly recommend!!

    I’m fairly new to keto and this app has really helped me to stay on track with my macros. I got tired of adding the ingredients individually for a few everyday items like a particular fat bomb (used recipe calculator off MyFitnessPal) and my own version of bulletproof coffee, so I just created a “my foods” recipe within the app and it makes it so easy. I tried all the free keto apps out there and this is the only one that works for me.

    I love the app so far! There are many great recipes that you can use and easily add to your daily tracker. It has everything you need at no cost, which is amazing. Most apps that I have tried require you to pay to track future meals. On this app you can track as far out as you would like, which is great for meal planners. I did change my macros from what was recommended from the app. I calculated my macros at and changed my goal based off of those results.

    Although you have recipes and good information on your app, you reroute to additional sites for further information/recipes. This is inconvenient and very deceptive. You make it seem like your site has more to offer than you really do. :( Very Disappointed!!

    It’s easy to use, the recipes are great, and the preloaded foods make tracking easy. The only thing I’d change is add a weight tracker that links to the dates. Perhaps there is one, I just haven’t found it yet. Thanks!
