    This app is perfect I already love my US Bank account and having this app makes life so much easier it’s so easy to track my money make transfers when I need to or send money it’s all at the tip of my fingers literally with Touch ID I can sign in to my account quick and easy no tough time trying to remember your password if you have difficulties with stuff like that anyways it’s a great app and a great way to keep track of your finances you’re going to love it!!. :)

    Almost perfect. It is getting better. Still could use some improvements: • faster loading and/or make it less pages to pay a credit card and send money • reward redemption capability • note/memo for sending money, even if it is only visible to me and not the sender • a notification symbol (!) on the main screen next to the credit card account to indicate that a payment is due • send me a gift for helping :) please?

    As a business who receives checks as a primary source of payment it is extremely frustrating that mobile banking is restricted to #of checks or $amount that can be deposited daily.

    For the past few months, every time I try to use mobile deposit, i get an error. Tried using a different phone and get the same error. This leads me to an issue on the bank side. Great feature when it works, but works less and less now. I have worked with support to resolve but nothing yet. I have used this feature many times in the past but over the past few months- nothing. Otherwise good app.

    There’s a learning curve, but it’s easy to transfer from my business account to personal account and quickly see deposits. Also I can see pending payments on my credit cards. I have a small business, with checking and card for personal and business. I can pay off the balances from the correct account and keep all in order.

    On multiple occasions I have initiated transfers from one account to another, gone all the way to the conformation screen and been told that the transfer has been completed, only to find out later that it in fact WAS NOT complete, and the funds were not in my account. This has cost me several overdraft fees charged because I keep both my business and personal accounts with the same bank and when a transfer doesn’t go through for me it is as of my paycheck is never deposited. I shouldn’t have to check back regularly after every transfer done in the app to make sure it didn’t glitch again. Also, the app regularly refuses to open all the way to the login screen, and more often that that it will give me an error that something is wrong on the bank’s end when I try to login. I’m about ready to take all of my business elsewhere because I can’t run both business and personal finances with unreliable technology. It’s too costly!

    The app is having major issues on the iPhone X. Any button at the bottom is too low and falls into where the iPhone X barely recognizes it. Takes about ten hits sometimes to make it work. Please fix!!!!!

    This app is pretty bad. Most things open a web view, often they fail. They also don’t work well on iPhone XS - buttons fall behind the notch or in the bottom swipe area. Some things like depositing a check, the headline feature of any banking app, fails 100% of the time. Beyond that, the bank has weird policies and they cannot explain them. Ask the same question to 3 bankers and get three completely different answers. They are nice, but clueless. App quality and lack of clear policies really make me worry about this bank...

    You guys are killing me! You used to identify which account the transaction was for when you notified me of transactions that matched particular parameters. Now I have to go online every time you send me something to figure out which account it was for. As I said, you are killing me!

    Frustrating in getting “oops, not connected to the internet “ messages. This happens several times per week when wanting to log on. Both iPad and iPhone receive same message at same times. Log on with lap top without difficulty. Depend on the apps on devices which are proving to be quite unreliable.

    The app has a 50/50 shot of doing what it’s supposed to flawlessly. Consistently logs me out even though I have my Face ID log in turned on. At least once out of the 3 times I check it it’ll take an endless amount of time to pull-up accounts, I have to close the app and reopen it for it to work again. Sometimes it’s back to back till I can get it running again. For a huge corporation like this they should really be able to get this part right.

    Since my US Bank updated one week ago, I cannot use it. Every time I put in my username, it stalls after hitting login, and freezes there. You may have made the app interact better with the latest iOS version, but I’m guessing that the folks who have not updated iOS yet are experiencing the same issue I am.

    Never had so much trouble with any bank ever. I finally went to the oak lawn branch. They are awesome. The one near my home worst customer service ever. Ignorant people taking advantage of people’s financiers for their own gain. Not cool

    Unlike the Android version I used for years, all of the buttons in the iOS app version work and don’t start the spinner of death, but like it’s Android sister is often down “for maintenance” as if it were a car instead of an app with a development, fix, test or staging pre-production environment. My combined simultaneous experience with US Bank and superior Chase and Bank of America apps has me planning to move my accounts from USB

    For some reason this app consistently stops working. It will either not let you log in or log in but then not able to do anything. Giving 2 stars just for the convenience of when it does work. Do yourself a favor and pick a different bank with a better app.

    When signing in, I have to repeatedly tap for cursor to come up before I am able to type user name. The exact same when trying to transfer money within accounts. Have to tap repeatedly before I can type in a number when trying to make payments on a credit card.
