Poor customer service 1/5
As a small business owner customer service is top priority. This company seemed to miss the memo because the customer service is severely lacking! I called to cancel got no answer and left a voicemail. I wrote a email and still wasn't cancelled. I haven't used the service in 3 weeks and they refused to backdate my refund to the day I called and left a message even when they have a record of it. I only wanted to pause the service but because of unethical and poor customer service. I will NEVER use this service or promote it again.

Almost gave this app four stars. I gave it 5. Reason is the app is not really what we’re rating, it is the overall service provided by TSheets. That is five stars plus. Having used other timesheet maintenance programs that sync with QuickBooks, Tsheets is by far the best. I run a small engineering firm. Having switched almost 3 months ago, we are quite used service now and we’re very, very pleased with it. I feel like there are a number of improvements that could be made to the phone app that would raise it to the level of the web interface, but, like other things that are first class with TSheets, I sense that they take suggestions seriously, and do expect the app to improve.
The app is useful, and I’m thankful for the the things it does do.
The web interface has many “apps” that significantly add to or improve aspects of the service. My best guest gripe is some of these do not seem to have migrated support for the IOS app.
For example, things I can do in the web that I’d like to see on this app:
1) the ability to hard input start/stop times through an override option on clock in interface.
2) a time slider option for time entry. Although make sure it useable; the web is a bit small and difficult to add times in between project clock ins that are within 20 min of each other.
4) interface a Siri option ala the Alexa/Echo phenomenon. I’m getting used to telling Alexa what to do. It’d be nice if through the phone app I could clock in and out of jobs by name.
TSheets - So far so good 5/5
The more I learn about TSheets the more excited I am to get it implemented. Jen D has been incredibly helpful getting us past a few hurdles. On we go!
Elaina M responded to my chat request within one minute, it seemed. I described the problem I was having and she had the answer within seconds. I think TSheets is a great value anyway. Great customer service is the icing on the cake.

Can’t even use the app. Upon downloading the only option is to sign in with password. No option to even set up account to use it.

So, now you have less access to your favorites. What is the point of a favorite job code if you put them deeper into the app than before?

This app is really easy to use but I think it would be really beneficial if the employees could add in their schedule on their own...just a suggestion. Other than that great app.

After another time tracking app failed us, we decided to get give TSheets a try. After I started the free trial, I was almost immediately contacted by a real person from TSheets welcoming us and offering a free training and support if we needed it. After a day of poking around checking things out I decided to use the live chat button to ask a question about a feature and was connected with Kelsey T. who answered my questions and walked me through setting up a comp time feature. So far TSheets has impressed me and I’d recommend.

With one of the latest updates - I’m not sure if it was a TSheets update or a QuickBooks update - The mobile version of the time tracking system required that my employees select a customer when tracking their time. We are very small company and only have one employee who is tracking his time and therefore, we do not need time tracking at that detailed level. I chatted with Kelsey T. today to ask how I can remove that required field. She explained why the field is required and what needed to be done to “un-require” it. When I asked her what I needed to do, she went ahead and did it for me. It seemed to be an easy fix on her end as it only took a minute and I appreciated her doing it, saving me time. Kelsey is not the first customer support person I have chatted with from T – sheets. I have probably talked to three or four people and every single one of them provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. I’m giving Kelsey extra kudos today because she shares my love of dogs and congratulated me on good news that I received about my dog while we were chatting. Thank you Kelsey for helping me today and thank you TSheets for being so awesome.

We are very excited to have found this program, it is employee/user friendly, as well as provided multiple options for admin/managers. I have no idea why we did paper timecards for so long, wish we switched a long time ago!

Won't log half my punches and drains my battery. Plus the privacy issues, tracks my location when I'm not using the app. If I wasn't forced to use it by my employer I would use something else.

I started using TSheets for our landscape company (Lawnovations, Tulsa OK) on 2/3/18. The customer support is outstanding. I am pleased to say that we have TSheets up and fully functional and integrated with Quick Books on line for job costing purposes as of 2/16/18, just 3 days shy of our trial period ending. I love the videos, the scheduled phone calls to go over proper set up and their availability after traditional office hours is outstanding. I love the chat option for customer support. I love the reports. I love the real time knowing of who is punched in and what Job they are working at and I love the GPS feature! The time invested to make this time tracking change has already been well spent and I look forward to becoming even more familiar the extensive features TSheets has to offer.

It works, but the upgrade makes it awkward to use for duration based jobs. It defaults to 1 minute. Let’s just think about that for a sec.

Just moved my company over to this system and this is the best time keeping system we’ve ever used and the App is the frosting on the cake.
The setup was amazing easy, it’s easy to understand and use for the staff and most importantly customer billing calculated for you. I would give this 10 stars if I could.
