    The button to click scan a receipt if you ordered in the store is hidden behind the bottom navigator bar on smaller iPhones.

    The app is ok. But it is clunky to maneuver around AND it constantly shows that I have 10 notifications in the app but there is no way to clear them, so it just shows a 10 constantly on my screen

    I used to be able to add scan receipts/ prior purchases to add points. But now that part of the app is hidden at the bottom under the toolbar and you can no longer scan or manually add them. Developer needs to fix.

    Repeatedly opening the app stay a hideous pink and does not allow any ordering during lunch hours. I have downloaded the app several times. Waited indefinite period for the app to open. Seems to be limited to my zip code but not other areas. What gives?

    The “scan code” or “enter code” options at the bottom of the screen are covered by the menu bar (home, rewards, menu, scan, faves). Unable to scroll the screen down to access these options. FIX YOUR APP, PLEASE. Update: To make matters worse, I gave my receipts to my roommate so she could put them on her app, which works. It won’t accept 2 of my receipts from a couple of weeks ago because they are “too old”.

    Most of the nav items do nothing. No way to directly add payment method. Notifications that serve no purpose. Feedback mechanisms that do not allow one to submit. Even recents displays no previous orders. It’s like a big empty mess masquerading as an app. It adds little to no value for the user.

    i’m unable to scan the barcode on your app; it scrolls up when i try to scroll down to either enter a barcode or take a picture. i’d really appreciate if this was fixed so that i can earn my points 🙃

    This app is incredibly broken, twice now it has sent my order to the wrong store over an hour away, they also have been unable to refund any of my money or help in anyway. Customer service is a joke and incredibly rude. I’m out $30 now and no one has been able to help me I have called the general manager of the store in question, I have contacted cooperate and no one will refund me or reimburse my points lost on a third order that was messed up and sent to the wrong location. I have triple checked that the location was changed when I ordered and as soon as I hit complete and pay it pops up that it was sent to the wrong store yet again. This app needs a major overhaul and so does the customer service department.

    Let me set the location I want to go to. Stop automatically setting my location to the store that’s closest. Maybe I don’t like that location (or the people that work there, or whatever). Maybe I am going to another side of town and need or want to pick it up where I’m going to be. This app automatically orders from the closest one. So annoying.

    Every time the app is updated it takes point’s away from me - OR- this time it prevents me from adding points by now requiring me to a scan at the restaurant and no longer able to scan my own receipt when I forget to have the cashier scan it.

    The new app looks great. I definitely think it’s an improvement. But I’d like to make suggestions we the customers are wanting. I don’t trust saving my card data on the app. Get Apple Pay. It’s faster and I trust it more. The process of choosing a store is better, but still a little clunky. Everything else is leaps and bounds better. Getting closer to perfection.

    Making the app”better” didn’t work. I can’t scan in my receipt, if I end up paying in store due to app being subpar the link is below the QR code. I can never use my free supplement. Adding anything extra is confusing and time consuming. I can’t change my credit card info ahead of time. I have to wait until I order then add. Please fix the smoothies and food is great!!

    On your new update when I go to scan my receipt the bottom cursor is in the way of the scan button I can thumb it up but it pulls back down behind the bottom cursor unabling me to scan my receipt to earn my pointsCan you fix this please

    The app itself is ok. But what’s up with the notifications? I get two of the same notification on my Lock Screen, when I go to the app it shows I have 9, I open the app and there is no where to see any of the notifications.

    The app is great, but would love to see the option to be able to select how to blend your smoothie. Many times I have to bring my smoothie back to have them blend it again because it still has chunks in it. Some people like that…others with texture issues don’t. If this isn’t an option, maybe creating a comment section where this can be inputted. There’s limited options for customization.

    Rating for cafe- 5! This app- 1. Customer service for TSC- 1. Worst app ever!!! Terrible customer service at corporate. This app is always showing notifications but when I go in I don’t see anything. There is not even a notifications tab. So weird all the way around. I’ve referred 2 friends who have purchased. I’m supposed to get a free smoothie for each. Hasn’t shown up on the app and when I emailed corporate twice I got no response.

    Redeeming rewards is clunky. First time I tried with an order ahead—check out gave me a repeating error that my rewards weren’t available. So I exited and checked to see how I redeem in store, I click my reward. It showed up and disappeared. It was not scanned and is now completely gone. Trash UI for a rewards system.

    I have always been able to scan my receipts after my purchase now I am not able to. Please fix this in the app I am only giving this one star due to I can’t scan for points I am building up my points because it comes in habits on the days I don’t have any money.

    at most stores the app charges more for ordering items as a combo than separate and others it cost the same but never gives the discount. recently the app shifted so i can no longer scan receipts, because the button is located behind the menu bar.

    Products are good but the application may charge you more. It has charged me more on combo orders twice. $4 approx more on each combo. Tried to get app support to look at it but no luck so far. Walk in the store for orders

    You cannot enter code or scan code from the app. The app does not allow you to scroll up and select an option to enter the code to earn rewards if you weren’t able to scan at the register.

    I can’t scan the receipt for purchases in store because the scan code button is behind the navigation bar and I can scroll down to access it. Every time I scroll down the page automatically moves the button behind the navigation bar again.

    Refuses to allow me to add a receipt. The bar with all the options (home, rewards, menu, etc…) covers up the enter code and scan button. It is very frustrating. Other than that the app is great

    I love the food and for the most part the app is great, but I noticed that for some reason I can’t select the option to enter code or scan receipt when I forgot to scan the app. It’s a bit aggravating, I try to scroll down and it forces the QR code back to center screen, leaving all other options non selectable. Harsh when you were in a hurry or the store is busy

    So my app for multiple days has been unable to log me in with my Apple ID and that’s ridiculous. I’ve already had to make a second account after the app support never replied which lost me my rewards. These updates are making the app worse and that’s inconvenient for me and others who are busy. I’ve been unable to reset the password and nothing has worked so I’m just disappointed.

    This app requires users to provide access to their location just to scan or even manually enter a receipt barcode for rewards points. This is an invasive privacy violation. It’s also totally unnecessary, as proven by the fact that the app didn’t used to do this. SCAM.

    The app is easy to use and always worked well. However, on an iPhone 12 Pro you can no longer scan or input a code if the store forgot. There are links at the bottom of the screen however they are below the bottom icons. You swipe up but the screen just drops back down. Once it’s fixed it’s a 5 star app.

    I have used this app for the past couple of years but after an update over a month ago it just crashes. I even tried uninstalling and downloading fresh from the App Store. Looks like I am not the only one. Disappointing they still don’t have a fix after so long.

    Whoever made this app, you need to find a way to let me add credit card info without forcing me to order something. Now I accidentally made an uncancelable delivery order when trying to add my card info, because I thought it’ll take me to a confirm order screen after putting in my card info. Now the order went through and there’s no way to call the store to cancel it, because the answering machine keeps saying that their inbox is full. Also don’t know why you can’t add ApplePay to the app, since Doordash has that option, and I could even order Tropical Smoothie items from that. Even the restaurant itself has ApplePay.

    I was prompted to download a new version of the app which did not recognize my order history and then when I went to enter my credit card, there was no SCAN CARD option and the form didn’t have an underline under the security code field so I failed to enter it and after submitting it got the obvious error message “bad CVV…bla bla bla” but then to my shock the entire form was completely wiped BLANK! Causing me to have to re-enter EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH!!!! Ugh!
