Good Idea but a bad App 1/5

Allows you to pay your bill and manage you account to a degree. Wanted to check my usage and it tells you to call customer service. Thought that was what this App was for, check my usage. Maybe they will put out some of my money payments to someone who can get this App to work for my cell phone so I can check my usage. If I were the CEO US Cellular and saw a one star Review someone would be given the opportunity to fix this issue or look for employment elsewhere. In closing Fix This App.

The app won’t save my password, i have to constantly reset it when I’m trying to pay my bill.
I loaded this mainly to see my remaining data. First I get Sorry, system not available. Ok, maybe. But then it wants my username and password. I have fingerprint ID to get to this point. Now I have to recall one of dozens passwords just to see my data?
I’ve been with USCellular for 10+ years, never had a problem. Their products & services including Customer service, is as always, among the best! This app however is not. Be your own judge though..it just wasn’t for me.
Thought this would be a great tool to manage and view my account....sadly I was wrong. This has got to be one of the worst apps that I have ever used...very rarely does it work.

C'mon guys you're a huge company. It's 2018. Please hire some people capable of making an app that, at the very least, functions at the basic level

Unfortunately US Cellular is the only viable carrier in this area because this attempt at an app is an example of the quality of pretty much everything this company does - it’s all junk!
App will not connect from phone, it will from my iPad but doesn’t recognize the device and says it sends an email with a code but never sends it. I went to the app on the phone because of the junk website - waste of time and effort. The only reason for the 1 star is that it did work one time, after several attempts last month - this month nothing.

Not only do I have no service once I leave the state, they can’t even develop a decent app. What are you paying your developers? You pay for false advertising (you can get calls “anywhere”...yeahhhhhhh, ok), but you won’t invest in a decent app? Every time I try and log in I get error messages and an apology for the inconvenience.🤷🏻♂️

It takes forever to just open, it spins around and gets stuck on the us cel logo. Bad for such a great company

Constantly freezes, chat support stops recognizing letters and have to close the app which makes it that the connection between chat support gets lost; then you have to start over. One of the buggiest and worst apps that I have used.
It’s some even slower than using the desktop version, alls this is a app with a built in browser. Come on guys, my local credit union has a better app than this.

Why forbid prepaid customer from paying using an app? What extra does it count to make an account? What business sense does it make to make it harder for someone to give you money for no reason.

This app is junk. They don’t even allow you to track your data usage throughout your billing cycle anymore. You can see it the first time you log in after a new cycle begins and then the next time you log in it tells you that you need to call for assistance or log in when a new billing cycle begins to view your usage. What’s the sense in that!? It’s pathetic that a cell phone company can’t develop a competent mobile app for it’s customers. After my contract is up I’ll be searching for a new provider. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had with this company.
Can’t even login...makes me repeat password and then won’t accept it and just ridiculous...worst app I have ever had...EVER!!! and unfortunate it’s for my cell phone provider...what a joke...prob going to switch back my provider seeing that I can’t even pay my bill!!!

The app won’t even open. Just a loading screen and a constantly spinning loading wheel.
The app does not work. After it is opened it just buffers and never loads. I have tried to delete and download again multiple times and get the same result.

Always rejects passwords us cellular doesn’t know how to make and app or website that actually accepts your passwords not workable with mobile at all P.S. I think most of your issues are from the dumb google verification thing it does work with your website like at all

Had to download this app because, again, I can’t login to the website to make a payment. At least I was able to make a payment but not without glitches. I can answer the question posed by other reviewers “how can a company built such a bad app?” Easy, they can’t build a decent website! I can’t believe a company in the technology business can't make a reliable website or app! I’d dump this carrier on a minute but it’s the only carrier in my area with decent service.

When I go to use this App I’m looking for the smooth login like I would have on my banking apps & Facebook ETC. US Cellular should enable Touch ID for customers. It’s very irritating always having to put my password and username in. I should always be able to see what data we’ve used for the month, payouts for specific devices and being able to see your paper bill as a PDF.

I wouldn’t even call this an app. More like a poorly developed web page that doesn’t even function as it should. You can pay your bill and that about it. Everything else requires you to call or go into a store. US Cellular really needs to catch up with the times. It’s almost 2018 there’s no excuse for this....

I downloaded it and it won’t even open. Just sits and spins. Really cool from a media company to put something like this out. Useless. The main reason I want to check my account is to keep track of my data usage and the past two months halfway into my months data use doesn’t display with the you have to call in to check usage. F that. Such a rinky dink outfit.

I cannot imagine how this app could be any worse. From the moment I downloaded it was very slow. Since then it has only gotten worse. Complete waste of time and space on my phone.
So I use to use this a lot. But lately the app won’t even open. It stays on the blue uscellular screen like its loading but never does. Smh. Come on guys.

I have tried to launch and all I get is the spinning wheel of death. I have tried in multiple locations and times using both cellular and WiFi connections to no avail. Using iPhone 7 with latest operating system. Pretty much useless app.
Worked at first great ..:. But now it just loadssss for ever ... can’t even use it :/

How can a cell phone company build an ap so poor? Really doesn’t make sense to me at all. I’ve had for a couple weeks, first week ok but would never keep me signed in and now when I go to open it all it does is buffer(spin) and never loads. Seems they should be able to do better. Should have known it wouldn’t work that great half the time their website doesn’t work either. Was hoping this would work.

App never works. Cannot get past the loading screen to enter my username and password. Been trying for past few weeks. I have deleted app multiple times and restarting phone.
Tried it twice now and all it does is sit and spin! Definitely not even a 1 star so I give it a zero. Which is exactly what it done for me!
