    When I launch the app, not only does it take a long time to load, the guide never comes up. All I get is a spinning gear. Bug?

    But now, I can’t log in. I chatted with a couple of tech support folks about 10 days ago. They told me to use account number and PIN. That did NOT work. Even though I’ve changed/updated my password (which works at the ATT website), it doesn’t work on the app. This update from the app folks Does Not Allow users to sign in. I’d wait to get app until developers fix This bug. Otherwise, I’ve found this app very good. Except for the guide search feature, which always say “no results” even though the show is in the guide 😏

    I had to change my AT&T password and now I can’t log into the U-verse app at all. The same credentials work for everything else except the app. This has been an issue fora year now & I haven’t received any help from tech support.

    The U-verse guide on iPad does not show all the stations available on my TV. I can hidden channels by searching for a program by name and it will show up with the hidden station. If I don’t know the program name I am out of luck.

    I really like this app quite a bit! The app is a much more efficient way to look for upcoming movies and shows, and I use it often for that purpose. I just set my DVR to record four movies over the next couple of weeks. Movies that I most likely wouldn’t have even realized were on or available if not for this app. Now, hopefully, no one messes with it. That seems to be the way things go, unfortunately. Something will be great as is, then someone will come along, decide it could be ‘better’ then they ruin it. Meanwhile, other things that actually do need to be improved upon, aren’t. As the old saying goes: If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

    I want to use this app as a remote control for my tv. Every time I want to change a channel, I have to set up the receiver. Even if I’ve left the app open. If I go to the guide and click on a program I want to watch , half the time it does not give me the option to watch on tv, only live on my devise. It is so annoying and worthless to use as a remote control for tv.

    I have deleted and reloaded three times in 15 min as the stations keep disappearing and only a handful stay on the app! This is the worse time I have ever had with the app. Typically it is 3-4 times a week this happens.

    Before the update to the new IOS 14, I was able to use AirPlay but now I can’t. Even after finding the forums about AT&T updating their app to accommodate the IOS update.

    About 3 days ago, the Fox Broadcast channel disappeared from the channel guide. When that happened, the app cancelled all future shows series that were scheduled to record from my dvr. Called support and got to a 2nd level who talked to someone else that said their might be an app update sometime. Well isn’t that special.

    Worst app !!!! Limited channels, unable to watch my favorite channels away from home! ATT Throttling is the worst! Just hurry and kill the U-verse product and move to better technology!!!!

    I’m occasionally able to use Live TV on the iPad. Sometimes I can even get it to work well enough to record shows on my DVR. The rest of the time, not too thrilled with its performance. The troubleshooting part of the app has not ever seemed to work for me. Good luck.....

    We use it to keep up with national news and sports when away from home and away from cable tv. A property we own has no cable offered in the area and the UVerse app is the only way to get it over the internet. As many have mentioned before, the inability to watch local channel programming is puzzling and disappointing, but many stations have streaming on their web sites.

    This app is ok for setting recordings and watching live. But you still can’t watch recorded DVR programs. That’s a bummer.

    More channels would be nice to replicate what you have with the actual TV set top box. Thank you. Uverse app can be better with more live channels and instant playback access to all recorded shows. Otherwise, what am I paying for if I don’t have all of the above mentioned and perhaps more. After all, AT&T claims and promotes “the power of &” but we the consumers cannot attest to that. Customers deserve better.

    Have had it for about a year and app has never worked properly. Screen freezes. Audio freezes. Constantly. I have to constantly close and reopen to try to get it to work. Please fix it. It is very frustrating to use.

    Been using this app for years and it’s been pretty good. Past month or so I’ve not been able to use the guide though, which is mostly why I use it. I open the guide, it loads and I can see it for 1 second and the screen goes blank. Everything else seems to work

    Tried to set up receiver for remote. Screen comes up saying Wi-Fi network not found. Set up same app on Android phone, in the same room, and it found the network right away. Triple checked settings. Nothing wrong.

    The U-verse app used to have all the TV channels that you can watch on this app when you are in your home Wi-Fi network. Now they changed it with the update and you can only watch limited amount channels on the app at home. Also if you try to use your portable device like an iPhone to stream it on a TV that is not hooked up to your cable box, they are making it more complicated almost impossible to do. There is no Airplay or Chromecast to sling it on your smart TV. The Spectrum app is much better, if AT&T keeps this up they will lose their loyal customers.

    PLEASE DELETE ALL OF MY NOVEMBER 2020 RECORDINGS. THIS APP WILL NOT LET ME DELETE THEM.... THANK YOU FOR THE DELETION/UPDATE TO MY TAPINGS!! The app will not let me delete some of the shows i recorded from the tv or the app. I watch them on tv, can delete shows on tv, but it will not delete them on the app. I go to app and try to delete the old shows , but it will not delete them. They look like they were deleted, but when I go back into the app the old shows are still there! I need help. I do like that I can add recordings remotely. Thanks. This app does not show some shows I record. The shows are local. I can record and it shows on my tv, but not in this app. Please fix this app. I really like, but there is something wrong with it right now.

    Now useless. Each time Apple releases a major iOS (last time 13, now 14) app fails. On 13, it would not connect to receiver. Now, watching TV on app buffers. And buffers. And buffers.

    So I’m used to this app taking time to connect to my receivers to allow me to use it as a remote, often telling me that I don’t have any set up (despite having set up my 2 receivers), but at the moment it just sits and spins. Absolutely useless. It’s either the app, or me recently replacing my 2 additional routers on my network with AT&T Smart Extenders. Come on AT&T, make your kit work together.

    So on my old phone I can go straight into the app on my new phone I can’t get the app to work. It says login error service is temp not available. I just upgraded from a iPhone 8 to the 12 mini. Hoping this issue can be resolved soon
