Fix the bugs!! Why do you need me to write “for deposit only??” If you insist on me doing that, at lease make the app better at reading my handwriting, which isn’t bad!

There app is always broke has to have consent updates. I have to delete it and restart the app at least once a month. They should spend some money on fixing an app that doesn’t break down all the time!

I think it would be really helpful if there was a way to set money aside in an account. For example if you had a checking account and you wanted to budget money you could open money pockets in that account to place certain amounts in so it doesn’t get spent. I drive for Uber and I have to take taxes out of my income I could put that money in a pocket so it is saved when tax time comes. Just a thought!
New update causes app to crash immediately 1/5
Impossible to enter a username on iPhone 6 with the latest update. Keyboard disappears immediately. Need to fix ASAP.

I went to use this app and it told me I have to update it to run it by putting in my billing info. So, I did think that it would charge me. Well, since I'm broke AF, it said that my payment deadlined. I'm glad for that because I'm not about to purchase this PIECE OF GARBAGE APP! You mean to tell me we are now charged to purchase updates on top of our monthly fee to even have a bank account?! WTFF!

The new "my payments/transfers" area is a great addition and is very helpful. I still wish it was easier to distinguish individual entries, and wish it went back further in time, but it's a very nice addition.
Load times are good but the scrolling and UI queues that I'm "doing something" still aren't there as much, that would be my main suggestion at this point.

Load times are much better and it's feeling snappier than before. It's fantastic how US bank is listening to feedback. Thanks for listening to us and making improvements. Touch ID is great, and seeing my balance in each line of the transaction history is helpful and a welcome improvement.
My remaining hopes for improvement are:
Scrolling feels off, another reviewer mentioned non-native scrolling. When your finger is moving but the screen isn't- this could hopefully be resolved.
Payment history area is hard to read. Please make this list more understandable than just a line on the right side of the screen. It's difficult to glean information from at a glance.
Make it easier to see my payments scheduled and due for my US Bank credit card. When I click on my card, I should be able to see if I have any pending/scheduled payments from the card screen. Currently I have to navigate a few other menus to get to the payment history area- I should be able to see payment history/pending with 1 tap when I'm in the credit card area of the app.
Overall, nice work updating the app and listening to our feedback. Keep up the good work!

We have stayed with US Bank through two major moves and twenty plus vacations. Checks deposited electronically and funds are spent through debit and sometimes credit. Brick and mortar locations are close no matter where we travel on the USA. US Bank stays on top on the internet- security, easy mobile use and up to date on transactions. No Problems.

Please, please stop requiring users to update without any notice! It happened so many times that I needed to use the services via the app right now this very moment and the app wouldn't work until I updated it. If update is available please set notifications to remind users instead of forcing them into doing it this very second when it's likely going to be the worst time to do it

Come US Bank, I’m already a customer, this app should provide utility and convenience for your customers. Taking up valuable screen space to promote new features that can’t be dismissed is stupid. Have you tried using the app yourself?

Overall great app. 1 Star for for whoever is making the decision to ignore this request to fix this user experience annoyance. It is what it is. We all just have to live with it when programmers could care less what you want.
Requested update after update since the nagware agenda:
I want the top half of my screen back when viewing my account transactions.
My accounts I access with my fully updated iPhone 6S+ are already registered with Apple Pay and you still still take up the top half of my screen informing me my account is ready for use with ApplePay.

I really don’t mind how outdated this app or any bank app is. As long as it is fast, able to transfer funds, able to check my accounts and see pending status ,and I don’t get the pop up ads which I love te most and as long I have these, which US bank does, then I’m all good.

This used to be a great app. It was intuitive and easy to navigate. Since they added Zelle and all the ads it is has become confusing and difficult. The system often freezes up in the middle of transactions, it is unclear when transfers via Zelle will happen (it often takes days), and the ads for Zelle and for Apple Wallet, now take up half of the transaction screen, making the whole process a real pain. So disappointing.

I am never able to login and it always says error encountered, I don’t see any use of this app in mobile as I am never able to login.
I don’t know how to reach out to support and send the screen shot, can’t always call and wait for 15 mins to explain issue on phone. I shall uninstall it!

Barely ever works, app times out, options are “temporarily unable to complete action,” super annoying. I’d say this app works maybe one out of every five times I try to do something on it.
An Unstable, Broken, & Ruined App. Absolute garbage 1/5
No matter how many times I set my personal login information and choose the option to "Remember Me" or stay signed in, every time I close out of the app my credentials are erase. Not even my TOUCH ID will save onto the app. The app is broken, buggy, useless and ruined now. Unless US Bank resolves this quickly I don't be banking with USBANK much longer.... 😡
So it says I need to update my app to continue using... I go to the App Store and there is no update available it just says to open the app then back to the update required.... pretty frustrating

I opened the app and tried to use it, however they required me to “update” the application. Thing is, there is no update in the App Store, this the app is now useless. Thanks to this I have cancelled my card. I cannot have such incompetence in command of my financial future.

Too much verbiage taking up space on the app. No, I don't want to add Apple wallet. No, I don't want to rate you (if I do, maybe this field will go away? We'll see in a second). I have a very small window to actually view my transactions, maybe 3-4 at a time. That's frustrating. And why do I have to go all the way back to the main menu when I edit a payment? Just go back to the payments.

I needed a blank check for a auto withdraw. I called customer service and told me I’d have to go to a US Bank facility to get one, they couldn’t email me one. BS! All of their facilities are inside stores. So, you have to find a place to park, walk in a look for their facilities. PITA. They need to figure out another way to get temporary checks to customers

Either the touch sign-in button doesn’t work or something else. Today it said I need to update the app before logging in. I did, but it still doesn’t let me log in.

Adding contact doesn’t work if you add phone with characters in it three the whole screen freezes and won’t work.
Clicking on the phone number or email to send is not intuitive. Looks like a grayed our number not a button.
Sending with a memo gave an error try 2 did not have an error after removing memo
You should get this working as everyone is talking about zelle and your app doesn’t work each time.

I opened app and it requires update. However the update button is too low off the screen to click. (I can read the update required message and can see the very top of update button but can’t scroll down to it etc. I eventually searched the App Store, and clicked update from the store. What ever happened to testing stuff before pushing out stuff??
