You really should have your app developers improve this app by having an option on the front page to click” I’m at the store” on the very front page when you pick up an order. It is currently buried and not user friendly. I thought I would send you this common sense tip that I think your customers would enjoy!

I live in VA but for some reason this app always defaults ‘My Store’ to Arden Sacramento, CA. Have to manually change every time, which is annoying.

Can’t enter a payment method 2/5
When I try to enter my card in the app, I get the error “There was a problem with your payment method, please correct and try again.” I’ve entered it multiple times and always get the same. The card works just fine when I purchase from the website. The address etc associated is entered the same in app as on the website. Not being able to pay really curtails the usefulness of this app.

I have used the website many times before, ordering and using my cc. The app keeps asking me for a new payment method and rejects my cc number because my cc already exists. Can't seem to get around that error. So back to ordering on your website.

I have an order that doesn’t go Out for over 12 hours from now and can’t figure out how to add to it so it’s one star bc I don’t want to pay an additional delivery fee to add one bottle of wine to an order that hasn’t even been packed yet.

Do NOT order gifts through the app 2/5
I have used the app flawlessly for home delivery. Their inventory lookup speed seems to be slow at times and can be a bit frustrating when placing large orders.
However, a lesson I learned the hard way, do not order gifts for others through this app. I ordered an expensive holiday bottle for a friend. I checked the gift box in the app, put their name in there along with a note, updated the address and thought I was good to go....not so much. At 4AM my time (in another time zone) I started receiving multiple calls and texts (unbeknownst to me) that my bottle couldn’t be delivered. Apparently the app, automatically put the senders name as who to deliver to, even though it is notated as a gift under their system and the recipients name is added. So, unless you want to receive a non-refundable delivery fee, do NOT order gifts through the app.

There are several stores close to me so having the ability to search all stores within a given mileage would really improve this app. I currently have to chooses a different location each time and search for products, not very user friendly.

I came in looking for Crown Royal Salted Caramel. I asked a young man that worked there where I could find it. He said they were out and not sure when they would get any. He directed me to Ellington Reserve Salted Caramel. I tried it when I got home and it’s delicious! Then Earl at the counter when I checked out was a delight. Such a nice experience. Thank you Temecula Total Wine.

iPhone 12 Pro. App barely works. Either entirely unresponsive when you try to open something or super slow. Or it just crashes.
Irritating problem, and a simple fix 3/5

When searching for a product using this app, it will only search 1 location at a time (“my location”). If “my location” doesn’t have the item I’m looking for, I have to go into settings and change my location to a different store, and search for the item again. I have 4 locations in my area, so this search process has to be repeated 4 times. Some may search a product, and when it says “no results found”, they may not realize it’s only unavailable at that particular store and could be available at a location less than 10 minutes away. Consequently, some customers, like myself before I was aware of this, may seek the item at a different retailer thinking it was unavailable at any of your stores. Simple fix would be to make it easier to search and show results for multiple locations in the surrounding area at one time, or at least easily toggle between stores. Your website has a “all stores” option, why doesn’t your app?
