New Update 1/5
Was useful, now I can’t get directions or even get a detailed view of individual subway line schedule. Plus it crashes now.
This app 5/5
It’s the best app for transportation when applying 4 a job Fr fr 😛👌🏾🤗👍🏽👨🏾💻
Z2 were late. It didn’t pass at 3:45, it passed at 4.
It’s okay but needs a lot of problems fixed 2/5
This has been the most dependable bus scheduling app to to rely on in my day to date commute, however the accuracy as of late has been very dangerously off. I’ve missed buses altogether and more recently given “phantom bus arrivals” that leave me at a bus stop waiting for up to an hour more then I should need to for a bus I thought was on schedule. Primarily speaking, I get the majority of my trouble commuting from the posted scheduling of the 240 and 236 in Randolph. Most occasions have me planning against potential inaccuracies (which would not be the case). As of this review, I am currently experiencing this with the 236 that was said to come at 2:02. Instead I have to wait until 3:05 for it in the rain. I stand by what I said when I mentioned that this is my preferred app to use. But I ask you to please fix this problem so riders like me aren’t stuck in a cycle of terrible commuting experiences. Thank you.
It’s just... it needs more work 2/5
I’m in St. Louis and it’s just really really off. The train comes every 15 minutes or so and I would leave when it says I have 10 minutes left but right when I step out of the door the train leaves ??
Super helpful 5/5
I don’t normally write extensive reviews, but as someone with severe anxiety, this app is a literal GODSEND.
Every time I need to be somewhere, I use this app. It gives me real-time updates if a bus is going to be late or if a route has changed/been cancelled It allows me to choose an ideal arrive time or departure time and date, including walking time!
The “GO” feature that gives you not only real-time updates along your route, but tells you to get ready for your stop, two stops prior, and uses the GPS from the bus to give you not only the exact location of your bus, but updates your personal arrival time as well.
It also gives you alternative routes and links you to Lyft & Uber to ensure that you get there on time!
Works great 5/5
By bussin to work
So far I like the app. The only thing I wish it would do is either know I’m already on a bus that way I can turn it on and help others know where the bus is or have a option to do this. Right now if I start the app while on a bus it only tells me when the next bus is arriving
ThankYou So Much 5/5
This was a good opportunity to get to know how to catch the bus to my middle school camp Lillie Mae carols Jackson all girl middle school
Love it! 5/5

Great app... totally gets me where I need to be on time always!
Bugs galore 1/5
This app is literally no help. Every time I turn it on I get some extremely long route that just doesn’t make any sense or it changes the bus times without warning me.
Next time coming not showing, sad 3/5
It’s not as convenient as the old version. Next time showing by just underneath the current waiting time is very helpful for person to organize the speed before going out the home. Now I have to click it and only that bus is showing which also eliminates the possibility to look at other bus time.
Just in time came to my work thanks I arrived in time .. 5/5
Doesn’t have all of LA’s transit options 1/5
Tried to route myself to a store in another city, the LA metro goes to since it is in the county. According to this app, there are no routes available. Why can’t it show a few of the city buses? This app doesn’t work for LA county, Only the city and even then pretty inaccurate.
Best app of any type 5/5
One of the best apps of any type I’ve ever used. Indispensable in many cities.
By Tony Durrell
This is the only app I use when I go to work or out to travel and this app helps me a lot and this is the only app I trust only... never A problem and this app tells me if the train or bus or any transportation is working or not.
Missed train 1/5
Made me miss my train.. can not rely on this app. Waited on the scheduled time, walked towards the train station to find out the train arrived 10 minutes prior. Very disappointed.
Get around Dallas 5/5
By Rickey Boykins
This app helped me learn where to go being a first time Dart rider. It also told me where to get off and how many stops I had to my destination. It even spoke and told me what to do from getting off a bus to getting on a train. Very good app!
New world order 1/5
By jordan"The Best Ever
This app needs improvement on weekend schedule not only that in need to give you the right time is coming. Mbt want to raise the price on the fares when is always dirty they don't turn the ac on after wee ask come on is all a business. F
Good, it needs to show delays 3/5
It’s good design. But it shows according to the schedule which is not accurate. It doesn’t show delays. Google map is way more accurate.
App use to work 1/5
This use to be the app to use. But now it doesn’t give directions anymore therefore I can’t use it anymore. Idk what’s going on there was a message to update and did the update and it’s still not working. Even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still not working. Hope they fix it soon.
This app has gone downhill faster than the A train 1/5
Once upon a subway this app was everything. It showed my location and nearby lines so I could plan out a route. It had r/t features and easy to use. Now, 👎🏼 I get a thousand citibike locations, doesn’t update my location, nor does it show me nearby routes or accurate times. It’s like standing on a platform in the 80’s and you’re hoping a train would show up. I have an Uber app and a Lyft app for when I want one, I don’t need it plastered on a non working transit app. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it a minimum of three times in the last two weeks. You’re only getting one star because I can’t give you any less.
Good Look Doesn’t Make Up For Functional Deficiency 1/5
The map is hard to navigate or zoom because the route list takes half of the screen or more.
The route list is messy. It will sort a bus coming in 2-3 minutes to the nearest station under a bus that’s coming in 15 minutes to a station 500 feet away.
And it’s hard to choose one station, so the list is full of buses running to the direction opposite to where you intend to go — you can’t even tell which way they are running!
By maybe this nickname will work
Very inconsistent! Don’t know if I should be at my stop 30 minutes early or 30 minutes late smh.
I just use google maps half the time 2/5
Transit understands public transit in NYC better than google maps ever could, but rarely gets a chance to capitalize on this. Routes take ages to load, if they do at all, and it crashes almost as often as Pokémon go. If you use any other app for longer than 15 seconds it quietly closes itself in the background.
Easy Trip Planning and Navigation 4/5
Started to use public transportation and the transportation agency in my area (VTA) is partnered with them so they app provided so much real time information such as where the busses and trains are and exactly what they they are arriving. The estimated arrival time is usually off by about 5-10 minutes so be prepared to either arrive early or arrive a little later. Something else that confused me the first time I rode the light rail was that there are 2 stations with the same name, one northbound and one southbound however one was on 2nd Street and the other was on first Street (Downtown San Jose). The app just told me to go to the station and didn't alert me that I was at the wrong station. Other than that, awesome app, a life saver and I couldn't ask for more!
By This Is Really My Nick Name
Crowdsourcing the MBTA system is a brilliant idea! However, if the bus isn’t moving, as on my last trip, the time to arrive stayed at 5 minutes for about 10 minutes. Probably not the app’s fault, but app users should be aware of this possibility.
By To go trash service
The app is good but the NYC MTA SERVICE STILL CRAP , and never on Time pure trash service , I HATE THE NYC MTA SERVICE NEVER ON TIME BUS RUNS LIKE TURTLES 🐢 NYC MTS is pure 💩
Completely Unreliable 1/5
I have been late THREE times in the last week by following the transit times offered on this app. I’ve gone back to utilizing Transit Stop, as it has been much more reliable.
Great App... if it worked 1/5
I love this app. It’s helped me navigate Nashville this summer. BUT it no longer shows routes after this new update! Please fix.
Yall really need to get better with the arrival time and the actual time that the bus will arrive. One minute it will say a time (like 5 minutes) next minute it will say a whole another time (like 36 minutes)....Nxt thing you know, you missed ya bus
Even though I didn’t get the notification on the closing stops.I still arrive to work 10mins early
Transit isn’t working correctly 3/5
I have used this app so many times and now it doesn’t even show me different routes to go to it just say walk bike and lyft. It says no transit options which I know is a lie because I do this everyday to know which bus time to get on, to be at school on time. Right now it’s just stressing me out so I don’t know.
First time in a big city alone. 5/5
Transit has been an essential app in my travels to San Francisco. I decided to go up to the city alone, without my car. I wanted to rely solely on the BART and Muni. Transit made it incredibly easy to understand where and when to get on which bus or train. With all the different ways to get around the Bay Area, Transit consolidated everything into one app.
Not working as of 6/18/19 update 2/5
Since the update today the app meets all travel routes with “No transit routes found”
Las Vegas 1/5
My new favorite way to ride the bus 5/5
I work for the transit agency in this area. They officially promote one bus away. I love one bus away but Transit is just a bit sleeker. The counter on the bus on the map tells me how old the data is. The routing includes walking and biking options and will link up with bikeshare when available. I have shifted almost entirely to using this app for routing. Oh and if you’re a jerk who pays money to ridehailing apps they’ve monetized by showing you those options too.
Better than Uber in major cities 5/5
I travel for work a lot. This app works all over. It is a huge help in any major US city and is a must have in Chicago and NYC. The trains will just get you there quicker than Uber in NY and this app is accurate, easy to use and just awesome. If you are not used to public transport and subways in particular, they can be a bit daunting. This app makes them feel familiar and can get you anywhere.
If there isn't a bus that's coming in 10 min why have it say that and misguide people? It took a hr and 30 min for the bus to get here. Please update the app if the bus is going to be late with the ACTUAL time it's going to be here. #232
I use to have problems with this app about more than a year ago and it has improved a lot. They regularly update and fix issues. I use this almost everyday to find out if there’s delays and how long the next train or bus will be. Also their eta is almost always exact.
The Timing 5/5
By buss guy
This Transit app have the one of most accurate timing from start to end point and knows exactly when you gonna arrive at your destination. It also know when your bus coming, it more accurate when somebody on the bus have the app too. I’ll rely on this app all the time
Constantly Gray 2/5
I’ve been using this app for over 3 yrs now and now it’s not that reliable as much. The arrival times are always grayed out. Either the bus has passed already or not scheduled.
Count up feature 2/5
Interesting how the bus says 3 minutes, then two minutes says 5 minutes. I've never seen this type of estimation before, so novel!
I will say I like it better than last week's update where all the times were grayed out.
This is one of my 3 Commuter Apps. 5/5
I have three apps pm my phone as an NYC straphanger. What I like about this transit app is that they make suggestions on what section of the train you should ride in to be closest to your destination when you arrive. Another helpful tip is the street image. This is really helpful when you are traveling to an area that you are unfamiliar with.
Great App 5/5
By black priceline
Very helpful and fast - getting our transit information.
Don’t Rely on This in Chicago 1/5
As a 50-year Chicago resident, I rarely need a trip planner. When I do, both Google Maps and the CTA website are better. What I do want is an easy to decipher, accurate indication of when the buses and elevated trains are due. This app does not deliver. “Els” are not included. Once I figured out that I need to turn off Go, I was able to find buses. But if you cut your arrival at the bus stop too close — say, two minutes — you WILL miss your bus. Or you will wait 20 minutes for a bus that’s due in ten. This app is supposed to be linked to the CTA’s GPS system; it’s obviously not.
Better than local app & REAL TIME 5/5
By Tadeo Pelon
Great interface. I love that I can set many favorite common destinations that show up in a menu. What I love most are real time bus arrivals based on volunteer crowd sourcing. If you allow the app to use your location and send alerts it not only tells you your bus stop is coming up, it uses information from yours & other apps users on buses to predict real time bus arrivals and departures! Brilliant! Help yourself and other riders, use this app and let it crowdsourced your location while you are using it!
It’s wrong many times. Standing in the rain as I type this waiting for a bus that it said would be here 2 minutes ago. Still no sight of it.
This app needs to be fixed all these glitches is very irritating don’t show the bus lines on the weekends , doesn’t show them whenever this app is ready to not show anything to inconsistent on this app I use it too much for it to still be a problem talk to MTA or something this is ridiculous
