Sadly, every time the device was being paired, it would reach about 75% before timing out. I tried several times and my phone is within pairing distance and wifi is great. I tried to find contact info within the settings, but I did not find any. 😞 (sad face)

Every time I have updated this app my vacuum loses its wifi connection and gets increasingly difficult to set it up again. If I get it working again I will no longer update this application. Began this review months ago. Connection was finally restored and worked great till latest update. Can't find device again. Also please quit changing my app settings with update Update: thank you tuya, your latest updates have rendered my vacuum useless

The App has nothing to do with the two tuya security cameras I just bought. Does not list wifi security cameras at all under the devices menu. The App describes lights and functions that neither of my cameras has. The voice prompts from the two cameras when powered cannot be understood so that is useless. Complete waste of time and money.

The cameras are always offline. They don’t reconnect automatically. The app don’t have an option to check the network connections it only gives you that option when you add a device to the app. So if they go offline you need to erase the device from the app and add it again. The cameras won’t connect to 5G. The website is made for developers not for users. Please buy other brands.

So basically why does it need my email address but I keep putting in the right email address I put it in I even asked my mom and I was putting in the right one it’s not sending it to me It had to resend it over 15 times and it’s still not sending it to me this is annoying me because I’ve been doing this for over 15 minutes and I’m basically having a tantrum right now I don’t know if it’s necessary or not because little things aggravate me but I don’t know what is trying to do because I even asked my mom and it’s just I don’t know it’s just annoying me and I didn’t even get to the app so I don’t know what to say am I supposed to be satisfied because I’m not sure because it’s not sending it to me and I’m at and I literally put it in so many times

I purchased a couple and they worked good. Once I added more devices it stopped sending notifications. And they want you to subscribe to a service. But you only receive a number of notifications. And as the device even on low gets set off by snowflakes the paid for service would be used up quickly.

On iPhones. The homepage widget. With it respected the order the devices are in the app. When you have so many devices it’s nice to be able to lay them out. On the app you can rearrange the lights it controls but in the widget there is no way to organize them and it doesn’t retain the device order

Bought 3 bulbs; one completely stopped working as if No power is getting to it so Resetting is not an option and the other has been Offline with resetting not solving problem. There is nothing wrong with my internet and the 3rd bulb, so far, is working properly. No clear trouble shooting directions. They were great at first but apparently, not reliable long term. I've had these less than a year.

Firstly, it must be said that the hardware is good quality and does as it says on the packaging. For this the app earns some good will.
I have two problems with the application. The first is easy; there are many subtitles saying ‘confrim’ rather than ‘confirm’. Not everyone’s first language is english, but this should be fixed.
Secondly, and more problematically, I cannot seem to control my diffuser with the app. When I plug it in and attach it, I try to (i) change the light configuration (ii) stop it from diffusing (iii) set timers for diffusion and lighting periods. None of these functions work. I can only reset the colour gradient cycle using the ‘power’ button on the device dashboard. I have tried to troubleshoot, removing, resetting and reconnecting the diffuser, but none have worked.
My request is that this bug be fixed, or if I’m making a mistake somewhere, someone let me know what it is and how I can utilise the diffuser maximally. Thank you.

My cat always begs for more at all hours of the day because he used to be a grazer, but we got a small dog that could squeeze into his room and steal his food, so we got this feeder. I setup a schedule and it was all good UNTIL… they came out with an update that logged me out AND deleted my schedule WITHOUT even notifying me! My cat starved for two whole days! LUCKILY I noticed him checking the dog bowls for food and knew something had to be wrong. I leave out of town tomorrow morning for four days… he would have died, and they didn’t even think to send an email to let everyone know that they have to log back in.

Tried multiple times to get this app to my new humidifier. Each time it could find my network but could not find the humidifier even though it was flashing the pair button and I tried their “reset device” cycle multiple times. All while the app taunted me with unhelpful hints like “please be close to the wifi router” or “keep wifi stable”.

This app requires that you give your location. I use this app only for lightbulbs just saying they’re is no reason my lightbulb needs to know my location. At least the app works but the data mining to make my lightbulb work is ridiculous.

Started off ok, now I can’t even look at my camera for more than 2 seconds without it crashing and shutting my phone off. I tried installing and reinstalling which did nothing. They don’t make it easy to contact anyone for help either. Taking these junk cameras down, uninstalling the crappy app, and going through a reputable company like I should have in the first place. What a waste of money.

The directions don’t look anything like the actual process and the instructions are in ingrish making it impossible to decipher. The illustrations are not accurate to the actual app and the camera light doesn’t even register on my network. While the app doesn’t actually work it is very good at getting permissions to scan your network, access your phones data, and get into your photo album. Was so excited to get this for Christmas and it’s actually garbage.

Overall I think this is a great app. I use it to control my smart L.E.D lights because there’s not many colors to choose from. But the thing is, is that when I’m using this app it turns off my phone and does a loading screen and turns back on, and this is when I use this app and this app only. But like I said it’s still a great app that works 🤷♀️.
