Hotel was beautiful , great pool , great service and great prices . Never got a chance to eat there very small menu , but drinks where good. Only negative was the location of our room we where next to the stairs and heard people all night going up and down . Something or someone above us kept moving furniture or Something around so didn’t get much sleep and the a/c unit was dripping so there was water in our room.

I had an event here. Staff was friendly and able to assist in any way needed. Other people in my party had to wait for an extended time to be able to check into their rooms after 3:00. This caused a bit of a problem since they were headed to another event. The hotel was booked for the weekend. Very nice facility.

The day before our stay we found cheaper rates for the same hotel- not happy campers!!!
Chatting with someone for 15 minutes, then I was transferred to another agent who after 30 minutes still couldn’t tell me how much a missed booking would cost. She also couldn’t help me find a new vehicle. After I said I was no satisfied with the service I wanted a manager I was told none was available and since I couldn’t wait anymore I was being disconnected…I never said that..she sent me a survey and left..45 minutes no resolution..I’ll never use the app again!
Travelocity billed my credit card for 2k, after the system glitched while booking a trip. I contacted the help app and they said wait 3 days to see if we have a vacation or not. They said they didn’t know and they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked if I should book a new trip, due to it selling out quickly, they said they don’t know. Great help…

One should be able to make a change to a booked trip if it’s several weeks in advance. And if you are unable to travel you should be given a refund without having to buy trip insurance. The government needs to get involved. This is theft.

I booked my trip months in advance, the app did not allow me to choose a room. I ended up in a room between two balconies. I slept on a couch pull out. Not comfortable at all. Our 50th anniversary is coming up. Not sure about what agency we should use ????????

I have used Travelocity for many years and I’ve never had a problem with any of my reservations and the app is so convenient I will continue to use Travelocity and I highly recommend it to anyone for all your vacations….

Hotel room with extra clean, however the bed King Bed wasn’t so comfortable, the hard bed made it difficult to get rest and the neighboring rooms had a ton on small kids, so the constant running a door slamming didn’t help. Overall ok stay, probably won’t book again tho.

I paid Travelocity for the booking of the resort and when I got to the counter they said I still owed the payment. I called Travelocity customer support and they are in the process of giving me a refund 7-10 business days. This is absolutely absurd and I should not have to deal with all the is when booking this trip months in advance. I will never be using this service again and telling everyone I know of this ridiculous situation

I changed a return flight and the app never update to show the change (website did not update either). I contacted an agent and they said it doesn’t show voluntary changes. I had to have them email me the new itinerary. Seems like a big flaw in the app that causes unnecessary stress for the customer.

I had a cancellation last year from catching Covid. So I got a credit for my. Flights. A year later I was ready to use my credit and began to book my flight with a Travelocity agent. Not sure if customer service was in the US. Everyone was friendly but had a difficult time communicating. That was ok. The worst part was having the agent book my flights using my credit, which didn’t give me any savings at all, since they charged $90 service fee per flight. I ended up paying $350 dollars when the original credit was for $285. If that doesn’t sound sketchy. It gets worse. They charged my card (after spending 1 hour with this guy) and they NEVER sent me my itinerary!!! What?!? Yes! I checked my spam, checked everything and NO confirmation on my delta flight. I even called the airline, and they said they couldn’t do anything because the third party handles everything when you book through them. I immediately called Travelocity again and since I had no itinerary or confirmation info, they said they could not help me. Not only did l lose my credit, I was about to lose what I paid for the new flight. At this point I just called my credit card company and filed a fraud case. I was refunded immediately and they opened a case that went on for a month, but ruled in my favor. Truly the worst experience I ever had. No more booking companies for me. I go straight to the airlines where I just pay my way, and can pick my seat at no extra charge.
This company is run by crooks who are so busy stealing and lying about it it’s criminal. Facebook, Travelocity complaints & the BBB, check them out. Of all the Expedia companies this is the most corrupt.

I book a flight a few years back and Covid hit. So Travelocity gave me a credit instead of returning my money. I went to use my credits this last December and after booking the flight my credits disappeared. I was on the phone for 5 hours and they could not see what I was looking at on my account. So frustrating that this company could not figure this out. My account shows the credit but the person on the phone could not see anything. I still have a credit showing but cannot use it. It is never a good thing to loose money. I personally will never use Travelocity again and and tell my friends the same.

Do not use this app. They are liars and cheats. I have significant credits from a cancelled trip, but I can’t redeem them through the website. When I tried online support they said I had to pay over $1000 to redeem them, even though I found flights that cost less than my credit balance. When I called, they said that I had to travel by the end of March even though my credits don’t expire until the end of September. Their customer support is a joke. Just book through whichever airline you find.

2nd hotel using Travelocity - this hotel like the last was Outdated, somewhat clean except for items in room from last family, balcony chairs have ashtrays even though the whole place says No Smoking. Only one glass door on the shower so the tile floors get soaked at each shower. Making it a safety hazard! They do not have key cards to access building instead they expect you to carry around this large key with a floating key chain. We used Uber and no pockets, this was super inconvenient. Overall the process was seamless however update the doors to key cards so these can easily be placed in wallets.

The hotel we stayed at did not match the Travelocity booking AT ALL!!!! When we arrived at what said was beachfront hotel with beach access, we were placed in a timeshare only property with no beach in sight, no access. We were bothered by the management constantly trying to sell the timeshares and then we’re kicked out by screaming women before our checkout time for no reason whatsoever!!!! AVOID TRAVELOCITY!!

You are representing a scam car rental place . Next car in Mia. After going through your site . I was directed to several car companies again through Travelocity. I booked a car for March thinking you stand by your car rentals . Realized afterwards and need to cancel because reviews call it a scam. Reviewers got over charged, were thrown out of the office , which is a room with 4 companies represented under a tin roof. The wait time for a prepaid reserved car averages 1 1/2 hours.etc. ( see reviews on yelp). I am a 70 year old woman , traveling alone to Miami renting a car alone through a misrepresentation of a car company through Travelocity. I would like you to cancel this charge for March 8th-15th , through NextCar under my name Deborah Savage . I would fear for my life renting a car from this business. Please cancel this immediately!!!
