    Cancele un vuelo de Asuncion a New York con escala en Brasil porque los vuelos desde allí no llegaban aquí por restricciones del COVID. Hice la cancelación online, recibí un email que decía que NO hacía falta llamar pero cuando decidí usar devuelta mi dinero para reservar otro pasaje, me dijeron que no podía porque debí haber llamado para cancelar!! Así perdí como 500$

    I would to acknowledge Travelocity Customer Service Rep Jean on 8/12/22 for working hard to resolve several issues including resolving and clarifying airline and activity refunds . She was knowledgeable, diligent and very hands on. Jean made phone calls to several vendors that other customer reps requested me to do and complied with. The issues took about a month to resolve and I’m thankful to Jean for finally resolving them. Please recognize her as a valuable asset to your organization. 82sf

    Travelocity agents are a nightmare and give you no assistance. Somehow the flight we booked did not align with the resort check in time. A problem that should be impossible to happen we booked with Travelocity to have a easy way of booking a resort and then the flight. A week before our trip we realized that our flight was for Monday and the check in was for Tuesday 3pm the following day. We called Travelocity to figure out why was there a DAY gap from our flight to the check in. She assured us that she saw no issues with our trip and sent us our flight details again. We asked to speak to another agent and that agent told us that their was a “glitch” in the system because our flight was in the afternoon the system put the check in for the following day. This shouldn’t have occurred, we would be checking in latest 4pm and many hotels/resorts have no issue doing late check in. Even though this wasn’t our fault the agent said we now have to pay for an extra night (that we already thought was paid for) plus a fee to do this change. The cost had now doubled from the time we booked. The agents were no help and had no answers as to how this could happened the supervisor left us on the call on mute and then hanged up the phone on us with no resolution. A week before our trip we are struggling to find somewhere to stay because of their system failure to align our flight date with the check in date. We now have to book another stay which means spend more money and then relocate the following day. Very big inconvenience that the agents were no help in. This was the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced we will not be booking through Travelocity again.

    I was emailed giving me the option to checkin online and do a contactless checkin. However it didn’t work and Travelocity was NO HELP!!! In fact they brushed me right off! It was their email asking me then they couldn’t produce.

    I feel harassed by the app! If I casually just surf to do a dream chase, it NEVER GOES AWAY……EVER! I thought, just to be silly I’d check out what it would cost to go to Dublin, months ago. I am still receiving emails reminding me of Dublin and to pick my dates, etc. I cancelled recent searches……and STILL! If only my husband had that kind of memory about taking out the trash!!!!! MAKE IT GO AWAY! Please!

    When I try and log in it doesn’t accept my password. When I tell it I’ve forgotten the password and tell it to send the reset message, nothing comes. I’ve done it many times now and been very careful. Other Travelocity messages come through. Next when I go on without my account I get sent to an “Aw Snap” empty screen. I did get the flights I wanted.

    I haaaaaaaaate Travelocity. I swore by it in the past because of how easy it was to book a hotel and flight. But when hotels see you’ve booked through them they give you crappy rooms. Refund process is horrible. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Most of the time you’re on hold forever and they cannot understand you or vice versa due to language barriers. I hate them. Just book directly from the source and cut out third party booking sites.

    The app - hardly ever works , with so many glitches. The company during company had me lose so much money - because companies like avianca would never respond to any inquiry . So Travelocity had no way to resolve items purchased on their platform.

    So far, flights booked for August 27th through September 2nd. It was very easy to book on this site. I do have a credit on this site but because it’s a different airline I’m not about to use the credit. It would be nice to use my credit for any airline with this app.

    I have all my settings set to English, yet the entire app is in Spanish and there’s literally no way to change it on my end because my settings are already set to English. Absolute trash. 10/10 do not recommend.

    I needed to cancel a hotel reservation, the website said to contact the hotel then Travelocity/Expedia. The hotel said they would accept my cancellation. I cannot get any response from Travelocity. The virtual agent has not worked for 2 days on my cell or my work computer. The phone numbers I have called have an automated voice that says ‘I have not received a response from you’ and hangs up no matter what you type in. 4 different numbers too, each that same message. So so aggravating!!! I will book directly with the hotel from now on

    Travelocity will not refund hotel reservations and their insurance partner will not honor the travel Insurance claims either. They use virtual assistants to give you the run around, then when you speak with a live advisor they reply using a very limited Pre written response system. Avoid Avoid Avoid using this app or Expedia, they are all related and screwing customers daily. You are better off booking directly through the hotel or airline or car rental agency than using g these 3rd parties that could care less about doing the right thing.

    Worst flying experience ever using Travelocity. My travel time was 28 hours after I got 5 emails saying my flights have been changed over and over. When I would call and ask about rescheduling my flight, I would get left on hold for an over an hour and then get disconnected. There was no reason we should have a layover of 12 hours in an airport when there’s other flights available. Some of the reps would assure me that they would look into it and call me back but would never call back. I feel like they would leave you on hold forever hoping you hang up and they don’t have to deal with it. I called multiple days and try to chat online and every time they just acted like they couldn’t help me because they don’t even on the tickets themselves. I have used several different travel sites, but I will never use Travelocity again.

    I am an avid traveler and share my experiences on Google both good and bad. My background includes hospitality and for years I would run into every situation you could think of but we always took care of our guests, especially in an emergency situation. In this event, I used Tralveloocivty for the first time “ever” and lost over 300 dollars due to illness. I requested a credit or a date change, not a refund, and this was the response: Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren’t able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can’t be granted. We’re really sorry about this; we always try to contact suppliers and advocate for our travelers in these situations. Properties often have strict policies around refunds, and there’s nothing more we can do in this case. Again, we’re sorry that a refund wasn’t possible. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us.     I started to book through Delta, but every time I got to the end and paid they said the flight was not available anymore. I tried to book through my credit card, but the site was so complicated I couldn’t get to the end. Went back to Travelocity, got it done in a short period of time thankfully

    I’ve already tried booking like three different hotels because every time I try to finanlize it it says error finding and to search again. It’s so frustrating. And then every time I search again the prices just go up like what. I’ve tried diffeeent ones and on different days and it keeps saying error finding when I try to finalize it.

    Do not use this app. I booked a round trip and hotel stay through this app and was very disappointed. My fight was pushed back a day, and the help portal was no use in trying to get my hotel stay rearranged or my money back. I had to book another night because my flight was scheduled for the next day. Also, I was charged AGAIN for my flight home after I PAID for a round trip. This app is a scam, do not use their services!

    Do not book from this business! They are a rip off! I booked a plane ticket from Oahu to Big Island. I got insurance on my ticket like I always do. I liked the plan I saw, with the flight, hotel, and car rental. I left my wallet, and had to leave the airport to get it. I attempted to rebook my ticket on the app, it wouldn’t work. I called, the first representative canceled my flight and proceeded to make a new one. After being on the phone for 30 minutes, the call hung up. The the guy never called me back. I called again, was on hold because the line was busy. Finally reach someone, I had to start completely over. By the time, the guy found flights for me and my friend, they only had 2 flights left and both, one seat available on each flight. We said we’ll take it. The guy had us on hold for over 30 minutes making the changes, and he said that he couldn’t rebook because the time ran out and the flight had already taken off. I said but the first guy canceled the flight and I have insurance. He told me sorry ma’am, make your claim. I said ok, we’ll please cancel my hotel reservations and my rental. He said he did, but the hotel will not refund me my money back. I said that’s bull because it’s 6 am, and I can’t check in until 3pm, and the policy I read says other wise. The only refund they gave me back was my car rental and kept the rest of the 1700+. The policy insurance said they don’t cover a left or stolen wallet. I understand the policy agreement, but Travelocity couldn’t fix my flight and I tried multiple times. Rip off.

    They will steal from you. You will get thee WORST THIRD WORLD, not-even customer service. You get a third world operator to put you on hold and ultimately hang up on you.     I booked with Travelocity then a few hours later received a message from hotel that Travelocity had booked a room to me that didn’t exist, they were filled. They also said it happens often. To call them directly next time but I would have to cancel with Travelocity. I try to cancel and Travelocity wants to charge me $94 for cancellation. ??? They sold me a room that doesn’t exists and now they want me to pay a big penalty for a room I never got. I’ve been on the phone 3 days with this dishonest company and now I have to dispute with my credit card company. I’m not worried about that. I can’t be charged for their negligence but it’s just the aggravation after all the money I’ve spent with them through the years. I’m done. I wish I could give negative 5 stars.
