I have not been able to get logged in, lost my points, sent multiple comments asking for assistance with no response, I have met been back to tropical smoothie!! ☹️
This new app needs a lot of improvements. I was using the old app which worked just fine. Went to a cafe and was forced to download and use new app. Well let’s just say I scanned my rewards for the new app and didn’t get credit for my purchase! Please make some fixes to this new version.
Was told all are old info would transfer over and we would stay at the level we were on. THEY LIED!!! I was on Supercharged level. I logged into my account on the new app like they said to do, only to lose all my points that I had already earned and they dropped me back down to start all over on the Energized level. I emailed them to address the problem and only got a very generic response about they are working on the app. Nothing about trying to make it right and giving me back everything I had already earned. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This app seems to work better than the old one after missing so many points because it wouldn’t load half the time. However, I had so many points on my other one and when I logged in it promised a level up but guess what nothing transferred. I contacted them about the issue and they said “thank you for letting us know” with no resolution at all. They never answered me when I asked about a resolution.

Useless app, you can’t save a credit card or customize your order. Not sure how Tropical Smoothie is even in business with this app. The last app was just fine. Eventually people will choose another place to eat that make ordering easier. I already have.

If I could get a -1 star I would. The old app worked 10x better. This app constantly crashes, I’m unable to use it to use my rewards and always have to scan my receipt after the fact. I am supposed to get a free supplement a week and I’m never able to redeem that bc they app is always down. Plus the layout is terrible. It’s so difficult to navigate, order etc. 0/10 do not recommend.

This app didn’t even update to tell me my order was ready! This is the second time I used the app and it took twice as long to get my order. Better off just calling or going in person.

The old app was way better, and none of my rewards points transferred to the upgrade with my information.
This apps is nothing but complaints since I started using it.can’t link card. The redemption is horrible and half the time doesn’t work. Can’t order my smoothie with my add one I have to call the store and tell them after I order. What was wrong with the old app it worked with no issues. It took two months for my weekly free supplement to start showing up.

I have been trying to convert my old ap to the new one for MONTHS!! I have no invite code and have emailed TSC over 10 times about the situation and no one responds!!
So I quit going to TSC. I’m over trying to get it to work.
What has been going on with TSC lately? The cafe near me is permanently closed, so there is only one other one in my state that is 30 minutes away. All of my favorite food items have been removed... And now this app is glitchy and won’t let me pay with my phone. I haven’t gone to TSC for months because it just seems to be going downhill. I hope it can go back to the way it was! And please bring back the tropical chicken salad sandwich!!! So many people loved it.
i loved going to trop and using my app but ever since this new app my experience has worsened. i lost all my points and customer service did not help to get them back. the app simply does not work.

New app does not work whatsoever. Literally cannot use it. Equally so, ZERO tech support to help fix it. = ZERO business for you...in Covid times, w/o an app for customers to purchase at stores/order ahead with.

I can’t believe I have to use this app. It deletes orders, you can’t see the menu all at once, not nearly as user friendly as the previous app. Unfortunately, it’s better to go into the store and order than using this “updated” app

This new version is worse than the old one. You can’t pay with it. You also now have to manually redeem rewards instead of automatically getting them. Why make it harder for your customers?

This program is awful. Company “upgrade” just took all my points and upgrades away. Still no place to request a sanitized container due to allergies, no where to list dairy allergy which is important in a restaurant using a lot of dairy, many add-one not listed such as lime juice. Get it together, or don’t bother!!

I winter in Nsples and my husband and I would order the chicken salad sandwich several times a week. I am sooooooo disappointed that it is no longer on the menu. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!

Totally agree with many other reviews about this new app. Previous app worked great and this one won’t even accept payments for my local shop. Especially with covid and carry out being the only option, it couldn’t be worse timing to launch a new app that actually eliminates features and functionality that existed with the previous app. The previous app walked you through your order in a much more logical way - agree with one user who posted they clearly didn’t test this new app before launching 😂 On a positive note, the new color scheme is prettier.

I scanned my QR code at checkout and didn’t ever receive my points. Tried to scan my receipt and it said “ you cannot use the same receipt more than once”. I also tried entering my barcode and it said the same thing. Please fix this!!!

Terrible. Took out the good features, like automatically applying rewards and paying through the app. This one is cumbersome and makes sure to make it as hard as possible to redeem rewards.

This app is brutal. Probably one of the worst rewards apps that’s out there. Some of the smoothies you can’t even customize either white/dark chocolate. Not only that, but some of the smoothies aren’t even on the online menus to order from.

The new app is only somewhat better than the first one. A little tricky to navigate at times. I do like the reorder feature. Our family has their favorites ...so it’s easy to put an order in when it’s the same.
However...now when I put my reorder in...it says “oops...they no longer have chicken pesto flatbread”. When I called the Store, they said...not sure why that appeared...as they most definitely still serve that. I’m hoping this is something that can be flexed soon.

My niece and I stopped for a smoothie break after shopping on Friday afternoon
since I am handicapped and have mobility issues, she ordered the Cranberry Crisp at my request and she ordered the Pomegranate smoothie! Mine tasted like cinnamon which was one of the ingredients but it was such a strong cinnamon flavor I let it melt a little and stirred it quite a bit and the Only flavor detectable was Cinnamon it was not pleasant or worth the trip ! I was very disappointed and do not plan on returning to the Tropical Cafe

They updated the app, but it still doesn’t have a half sugar or no sugar option for smoothies. I’d love to collect rewards without having to have 40g of added sugar in my smoothies

If TS was going for less user-friendly, less useful options (you cannot pay with the app any longer?!?), less customer satisfaction, and completely unnatural to use—they did very well with the new app! Congrats! So many lost features, hard to find options, etc. this was a serious 😔downgrade!
